Chapter 4

I was ready to go in, so a wonderful idea came to my mind. Revenge should go very slowly. Slowly and slowly.

So that he would panic and know when his turn was due. I looked for someone who was close to him, but that he felt unbearable pain when he lost this loved one. It was then that I saw my younger cousin coming home after a drunken afternoon. He was horrible. I think if I lit a match next to him, the whole block would explode because of the amount of alcohol he had ingested. I got close to him, he was reeling. When he saw me, he spoke like if I were just anybody.

-Why are you looking at me? If you are as good in bed as you are beautiful, maybe I will marry you.- at the end of his words, he smiled and wrapped one of his arms around my waist.

I let him think he was getting into the mood and that he was in control of everything. I took him to a place where people weren't passing. I don't know what happened during the time I was away from the city, but when I was eight, at 18:00 hours there were still people walking the streets. Seven years passed and the habits were no longer the same.

My cousin was called Edward, at that time he was about seventeen. He was two years younger than his older brother, Tobias.

He came to hug me, I hugged him back with a hand on his left chest. When he turned his face to kiss me, he realized there was something wrong with him. He looked down and saw my nails stuck in his heart. He looked at me and I bet I had a smile that showed immense pleasure on my face. I took the nails from his heart and pushed him to the floor, I crouched beside him, watching life leave his body. It was a pleasant moment for me. I came to think that I was getting a taste for killing. I took his body and dragged it to the front of my uncle's house. It took a while, because he was heavy. But I managed to get there. I walked quietly to the exit. As the family was in bankruptcy, they were unable to hire security to protect the property.
