Episode 4

Hayley's POV

"I love you since we were in highschool. No. I like you since we were kids until that like becomes love as we grow older."

"Then why did you not tell me about what you feel?"

"Because you were out of my league. You're smart and rich. While look at me. My family works for your family. I'm not even smart.

I wanted to be that someone who is worthy to stand next to you. So when we graduated in highschool, I tried my best to be a scholar in the next town. I tried my best not to go home just to see you because I'm not yet worthy.

When the time I graduated my course, I was a Magna Cumlaude. I went home to surprise you and tell you my feelings but then our gap grew wider when you become a CEO.

That's why I accepted the program abroad. I continue my med school abroad and also pursue my residency there. But my dad got into an accident so I decided to go back here and continue my residency here.

I was ready to tell you my feelings but our gap again got wider and wider until I cannot reach you anymore. You manage to make your empire bigger. We were at the same age but you've achieve great things. I am happy for your achievements. And congratulations for you, you already have a family now." I confessed and cried.

"I was too late." I wipe my tears and smiled at him.

"Now that I've explain myself, you can go home already."

"You are an idiot." He suddenly blurted out.

"Huh?"

"How can you think lowly of me?"

I just look away from him because I cannot answer him.

"Look. It didn't matter to me if you're poor, if your family is working under mine. It did not matter if your ugly or if you're not an intelligent woman. Your status will never matter to me."

"I don't want people judge you everytime you're with a commoner like me. Well, it doesn't matter already."

"Hayley-"

"Please go now. I really need to rest." I said to him.

He looked at me first then decided to go. I lay back my bed and cried again silently.

"I should forget this feelings. Its worthless already."

Days passed after that happened and I can say that I am trying my best to avoid him. I dont want to let him see that I am struggling to forget him.

While I was doing my rounds, I see him again with that girl and the kid. He is smiling. That smile I used to see when we hang out.

I immediately change my route and accidentally bump to someone.

"Hayley?" Said by the one I bumped into.

"Aya?"

"Long time no see." She said and hugged me tight.

"What are you doing here?" I asked her.
