Chapter 14

Alex's POV:

Damn, this girl is so possessive and domineering. I'm nothing in front of her even though I'm a man. It's not that I think a woman is inferior to men but I've never seen such a woman in my life.

This girl comes, orders and leaves. Nobody dares to look into her eyes directly as if she would kill them. She's indeed an inspiration to the young generation. Even with the family influences she's so successful. I just can't stop admiring her.

She confessed her love to me so openly. Evertime I meet her, there's this aura around her that screams of power and dominance that can have all the people around to bow in front of her. She's special.

Just now she ordered me to be ready in the evening as she would be taking me and Alen out for dinner. I've never seen a woman to love a man's child so much even though it's not her own child.

There's this feeling around her that says that she would never betray me and protect me at any cost. She's the first woman to actually confess her love even after knowing my financial condition. Indeed not all woman love money like that woman.

I was dropped back to the company by her bodyguards. No one dared to look into my eyes and they bowed to me. I went to the company and work till the evening then went home. I told Alen that we were going out with his pretty lady and he seemed to the most excited.

Someone rang the doorbell and I went to open it to reveal a beautiful looking Crystal. She was wearing a knee length A line blue lace dress with matching heels. She looked like a real princess. She was indeed beautiful.

"Ready to go?", she asked. I nodded. I was wearing a navy blue suit piece as I didn't know what to wear. "Pretty lady", Alen came running towards her and she picked him up quickly.

"My little prince is so handsome", she said kissing him on his cheek. "You're beautiful too", he said and kissed on her cheek. "Little master, come to me. You are so handsome let me have the honour to carry you", one of her bodyguard said. Alen went into his arms.

"Shall we go?", Crystal asked and I nodded. "You look handsome", she complimented with a smile. "You look pretty too", I said to her and she smiled warmly.

We got into her expensive car and drove to one of the most expensive restaurant in the country. It must be regular thing for her but it was new for me and Alen. All the staffs were gathered there and bowed to us as we entered.

"Princess, this way please", a man who seemed like a manager said respectfully. We went to the first floor of the restaurant which was empty. "I booked the whole first floor so that we can enjoy our time. That's its all empty", she cleared my doubt.

Soon our dinner was served. It was all my and Alen's favorite. "How do you know that I like all these?", I asked and she smiled. "I know everything about you and my little EnEn", she said. "Let's dig in now", she said and we started eating.

After the dinner, the manager came and asked, "How was the dinner, princess?" She looked at him with a poker face and said, "Not so bad. Ask him." The man turned to me and I honestly said, "It was really delicious. Isn't it, Alen?" Alen nodded too.

"All of you are rewarded with the bonus", Crystal announced and everyone cheered up. "Is this your restaurant?", I asked and she nodded. If I be honest, it's not like that I don't like her. Actually she's nice but I'm just not ready to love anyone after what happened in the past.

"Call the chef who made all these here", she ordered and the chef was there within seconds. She's indeed powerful. "Yes, princess? Is there any problem with the food?", the chef asked. "You'll be preparing meals for them everyday. You're hired as their personal chef", she announced and I stared at her with wide eyes.

"Please don't refuse. It's a gift for you and Alen from me", she said before I could say anything. I didn't wanted to upset her so I just nodded. "It's an honour to work for you, master", the chef said respectfully.

"Your salary will be double from the earlier ones", Crystal said and the man was just so happy. I wonder how much she would be paying him that he's so happy. It won't be lesser than some millions for sure.

"Let's leave now", she said getting up from her chair. We walked to her car and then she dropped me and Alen to our home. Since Alen was asleep I put him to bed and came out to see Crystal.

"Thank you for today. Alen was really happy", I said. "Don't thank me. I was happy to see you both happy", she said with a smile. She never faked anything in front of me. She was pure and innocent yet there was this strange and powerful aura around her.

"I'll leave now", she said and I smiled. I walked her out of the building. "Good night", she said and I too wished her night. She suddenly came and kissed on my lips. I was surprised. She keeps surprising me. Then she winked at me and left.

Crystal's POV:

"Who were they?", I asked my men. Someone has been keeping an eye on Alex and me since the time we went to the restaurant. I can't let Alen or Alex see all those blood or they would be scared.

"Princess, we have caught them. They are in the basement", one of the bodyguard said. "Good job", I said and sat into the car. "Basement", I said and the driver drove me there.

As I entered everyone bowed to me in respectful manner. I went to see those men who were following me. There were two men. "Why were you following me? Do you have a death wish?", I asked.

"Princess, we'll tell you what they want but please spare our lives", the two of them said. "Speak!", I said in a cold tone. "It was Lorenzo. He is planning against your gang and also has signed a contract with Aabid Abdallah, your old rival. They both will be signing a treaty in the coming month", the tall man said.

"He is also planning on taking over the King's position", the other one said. I looked at him and then my men. They understand what I wanted to say. I want them to investigate if its true.

"Keep them alive but.... make sure they beg for death", I ordered and left. The two men kept crying and begging but I turned a dead ear.

I was back home and was informed that it was true. They are really signing a contract to help each other. INTERESTING! Time to play some games.

Lorenzo is an Italian gangster while Aabid is from Arabia. The two of them think that my brother will allow them to take the gang from us. How stupid! They didn't see his real power yet neither mine. Time to gear up, Crystie. I reminded myself.

Suddenly my mobile rang. It was James. I picked it up almost immediately. "Hey, bro. Wass up?", I asked with a happy smile. "Are you okay? Did they hurt you? I'll not spare that Aabid and Lorenzo", he said with worry and anger.

"Damn, bro. Don't worry. They can't even touch my hair", I said with confidence. "I want to see you. Turned the camera on", he said. I sighed and turned the camera on.

"Show me your arms", he said. "Bro, I'm okay", I said showing him my arms. "Look left", he said. I did as he said. "Bro, don't overreact. I'm fine. They didn't do anything", I reassured him. He sighed and said, "I would have destroyed his whole empire if he touched you."

"I know. I know. Its late here and I'm sleepy", I said rubbing my eyes. "Okay, sleep now", he said and I quickly nodded. After wishing goodbye and good night we hung up and I went to sleep. I fell asleep almost immediately.
