I'll be there for you

Everything was just as normal as before for Taehyung.

These five years, he had learned to explore the feelings inside of him that he always used to suppress.

He also made some friends on his way to the top.

He was very grateful for them because they were the ones who helped him overcome from his grief. He would seriously be a puppet without emotions by now if it weren't for them.

A next day meant a new page in his book for Tae. He used to think he had to fill all these pages and give them to Jungkook when they finally meet.

As any other day, Taehyung was greeted by all of his staff members on his way to his office.

"Mr. Kim today you told to arrange the interviews for your assistant..." his secretary spoke from beside him.

"Yes, send them to my office one by one" Taehyung said.

"Okay sir" she said then bowed before leaving.

Taehyung entered his office and got settled in his seat. A file was placed before him which had the resume of the candidates.

He couldn't care less about the resumes.

He heard a knock on the door and assumed it will be the first candidate.

Tae was going through his phone doing some work so he didn't bother to look up.

"Good morning Mr. Kim" the candidate said.

Tae thought, "I know this voice.. This voice belongs to..."

Taehyung turned his head up immediately and...

He got the cutest ever view of "Jeon Jungkook", all dressed in formals.

"J-Jungkook...?" Tae was completely shocked upon seeing his long lost love.

Jungkook flashed his bunny smile towards him. "Yes TaeTae... it's me" tears escaped from the corner of his eyes.

Tae couldn't believe what was going on before him. He had no control on himself. He stumbled getting up from his chair and ran towards Jungkook.

Tae engulfed him into a tight hug as if his life depended on him.

Tae thought, "If this was a dream, then let me sleep forever".

He was making himself believe that the things he was seeing in front of him were going on for real.

"J-Jungkook y-you're alive..." Tears streamed down his face as he released Jungkook.

"Yes Tae it's all real... want me to prove it?" Jungkook caressed Tae's face.

Tae smiled his ever happiest smile towards his love.

Jungkook moved closer to his face and attached their lips together.

Tae was overwhelming with happiness.

He snaked his hands on Jungkook's waist and held him closer. There was no more space left between them. Their lips were moving in sync.

Jungkook's hand were embracing Tae's neck. None of them wanted to let go of each other.

The sweet kiss soon turned into a hot make out session as they were both exploring each other's mouth.

But they had to let go because of shortness of breath. Both of them were panting heavily.

Tae got his hand upto Jungkook's face and caressed his cheeks, as if feeling the warmth of the blood rushing through him.

"Kookie.... I love you...." Tae said staring deeply into Jungkook's eyes.

"I love you too TaeTae..." Jungkook smiled adoring the elder's beauty.

They were about to kiss again but their moment got interrupted by a knock from outside.

"Sir... may I get in?" Tae's secretary asked.

Tae and Kook both adjusted their hair before Tae gave her the permission.

"Sir, the interviews...." his secretary trailed off seeing Taekook standing so close to each other.

"Dismiss them. I already found the one." Tae said while looking towards Jungkook who was blushing as hell.

The secretary excused herself from the couple's private moment.

"But Kookie... Where were you all these years if you were alive? Why didn't you come back to me?" Tae asked, confusion and sadness was clear in his voice.

"Tae... In that car accident.....

I lost my memories...." Jungkook said looking down.

"What?!!" Tae was shocked. "Tell me everything!!"

They both went up to the couch and Jungkook started explaining everything.

"Tae.... I lost my memories back then. The doctors recommended me to a specialist in Netherlands and I was transferred there a week later. Your father helped us a lot..."

"My dad?!" Tae asked.

"Yes your dad... He was the one who used to pay for all of my hospital bills. He even visited me once a month to check up on my treatment. I started remembering everything eventually and got fully recovered last year." Jungkook told Tae.

"You've been through a lot Kookie.... all because of me... if I had been more careful that day-"

Jungkook cut him off by placing his hand on Tae's mouth.

"Don't blame yourself... Please, it hurts me..."

Tears started flowing through both of their eyes. They intertwined their hands and connected their foreheads.

"I'll never leave you from now..." Jungkook said between sobs.

"Me too.... I'll always be there for you my Kookie...." Tae said.

"I love you so much Kim Taehyung"

"I love you more Jeon Jungkook..."

Both of them connected their lips again and spent the day telling each other what happened in their lives all these years.
