Episode 9: start the game

The Special Team members were Phoenix, Oga, Han, Shun and Yun. The so called Phoenix was the leader, nobody knows much about him, but all the other members were following him with devotion. Oga was known as Pheonix right handed man. Han, Shun and Yun, were young men trained by Chen for a bit and sent to Japan , so Nobu could continue training them, without Eclair noticing.

At the news of Chen’s and his wife’s death, Nobu was desperate and tried to find Eclair by all means, but he didn’t succeed. He sent Phoenix and the others to China, to join Pagoda in order to protect what Chen left. To not blow Nobu’s cover, they told Jin they want to work for the most strong organization. Jin agreed immediately and used them few times to handle small fishes in the underground and so he gained power among the mafia clans.

Before entering Zone 2, there were two cars waiting for Eclair and her team.

“Bro, look at that car!” said one of the drivers amazed. “Yeah, it’s the legendary White Lion” responded the other one without excitement. “Maybe we should withdraw. I heard the driver of this car is the former boss of Pagoda. He is the best racer in the world.” continued the other one worried. “He was! He died one year ago. I bet they took the car just to scare us”

“Yeah, you might be right, then there’s no driver who can control it.” ended the second driver and pressed the acceleration.

Feng, Hawk and Eclair were in their cars, discussing through microphones, others not to hear her voice.

“Eclair, they are coming to us!” said Hawk.

“Don’t worry, I’ll handle this.” she replied.

“Be careful out there!” said Feng.

“Watch me!” she ended. Eclair made a sign with her hand in order to stop all the other people from moving. She pressed the acceleration and head in their direction. When she almost reached in front of them she pressed the break and drifted away cutting their way.

“Bro, maybe he is the White Lion” said driver 1.

“White Lion, White Lion, shut up! He’s not the White Lion, I’m the best driver now, I’ll prove it to you!” said driver 2 angry.

She turned slightly left and drove on a side track at the edges of the headquarters. Pagoda was situated half on the land and half on the ocean. The edges Eclair was driving on, were the ones at the ocean side. If someone goes out of the race track and falls, there is no chance of survival.

“Tsk, this idiot actually knows how to drive, huh? Let’s follow him, don’t let him get away.” said driver 2. “Got it!” said driver 1.

“I can’t believe she managed to drift the car, even if just for a turn” said Hawk.

“This is still nothing, she wasn’t speeding much and there is enough space, but the side track is what I’m worried about.” said Feng.

“Can you shut up and show me some appreciation?” said Eclair after she heard their conversation. “Listen Hawk I need you to connect their radio frequency to my car. I have to hear what they say, I have a strage feeling about them. “Yes, boss!” said Hawk.

The drivers were chasing Eclair on the side track and the other people from her team went to Zone 1 to take care of the rest of their rivals. Feng and Hawk avoided easily the snippers who were shooting at them, but few people got hurt from both the teams and now there were the same numbers of fighters in both the sides. Hawk stopped all the electricity in the building and while the other people were fighting, Eclair was still chased by the drivers.

Meanwhile Jin took everything he could with him out of the safe box and put everything in bags. After finishing, he went to take the lift but due to no electricity he had to make it by stairs. “Damn you, Hawk!” he shouted. “Achoo! This must be Jin cursing me!” said Hawk rubbing his nose.

“Feng, you go to the underground tunnel. In case Jin wants to escape through it, your job is to stop him.” said Eclair.

“What do you mean in case?” asked Feng.

“Hawk, you go in the building. They might be good shooters, but they aren’t fighters. You handle them and meet me at the back door when you’re done.” she continued.

“Back door? “ asked Hawk confused.

*SWOOSH SWOOSH* *VROOM VROOM* The sounds of the wheels sliding and reving the cars were covering the voices and the screams of people who were fighting . It became impossible for anyone to pay attention to the fight and they all start watching Eclair driving.
