meeting of old acquaintance

Busy as ever Avalon just got her new job after resigning her old work place "I'm not a quitter" these are the only words she would say when she is down.

One day when she had successfully shifted her furniture to her new apartment, she went to the pizza place as she had no time to prepare dinner, coincidentally she met her friend after a long time...

"hey Ava long time no see what have you been doing so long?" I heard someone ask me. I turned around to see who it was and was surprised to see Ash one of my old friends, or better one of my only friend in school

"Hey really after so, so, so long...it's so good to see you, it's so unexpected...I have been doing fine what about you? it's odd to see you here out of the blue I know I'm the one who shifted but still? but what have you been doing??...." I asked her I wanted to know how she was doing in the big city

"I own a pastry shop by the name Tea plus by the corner come vist sometimes....I have small branches of it in 3 more different places and they are also doing quite well... what about you?" Ash looked really satisfied with her life so far, how I wish I could do the same....

"I just got a new job here, close by" I said, even though we are good friends it is still very weird talking to eachother as if nothing hhappenedin between she she left...after so long....

" what about your dream don't you wanna complete it?" Ash asked me...

I would have just started, but i need money for that now...

"I do but first I wanna collect some money I wanna work near someone who has experienced in that sort of work and then I'll open my own art gallery" Ash was a bit worried went I headed toward a vocational path...even though i was preety good in my studies

she surely thought that I would take up something with science..."

"so is your pay good enough?? can it sustain you?" Ash looked a but worried...

" yea it's quite good, I mean it's affordable for two but I live alone so lifes a bomb man" I didn't wanna worry her and my pay was really good

"are you sure that you live alone?? I mean, how is he? him you know samuel.." suddenly a chill seem to spread down my spine shivering like a cold kitten, I just wanna forget about him, it was a bad dream, a bad dream...

Samuel was my crush when in higher secondary, I even tried getting in the same college that he enrolled in, but I could not attend the exam, luckily.....on graduation day I confessed to him and we were a couple for quite sometime...I should have know that it was unrequited...

"plea..please don't talk about him"

"ok whatever you say, I'm sorry to ask but is everything alright between you'll??" I so did not want to answer that, it was as if she was rubbing that in my face!

"just leave don't talk about him"

"ok I'm sorry I'm really sorry" Ash said...

"it's ok...I'll take my leave now...." I just wanted to get out from there with my pizza

"wai..wait let's exchange contacts so that we keep in touch ok?"asked Ash

"yea fine works for me"...

I headed back to my new apartment

on the way....

I thought about what happened not about tha piece of shit Samuel but about my work, I just handed my resume and they called me to work without any interview is it safe to go to work there hmmm....

it's ok let's see tomorrow

the next day I reached the studio it was quite big, there was a lady waiting for me I guess in her late 40's, she told me that me that my boss sent her to guide me to his office I followed her....on the way I was admiring the paintings hanging on the wall there were different sorts of portraits, scenes and photographs...I guess that the owner of the studio has intrest in photography too.

right on the other side there was a canvas ,the painting from that canvas was a bit familiar but it was hanging alone there on the wall and we were walking the other side so I could not get to see it much....suddenly I banged a person... I did not notice that the lady had stopped walking there was a tall man standing in front on me... I said sorry while lifting me head on top

He looked really jolly and easygoing his aura was pretty but unfortunately he was not my boss but he came to meet someone as told by the lady...she started walking again and I followed her we reached at the end of the studio, it was very preety the lights and the wall paints matched each others tones, she told me to enter in I knocked at the door but no one responded I looked at the lady again and she told me to just enter...ok so first* knocking the door reflects a person's manners and entering directly is like, is this some kinda test?....ok...but I still entered....there was not a single living soul but there was strangely a glass door!

behind the glass door there was a garden??

I waited for sometime and then I entered the garden, I mean if he asks me how the hell I entered?? I will be like 'sorry sir I did not know you were in. I just thought of coming for a walk in the lovely garden...'

I entered in and I walked a distance when I came to a halt, there was a young man, maybe 1, 2 years diffrence from our age but he looked my age

he was there sitting there on a bench
