Passage To Wonderland
An endless sea of stars. That's all I can see before my eyes as I am falling through them.
"What is going on......"
"Am I already dead ?"
My question is answered by the cold calm waters in which I have fallen. Misty clouds take over my vision and at last I lose consciosness.
I awake on a bed of soft white roses as the light of dawn breaks through the darkness of the night.
-You have awaken at last. Finally...
A solemn man is seated in front if me , looking at the marvelous warm colors of the sky. All I can see is his broad back and amber hair caught in a thin pigtail. He is wearing a black with soft touches of red army uniform.
-Civilians aren't allowed in here. Only the five leaders of the two armies are allowed in here. I will overlook it this time , now go before someone notices you.
-I am sorry for my rudeness but could you tell where I am and how I got here please ?
The man looks quite surprised by my questions as he turns to face my direction at last. Cold grey eyes staring right through my soul.
-You...Wait here.
He gets up and disappeares through the white roses leaving me behind.
"Do I trust this man ?"
"..........No."
I rise to my feet and start walking bewildered trought the garden. As I walk not knowing where, I reach a place where the red roses intersect the white ones but do not mix with them , as if an unseen force divides them. Suddently a voice can be heard across the garden , from among the red roses.
-Why are you here ?!
Before I could react the stranger got a hold of my arm and lifts what seems to be a translucent small crystal which starts shining.
But nothing happens.
The man seemed startled and absent-minded so I took the chance to escape. I freed myself from his grasp and ran with all my might back to where I came from. I glanced back one last time at the man as I ran. He was also wearing an army uniform but it was white with a deep crimson red as well as subtle golden roses with thorns on the collar and coat. His black hair was waving in the wind's breeze as his golden eyes were watching me run. But he wasn't making a move just staring.
I ran and ran until I couldn't anymore. Fell to my knees trying to catch my breath.
-Found you. I told you to wait , did I not ?
-I don't understand....
-There are many things that you don't understand I get it but--
-What's your intent ?
