As the barrel pushed against Toby’s chest he felt angry, frustrated he pulled and moved his arms trying to break free he heard them talking toby closed his eyes and braced himself... I guess I should start at the beginning otherwise none of this makes sense really. It all started a few years ago, Toby was a misfit a social outcast he didn’t have many friends except for Kate and James and even they didn’t hang with him for very long he was a quiet student who preferred to sit and do nothing as he thinks to himself , Toby’s parents had died when he was very young and lived his life solitary and isolated except for his grandpa all his family were dead so he visited him at least once a week. Toby was on his way there after school one day when he had a run in with the school bully Jack not that this was unusual as Jack and his purple skull (a type of drake often used in mining due to its hot flames and tough skin) “Hey dickwad” he yelled “get your ass over here before I beat it again!” Toby sighed

Here we go again he thought he cautiously approached Jack nervously “listen Jack I didn’t manage to complete it I ran out of time I’m sorry”

“I failed my assignment thanks to you so now I’ll accept £10 as payment for failing” Jack snarled Toby grits his teeth and hands him a £10 note

“Thanks dipshit” he pushes Toby onto the floor and mounts purple skull walking away

“Oh my god Toby!” Kate shouts running over to him and helping him up “that asshole you shouldn’t let him beat you up like that he’s lucky he’s not facing me,”

“OH AM I?” Jack bellows looming over her, he then proceeds to pick her up and pin her against the wall while she struggles to break free. Toby stares at them and all of a sudden a rush of adrenaline combined with the urgency to save his friend slams into Jacks side like a bull pushing Jack over and releasing Kate “Oh shit run” she exclaims bolting it. Jack quickly followed on his dragon gaining on them. Toby turns around and looks forwards he suddenly felt faster and lighter almost as though his body had a boost he looked down his feet were too fast for him to see , he laughs in amazement turns back forward and slams into a tree sending him tumbling down a hill and into a forest where he lies unconscious. He awakes slowly regaining his strength and trying to figure out where he was and how he got there his mind flashed back and he jumped up remembering Jack Jacks coming he begins to panics hastily getting up then he looks up to see a full moon and a dark night “Oh” he says “how long was I out?” he couldn’t remember. He decides to look around and explore, a chill wind picked up so Toby decided to find shelter that’s when he noticed a quiet whispering sound calling to him persuading him reaching for him. He follows the sound as it gets louder and louder and the leaves underneath him rustled and the forest became alive calling to Toby revealing its secrets to him. It was then he spotted it a sharp,swordlike blade sticking out of the ground,around it the ground seemed to shimmer as Toby approached it warily.
