ch. 2

Lessons is over. Right now, it's time for lunch. I have to hurry before my stomach start grumbling.

"Ah yes, Shiraishi-san." says Saenuma-sensei to me from the door.

"I forgot that there's something i've got to tell you. Can you meet me in the teacher's lounge after this?"

"Yes of course, sensei."

And then he left.

'Good, now i got another task to do'

When i took my lunch box out from my bag, the girls start approaching me. They surrounded me and bombarding me with a lot of question.

"Where are you come from?"

"Why are you move in now?"

"Where do you live?"

"How is your previous school like?"

They're asking me too many question at once. It's too convusing on which should i answer first. And then, there's one question which sounds so clear.

"Why are you wearing gloves? Aren't you hot?"

Everyone went silent. They start looking at my hand and waiting for my answers. It's like that is the only thing that make them curious. Well, of course they would. It's uncommon for a highschool girl wearing a gloves to school. Even when the school uniform rule is wearing blazer to boot. Just the blazer itself already looked hot. But i can't tell them the reason. It's not something that can be told easily.

I looked for a way to escape. Accidentally, my eyes met his. He just talked with his friends about going to the cafetaria. It seems like he realize that i'm having a hard time so he's helping me.

"Shiraishi, didn't you have to go to the teacher's lounge?" he said while giving me a cue with his finger.

'This is my chance'

"Oh yes of course, i almost forgot. Thanks for reminding me, i've got to go first, i'm sorry."

And then i left them to go to the teacher's lounge with lunch box in hand. Now i can escape, but i don't know what i'm going to do if they're going to ask me again.

At the teacher's lounge, Saenuma-sensei pretty much told me about school stuff and things that i may need to do. After that, he let me leave. The talk didn't take that much time so i still have some time for lunch.

I'm looking for a quiet place to eat. I walked on and on until i arrived at a garden. There's no people there. I think students rarely pass this place. The garden is pretty quiet but it's still very well maintained. The flowers bloom beautifully.

I saw a bench at the end of the garden, facing the flower fields. It looked comfy so i decided to sit and eat my lunch there. After i sit, i start to unpack my lunch box and remove my gloves.

'Yum, looks good'

Not long after a few bites, i heard some noise. I think it came from the flower field in front of me. I put my lunch box on the bench and start approaching the flower field. I take a look but didn't see anything.

"Meooww."

Suddenly, a kitty come out from the flower field. She looks so cute. She's so small, has soft white fur and cute twinkling eyes. She also has black fur on the both of her ear. I tried to put my finger closer to her. It didn't seems like she's scared. I tried to lift her and pull her close, but then suddenly there's a pretty strong wind that ended up blow my hair.
