Prologue.

The sky was deep red, the freezing wind was gusting fast; mixed with the strong smell of blood and piercing the skins of the soldiers, the sound of screeching, clashing and galloping of the horses can be heard in the background.

it was undeniably the battlefield, a war broke out between the newly found kingdom Fènghuáng and kingdom Yīng.

Fènghuáng kingdom was at drawback, having only two thousand soldiers. Yīng kingdom was at the edge, having more than five thousand soldiers. both the sides were menacingly fighting.

the troops of soldiers from the both sides were dropping dead on the ground, the whole battlefield was in a very chaotic state.

a white silhouette, stained with blood can be seen fighting fearlessly in the middle of the battlefield, those who came in his way died a miserable death. Soldiers from the other side seem to avoid the white silhouette.

in the middle of a battle, a pressure of a celestial realm came down crushing everyone, except the white silhouette; everyone in the battlefield got on to their knees, blood came out rushing from their mouths.

a figure wearing the golden robe; descended on the ground and walk leisurely towards the white silhouette. With each step the pressure seems to increase.

the soldiers fainted in the strong pressure of a celestial realm, but the white silhouette didn't seem to be fazed by the strong pressure. The man in golden robe noticed the unusual situation and his handsome face frowned.

"I see, Long Qiang, you have been hiding your real cultivation; I didn't expect this from you." the man in golden robe said sarcastically.

Long Qiang didn't reply but attacked, he waved his hand, many swords made of ice shoot towards the man, the attack took the man by surprise and before he could summon his shield, he was injured heavily by the attack.

there was no emotion in Long Qiang' face, his eyes were bottomless black abyss. He looked at the man threateningly and said "Sargon, I'm not here to talk about my cultivation, I'm here to send you; to yellow springs[1]"

Sargon, broke the ice swords and composed himself, he gazed at Long Qiang with a hint of mockery in his eyes, there was a sound of laughter echoing in their surroundings, Sargon stopped laughing and asked with a chilling voice "you just stepped into the celestial realm and you think you can defeat me?"

Long Qiang sent another attack, this time Sargon immediately blocked it, with his sun shield appearing in the air.

a bow made of thin ice appear in Long Qiang' hand, the riser of the bow had a half moon made on it, he put his hand on the bow and an arrow appear made of ice.

Sargon looked surprised but didn't speak and patiently waited for the attack, Long Qiang released the arrow towards his target and five more arrows appeared side by side and move towards Sargon.

the moment arrows collided with the sun shield, a big phenomenon appeared; shaking the heavens and earth, the mountains collapsed, rivers splits and the ground slit opened, it was like all the living things died in the world.

Long Qiang and Sargon looked stunned everything around them was ruined, they cannot sense a single soul, there was not a single living being left.

fortunately, the sun shield suddenly disappeared. Sargon tried to summon his sun shield but it didn't came, he panicked and tried again to summon his sun shield, Long Qian took the opportunity and ruthlessly shoot the moon arrows, it was too late for Sargon to react and he, Sargon, a celestial realm powerhouse died a miserable death.

not even the ashes were left, he disappeared in the air, a celestial realm powerhouse died with one attack, this phenomenon was absolutely unheard off. but it was done by Long Qiang and with his moon bow.

Long Qiang looked at his surroundings sharply, there was not even a single thing that wasn't destroyed. He released his spiritual sense to find out if any living being is left, he sense a soul and became alert.

a man wearing blue hanfu appeared out od thin air, his skin was pale, his eyes were blue; that seems to be as clear as the ocean, small button nose and red thin lips, he didn't dare to make an eye contact with Long Qiang and fidget with his hands.

Long Qiang looked at the man with amusement, with him being in the celestial realm; he can look at the anyone's soul and the man who was standing before him had a white aura surrounding him.

Which means, that the man' soul is pure, he asked, "who are you?"

"Ming Yong." the man answered, but didn't looked up. Long Qiang asked again "why did you help me? I know you are a magician and you hide the sun shield."

Long Qiang knew this because he can feel the strong pressure coming from Ming Yong, only magician of high level can kill a celestial realm powerhouse; this easily. magician' are famous for defeating the opponents of higher level.

Ming Yong looked around angrily, he didn't said anything, closed his eyes and start focusing on something. Long Qiang was about to say something, but than he noticed, his surroundings which were destroyed, revived? even the soldiers which were dead came back to life?.

he looked at Ming Yong and didn't speak for a while, Ming Yong opened his eyes and said, "are you dumb? if I didn't come, than you both would have destroyed everything here on this planet?, don't you care about the living beings; those are getting harmed by your carelessness? don't you know, how much damage will happen: if two celestial realm powerhouse fought with each other?" he took a deep breath to continue speaking.

However, before he could form a word, he was kissed on his lips by Long Qiang, his face turned into red and he said angrily, "You...You bastard!" Long Qiang smirked and passed out.

Ming Yong sigh helplessly and drag the emperor Long Qiang back to his Imperial Palace. the kingdom was newly found so there was not many people in the Palace, he healed the emperor and decided to take the bath.

the moment Ming Yong left Long Qiang' side, he opened his eyes and there was faint smile on his lips, he didn't know why, but he don't want to lose this person!.

no one knew, what happened in the fight between Fènghuáng and the Yīng kingdom. but the result was Fènghuáng kingdom won and successfully conquered the Yīng kingdom.

Long Qiang successfully control the chaos in two kingdoms and after a long time of persuasion, he married Ming Yong, he and Ming Yong was happy together, but happy day's didn't last long and soon all the neighbouring kingdoms join the forces to attack the Fènghuáng kingdom, which became an empire after conquering the Yīng kingdom.

the Yún, Sēnlín, Ruòchóng and Shīzi kingdom attacked the Fènghuáng empire. senile, "Emperor Long, the neighbouring kingdoms are attacking us, if we didn't take action soon, the Fènghuáng empire would be conquered by others!".

Long Qiang looked towards Ming Yong, who was busy in his thoughts, Ming Yong felt Long Qiang' gaze on him and turned his head towards Long Qiang.

"Since I'm a magician, I can help you built a strong barrier, but after I helped you reviving the kingdoms, I over used my power, I would lose all my cultivation, if I put more pressure, after all; I'm not omnipotent, magicians do have limits. do you want me to built a barrier to save Fènghuáng from outside world?" Ming Yong asked.

Long Qiang didn't took his words seriously and thought, 'it is impossible for a magician of celestial realm to lose all of his power, by just building a barrier.'

"No, I don't want you to built a barrier around 'my' empire, I want to conquer the kingdoms, those who came to fight with my Fènghuáng empire must die, I will widen my Fènghuáng empire" Long Qiang said.

Ming Yong scrutinize him deeply and said "don't you think that you are becoming too greedy?, now we are together, I don't mind losing my cultivation; I know with your power you can protect me!"

Long Qiang kissed him on the forehead and went to prepare for the war, Ming Yong didn't feel well and followed behind him secretly, since he is pregnant, Long Qiang didn't allow him to leave the Imperial Palace.

when Ming Yong came to the battlefield, Long Qiang was at disadvantage, the empress of Shīzi kingdom was also at celestial realm and the others were at the peak of Saint realm, Long Qiang was also not in a good condition, he didn't seem like; to be able to hold for long.

He ignored all Long Qiang' shouts and focused on making the barrier.

after the barrier was made Ming Yong' level rapidly go down to 'Qi foundation' layer and he became dizzy, but he didn't stop there and used all the remaining power to help Long Qiang. Since he was a ger and a magician with an unknown inheritance, his magic was more powerful than anyone.

after helping Long Qiang he immediately fainted but before he fainted, he felt something break inside him.

Ming Yong woke up after 1 month and Long Qiang was still in coma, the imperial physician told him; that he lost his child.

Ming Yong became depressed and lonely, Long Qiang was also not by his side, he needs to stabilise the empire, but before that; he used his last power to heal Long Qiang.

Long Qiang woke up, after getting healed by Ming Yong' power, when he learned; that Ming Yong lost the child, he changed and stop getting affection-ated with Ming Yong.

it was the time when Ming Yong needed Long Qiang the most, when he lost everything and became laughing stock, he desperately needed Long Qiang to console him.

Soon the empire became big and the most powerful; because of the barrier of unknown region. it was the time for Long Qiang to choose the new empress and concubines under the minister's pressure.

Ming Yong oppose the decision and didn't want his husband to have any other women.

I told you not to come out and let me handle, but you came out, tried to play the hero and guess what? because of you; I lost my child."

Ming Yong didn't noticed his crystal tears that; keep on pouring from his eyes, he whimper and Long Qiang retracts his hand from Ming Yong' chin. there were red marks of his fingers.

"I sneak out of the Palace because, I want to save you and our empire, which we built together, I want to save my child's fat-" Long Qiang interrupted and asked "Who asked you to do this?"

Ming Yong was speechless, he didn't speak for a long time, and make an eye contact with Long Qiang.

Ming Yong felt pressure in the air, he fell down coughing blood from his mouth.

Ming Yong looked at Long Qiang again and asked, "now, you are using your celestial realm pressure on me?" he smiled but the tears keep on pouring from his eyes; betrayed him.

"I want to have a child, who will inherit my throne, since you lost the ability to become pregnant, I don't have any use left for you anymore."

"use?" Ming Yong repeated his words. "so, I was just a tool for you, who will give birth to your heir?" Ming Yong can't believe his words, he did so much for this man, but all he got in return was. 'did I ask?'

Long Qiang increased his pressure and said threateningly "I don't even know your origins and do you think I'm fool?, I know very well that a ger can't cultivate, but you can! and most importantly, I've never heard of a ger being a magician, do you think a lowly being like 'ger' can become someone noble?." after saying that Long Qiang left the room.

Ming Yong felt so wrong, he sacrificed his cultivation of celestial realm for him, lost his child, stabilised the empire in his absence and endure everyone's bad remarks but what did he get in return? nothing!

Ming Yong laughed at his foolishness, he needed this man's comfort right now, he is a normal mortal now, he can't handle so much mental pressure, he was slowly dying inside.

the moment he decided to go against heaven and revive everything for this man; the fight between Long Qiang and Sargon.

Ming Yong didn't find any comfort in this man and became desperate to have someone who can take care of him.

Ming Yong asked Long Qiang. since, he wanted to have a new empress, can he give him any title? Long Qiang told everyone Ming Yong is his general that helped him in the war.

when Ming Yong woke up, he was slapped by someone on his cheek, he can't see the person nor hear anything. After getting hit by an immortal, he lost his senses, his eyes were blurry, he can't make out the picture of the person.

But he knew deep down in his heart, that it was Long Qiang, he don't wanted to believe in this, Long Qiang will never raise his hand on him, he saw Long Qiang was wearing red robe and he knew he was going to get married with the new empress.
