For your back and shoulder pain you can rest your upper back from activity or you can keep hot water bag or you can apply ice on your shoulder area for 15 minutes and leave it for 15 minutes. Do this 3 to 4 times a day for 2 to 3 days.Rest your shoulder and then slowly return to your activities. For your back pain you can also do some warm up exercises. Massage is also effective.
