"Finally, time to stretch" Zillaylin said when she got off from the car.

As for her, admiring the beautiful view in front of her. She was so amaze how the gardener manage to handle this super big place that flowers is everywhere. And she loved it.

"Hey your drooling" Jenerose say teasing me.

"Pissed off" I told her pushing her away from me when I figure that there is none.

Jenerose is my first employee, I take her as my sister. She is totally jobless because she didn't even finished her high school so no one hired her.

And because I feel her I immediately hired her and from then on she never leave me. She also became my adviser that's why she is my manager.

"We first settle things up then rest after 3 hours we start --- from the stage, okay?" I said to everyone when we arrived at the final venue.

"Got it" Everyone agreed then they moved. They all have their respective works to do. I know that I count on my family(employees).

I open my laptop to send some message to the delivery of the flowers where is the location. I need a super fresh of it that's why the flowers will be delivered in the exact day.

"July 28" I said

"Remember your birthday?" As always like a mushrooms Jenerose pop up from no where.

"Can't you please stop doing that someone will have a heart attact" I scold to her but I'm not angry.

"Did I figured it out that you just remembered your own birthday today and you accept this business?" She teased again that made me pissed. I don't know maybe I'm wrong accepting her as my manager, phycologists maybe the best for her. "Gotta" She added then laugh softly.

I shake my head "What's the deal? its a business and I can't declined it now and what's wrong celebrating my birthday secretly with Mrs. Montefalco? Is it not great at least the food is and the venue is all free" I told her with a smiled in my lips.

"Tsk you can't fool me, I know that you know its your birthday but you still accept this. You are still waiting for him?" She asked with a serious face.

She knows about Ian I told her who he is in my life and how he make a promised to me that he will celebrate my birthday with him. But the day before my birthday,

I was in our usual place where me and Ian first met and from then on we always meet here.

"Lyne, sorry for making you wait" Ian said when he arrived.

"No no it's fine I just got here" I lied she was just to excited to see him again. Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday we see each other to play and chat.

"That's great" He said in relief then hand me a small box with a ribbon in the top of it. "Here, advance happy birthday Khailyne, open it" He great then he told me to open his gift for me.

Inside I a gold pendant with a small flowers hanging on it. It's so beautiful and it looks like expensive.

"It's so beautiful Ian, thank you" I told him then I hug him tight.

"Always welcome, I want you to wear it as a sign of my promised that one day in your birthday I will appear again in your side" He said while putting it in my neck.

I was confused "W-what do you m-mean? your living?" I asked then without me knowing my tears start to run down.

He immediately wipe my tears. "Don't cry I promised we will meet again I just need to go to England to continue my studies there"

"H--how long y-you will be g--gone?" I asked in the middle of crying.

"I need to finished my studies there until I graduated in college" He answered still wiping my tears.

"W----what is college? and why do you need t-to study there when there is s-s-school here" I shouted because of sadness.

"You will know that when you grow up and I promised to you that I will come back and we will celebrate your birthday..... together" He promised then he hold my hand waiting for my pinky promised.

"Promise?" I asked again

"Promised with all my heart he said and writing a big 'x' in his heart with his fingers, sign of his promised and a pinky promised.

We bond a little more while his holding my hand.

"Master, we need to go" One of the guards said that made me sad a start to sob again.

"Hey we promised right" He say then he looked at the sun "Looked the sun is falling I promised with the sun that I will keep my promised to you and I will remember you always" He promised and assured me.

"Ian ...... I will wait for you" My last words to him then I hug him tighter.

"As long as you are wearing this pendant as a sign that you are still waiting for me I will come and hug you like this" He said and hug me too. "I will miss you" He whispered in my ears then he let me go and run towards the car waiting for him.

My tears are falling down from my eyes while looking at the car driving out of my sight.

Present

From then on every time my birthday comes I always wait for him at the meeting place. When I reached high school I just figured it out that college is a long year before Ian get back. That's why in my first year high school(grade 7) every time my birthday is near I always forgets it because I know there is no Ian will be there in my side.

But yes, I'm still waiting and waiting even though it will take him ages before he came back.

I touch the small flower in the pendant that I am wearing. "Ian, I'm still waiting for you" I said to him even though he is not there.

"Are they setting the stage already?" I asked at Mike while looking at the down floor where the crew's of Love Flowers and Cafe is putting the designs of the stage.

"Yes master and just a while ago Ms. Lee asked your secretary what Madams prefer dessert?" He told me with professional voice.

"Nothing particular..... ah yeah, I will just text her personally" I told him while hiding my smile from Mike where is looking at me in the front mirror.

"My Moms prefer dessert is a banana in stick with marshmallow in the end of it with chocolate fountain"

I texted, those are her favorite desserts and my mom likes it too when she first know it she refused to eat it but still try it. I gave her a clue.
