Ep. 3
(At the Blair's Villa)
"It has been two weeks already. Where the hell has he gone to?" asked Mr. Carter Blair angrily walking back and forth in his working room.
"Nolan, call him again and tell him to come back home when you reach him. I have had enough of his behavior."
"Dad calm down please, I will call him." Getting out his phone from his pocket, Nolan called his younger brother but to no avail.
"He is trying my patience. How much longer do we have to tolerate his tantrums?"
"He isn't picking up. It's already late dad, go to sleep first. I'm sure he will come back when he is ready to face everything. Anyway, we will deal with it tomorrow. Suzan must be waiting for me, I better go home now. Goodnight dad."
"You're right. Take care son and thank you for coming."
Getting out of his parents Villa, Nolan got into his car. Thinking about where Abel might have gone to, Abel's friend James Taylor came to his mind, asking himself, why he didn't think of James sooner.
"Hey, it's Nolan. Sorry for calling you this late at night James. I can't reach Abel, is he with you by any chance? Do you have any idea where he might be? No, he just had an argument with dad. Hey, can you do me a favor and ask your other friend, what was his name again... Phil, yes Phil, if he knows where Abel is? I don't have his number. Alright thanks, please call me if you get in touch with him. Goodnight" he hung up and drove off.
Going to his bedroom, Mr. Carter Blair found his wife Chloe sleeping. He took off his robe and got in to bed.
"He still hasn't come?" Mrs. Blair asked her husband worriedly.
"I thought you were sleeping! No. I don't know what he is thinking. If only he would come and talk to me..." Mr. Blair sighed.
"I'm worried Carter. What if it gets reviel..."
"It won't" he interrupted his wife, raising his tone a little.
"We have done what's best for our son and family. As long as Mrs. Wright helps us keeping it a secret, everything will be fine. I will take care of the rest, don't worry. Let's just wait for her to wake up, then we will think how to go about it. You should go to the hospital again tomorrow morning to see how she is doing. We have to do something about Abel. Can you talk to the psychologist, to see if there's something else we can do?" Mr. Blair asked his wife.
"I will. That poor child... I wonder what her family must be going through right now. I feel so guilty and sorry" Mrs. Blair said, staring at the ceiling.
"We have no choice but to wait for her to wake up. We don't know how she will react. Let's sleep now, we have to get up early" he hugged his restless wife, both closing their eyes trying to sleep.
