Chapter 1

Greetings to all of the people who are reading this.....

As always I woke up at the afternoon as I slept in the morning I think you would have already guessed but still I should spell it out for you, yes, you have guessed it correctly, I am an average student with a not so beautiful body, who stays up late reading novels and manhwa, it's not something to be proud but still I say it proudly, well that's something funny isn't it. okay back to the topic as I was saying I woke as usual and went to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth, after coming out of the bathroom I went directly to the kitchen to make a cup of tea for me, oh by the way did I mention I am Scarlet Elengate, a college student, who loves reading novel and manhwa, and not the study material I am provided with, it's really funny though, isn't it, well whatever so I live alone in a rented apartment and do my chores myself . so as I was saying I was making a cup of tea for myself and putting bread into the toaster for breakfast. after breakfast I was getting ready to head out of my apartment to go the convenience store which is just a few blocks ahead of my apartment, as I reached the convenience store I got a call from my mother, I was shopping and she was nagging me about sleeping late and waking up late, not studying properly, wasting their money and all of the sins I have committed of that even I didn't know about so I continued to reply as, "hmmm...hmmm..hmmm....yeah..", and she started yelling why I don't answer her properly and I said " yeah, I am sorry , okay, hang up now I will call you back when I reach my apartment... " and she hung up the phone while I was continuing my sentence and I stared at my phone with a amazed face as how can she hang up while the other person is still speaking but as I was used to it wasn't that shocking either, after paying for the things I went out of the convenience store but if I had known that not getting out of the apartment was the best thing for me at that day I surely and definitely would have not gone out even if the world was ending itself I wouldn't have given a damn about food if it meant I had to lose my life for that food....I still really regret that day......I miss my family....I miss my modern era ....if I knew I would end up in this I wouldn't have stepped out of my apartment that day.
