1 The Secret Mission
A girl and a boy were hiding under the bed, holding a top-secret mission meeting. Above the bed, their father was sleeping peacefully. In the kitchen, their mother was cooking, completely unaware of the drama about to unfold.
They were whispering to each other.
Sam: "Diii..."
Sia: "Yes?"
Sam: "Help me, please."
Sia: "Why?"
Sam: "I need 20 rupees."
Sia: "But I don't have it. Ask Dada."
Sam: "Nah, I won't. You know he will scold me if I ask him. Please help me, Dii!" (pleading voice)(人 •͈ᴗ•͈)
Hearing his pleas, her heart softened a bit.
Sia: "Okay, tell me what you are going to do and what I have to do."←_←
Hearing this, the little brother got incredibly happy that his sister was going to help him.
Sam: "You have to stand at the kitchen door and keep an eye on Mom and Dad. Meanwhile, I will get the money from Dada's pocket."
Hearing this, his sister gasped.
Sia: "WHAT?! YOU ARE GOING TO STEAL THE MONEY? WHAT IF DADA FINDS OUT?!"😶
Sam: "Nah, Dada won't know, I promise! Just help me this time. I will give you 5 chocolates and a packet of chips."
Hearing such a good offer, she agreed. She walked toward the kitchen door and hid behind it, giving him a thumbs-up. 👍
Her brother crawled out from under the bed. With slow, steady steps, he brought over a stool. He climbed onto the stool and raised his hands to search the pockets of his father's pants. After a bit of struggling, he pulled out the money. He left the pants on the stool and slipped out of the house.
Seeing her brother leave, Sia turned to walk away when she suddenly heard a voice.
Mom: "Siya, where are you going?"
Sia: "Nowhere, Mama."
Mom: "Then come here and help me."
Sia: "Coming, Mama!"

2 The Discovery
After some time, their father woke up. He looked around the room. Oddly, the house felt too silent today. He noticed Sia and his wife were in the kitchen, but his son was missing. He looked toward the door and spotted the stool with his pants draped over it.
He clearly remembered putting his pants on a hanger.
He picked up his pants and saw that his wallet was open. That was the moment he realized everything.
Dad: (shouting) "SIA, COME HERE!"
Hearing his shout, both Mom and Sia rushed into the room.
Mom: "What happened?"
Dad: "SEE WHAT YOUR KIDS ARE DOING!"
Mom: "WHAT?!"
Dad: "SAM HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM MY POCKET!"
Sia remained completely silent, not uttering a single word.
Dad: "SIA, TELL ME. DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS? DID YOU HELP YOUR BROTHER?!"
Sia: "..."
Dad: "SIA, I AM ASKING YOU SOMETHING!"
Sia: (tears welling up) "I don't know... anything about this, Father... I... I was helping Mom in the kitchen. You can ask her..."
Saying this, Sia started to cry. Hearing her cries, her father believed her instantly. He pulled her into a warm hug and pecked her forehead.
Dad: "I am sorry, my princess. I know you could never do something like this. Now stop crying."
Sia: "Yes, Father, I did nothing, believe me. But Father... don't you think you should punish Brother for stealing money? It's bad, right, Dada?"😼
Dad: "Yes, my princess. I will."

3 The Confrontation
Right at that moment, Sam entered the house holding a packet of chips, his pockets bursting with chocolates. Before he could even understand what was happening, his father snatched the chips from his hands, pulled all the chocolates out of his pockets, and handed everything to their mother.
Dad: "Sia, go and bring me a stick."
Sia hurriedly ran to fetch the stick. By now, Sam understood everything. He wanted to run, but his father was holding him tightly, pinning him in place.
Dad: "Give me the stick."
Sia handed the stick to her father.
Dad: "Now, give me your hand, Sam."
Sam: (crying) "Father, I promise I won't do this again! Please forgive me this time! 😭😭😭😭"
Dad: "I said, give me your hand."
Seeing no response from Sam, his father grabbed his hand and struck it with the stick.
Sam: "DADA! 😭😭😭😭😭😭"
His father let go of his hand and turned to his wife.
Dad: "Give those chips and chocolates to Sia."
Mom: "Okay."
With that, their father went to get ready for office, and their mother returned to the kitchen.
Sia and Sam were left standing in front of each other. One pair of eyes was filled with tears and betrayal; the other was smirking 😏 and staring right back.

4 The Sibling War
Time Skip: After some time, their father left for the office.
The two siblings stood face-to-face in the living room.
Sam: (furious) "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?! 😡"
Sia: (smirking) "I did nothing, my dear brother. 😏"
Sam: "I will tell Mom and Dad that you were with me in this crime! 😏"
Sia: "You won't."
Sam: "I will! Watch me! MAMA—"
Before he could finish his sentence, Sia pinched his hand hard.
Sam: "Ouch! You wait, let me show you..."
Suddenly, both of them were thrashing around, beating each other up, and pulling each other's hair. Hearing the loud shouts, their mother walked out of the kitchen. She looked at them and put her hand to her face. 🤦♀️
Mom: "STOP FIGHTING!"
(Neither of them was listening to their mother.)
Mom: "Gosh, I feel like I gave birth to dogs, not humans! Always barking at each other! GO AND FIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, YOU TWO DOGS! I WANT SOME PEACE!"
Still getting absolutely no response from them, their mother stepped in and twisted both of their ears. The two of them instantly stopped fighting.
Sam: (rubbing his ear) "Mama... 🥺 it was him—I mean, her!"
Sia: "Mama, I did nothing! He started this! 🥺"
Mom: "You two look more like sworn enemies than brother and sister. 😑"
Sia: (making innocent dove eyes) "Mama, it hurts... 🥺"
Sam: "Mama, please... 🥺"
Seeing through their not-so-innocent faces, their mother let go of them. They immediately went back to glaring at each other.
Mom: "Both of you stop fighting and go watch TV while I finish my work."
With that, their mother went back inside. Both of them instantly forgot what they were even fighting about.

5 The Remote Incident
After some time in front of the TV:
Sam: "I SAID I DON'T WANT TO WATCH THIS! 😡"
Sia: "BUT I WANT TO! 😏"
Sam: "GIVE ME THE REMOTE!"
Sia: "No, I won't! 😛"
(Sia snatched the remote out of her brother's hands.)
Sia: "Now I will watch what I want. 😏"
She changed the channel. That was when Sam lunged to snatch the remote back from her hands. Both of them grabbed onto the remote, pulling it back and forth with all their might.
(Remote: Yaaa, leave me, you dogs! I'm getting squeezed here! 😭😭😭😭₁)🏼)
Sam: "GIVE IT TO ME!"
Sia: "NO, I WON'T!"
Sam: "GIVE IT! 😡"
Sia: "NO! I SAID I AM YOUR ELDER SISTER, SO LISTEN TO ME! 😡"
Sam: "NO, I WON'T!"
Both of them gripped the remote tightly, pulling with every ounce of their strength.
Suddenly, Sam let go of the remote. Lost her balance, Sia fell backward hard onto the floor. The remote flew out of her hands, crashed violently against the wall, and its broken pieces scattered across the floor.
(Remote: RIP to me.)⚰️💀
Both of them stared in shock at the broken remote, and then at each other. Before Sia could even utter a word, Sam dropped to the floor and began wailing at the top of his lungs.
Sam: "MAMA! SIA IS BEATING ME, AND SHE BROKE THE TV REMOTE TOO! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 MAMA!"
