Anderson had never known what it felt like to be wanted.
From primary school straight into high school, life dealt him the same hand: cruelty. He was the kid shoved into lockers, the kid people tripped for laughs, the kid who ate lunch alone because even sitting near him made others roll their eyes.
He remembered every moment. The day they locked him outside during a storm and watched through the window as he begged to be let in.
The day someone snatched his notebook and read his drawings out loud, mocking his dreams until he cried.
The day his childhood friend, the one person he trusted, looked him in the eyes and said:“Stop pretending your life matters. Nobody cares about you.”
That sentence stabbed deeper than any punch.
So that night, walking home under the dull streetlights, Anderson let his head hang low as memories drowned him. His mind was so filled with pain that he didn’t see the truck speeding around the corner.
A horn.
A flash of white light.
Then everything shattered.

But Anderson didn’t fall into nothingness.
He floated instead — weightless, drifting in a sea of swirling cosmic blue. Stars glimmered around him. The silence was peaceful, almost comforting.
> Rebirthing successful...A gentle voice echoed through the void:
“Your heart has been wounded beyond repair in your previous world…
Let us give you a new one.”
Warm threads of light wrapped around his soul, pulling him through a tunnel of shimmering energy. His entire life replayed before him — not to torment him, but to release him.
Another voice, deeper and powerful, followed:
“This time, you shall rise.
This time, you shall live.”
He fell through the last layer of light and his new life began.
Anderson woke on lush, green grass under a sky painted with swirling teal clouds. The air hummed with magic. Strange birds with glowing wings soared high above, filling the world with haunting beauty He sat up.His body felt… different.
Healthy. Strong. Balanced.
Not the weak, trembling body he once hid behind.
“What is this place…?” A sudden metallic DING erupted in front of him.
A glowing blue system window blinked into existence.
> SYSTEM BOOTING…
Player Anderson detected.

Then a burst of power surged through his body — warm, electric energy that made the ground around him crack slightly under the pressure.
He gasped. "What's this feeling...”
He stood up and felt it.
Every movement was smooth, powerful, effortless.
Magic responded to him like it was drawn to his soul.
Strength rushed through him like a river breaking free.
For the first time in his life…
He wasn’t powerless.
He wasn’t scared.
He wasn’t nothing.
A slow grin formed on Anderson’s face — something he’d never been able to do without fear in his old world.
“I’m done being miserable,” he said.
“No bullies. No humiliation. No suffering.”
He spread his arms and looked at the shining fantasy world around him.
“This time… I’m living my best life. I’m going to enjoy every second of it.”
The system chimed again as if approving his decision.

A gentle breeze brushed his face. The sun warmed his skin. The world opened before him like a book waiting to be written.
Anderson took his first confident step forward.
And with that step, fate itself trembled.
