CHAPTER 2
"I'm Santiago Serena Milliana, the only daughter of my father, or as I like to call him, Papi (Spanish for father)."
I woke up at the hotel in a foul mood, still upset about last night's incident, which had me waking up on the wrong side of the bed."
“Calix have you seen my dragger?”.I asked him rummaging through my stuff franticly.
“Where did you last put it?”. “I know you never forget easy especially something like that" he said carrying my luggages into the black jeep.
“I'm not careless… anyway I'll get a new one” I said in an irritated voice as I entered the front seat.
Calix chuckled, knowing me well. He didn't say anything but drove us to our destination, my mission was done here anyway before my birthday so I chilled a night here before heading back home.
“My Home” as I said isn't like any normal comfy household with a bright family, mine was a little bit different. We finally arrived Miami, Entered the black gates and drove up the white Mansion of our secret location.
“Oh, how I missed the smell of gunpowder and blood," I said as I got out of the car, heading into the mansion while noticing some changes among the men.
I entered the living room, eager to hug my father and share the success of my mission. But to my surprise, he wasn't there. Instead, he was."
“You're the last person I want to see today”. I crossed my hands unto my chest and sat on the couch feeling disappointed.
“Same here Serena..Father isn't going to be home for three days he had a last minute call to be somewhere”.
“Ah this sucks so let me guess he couldn't leave me alone and decided to send hermano (Español for brother) right?”.
“I don't have time for your annoying questions..and if I remember well you were not on an order "shoot to kill” on this mission that father assigned you"
I turn towards Cameron's direction..from his,looks he looked like a sleepless hobo with bags under his eyes, with the same black outfit of like two days ago with his messy blonde hair and forest green eyes staring dragger at me and his height difference which stood there like a stick and his obviously revealing tattoos on his right hand.
“Well..accidents happen.. and it's not my fault if some pests interrupted my bday celebrations hm” I said as I rolled my eyes flatly not interested in his pre-talk now.
"Why do I always have to clean up your mess" he said in an fatigue tone...
I stood up approached him and tapped him on his shoulders, arranged his hangover shirt and his golden necklace…he looked so unfazed by my actions.
"Don't think too much about it you're not the one doing the dirty work my men will take of it and also you need to rest brother" I smiled at him and went up stairs to my room.
Beside that, i had an important meeting tomorrow and I need my dress ready by tomorrow. After my relaxing shower, I had twenty- three missed calls from Vanessa
"Trying to blow up my phone"?
"Ofcourse not I just missed you dear if has been months I heard of you and when I received the news from Calix that you where back

"Stop narrating I have other things to do want"? I asked her in an annoyed tone
"Oh..sorry uhm, Abuelita wishes you a happy birthday and that's all Serena".
"Thanks..tell her thanks"[I said in a flat tone barely interested to know more]
I dropped the call and proceeded to dress up, while lost in my thoughts for some moment: ( short from of vanessa) nessa and I grow up together like sisters I would say, and due to some circumstances we separated…she's now personally taking care of Nonna in Italy...so she's like family but unfortunately we are living in to different worlds and I hate people who waste my time especially the one's who act nice but are back stabbers.
It was 7pm, Calix and I arrived at the "Execution center"...I had some unfinished business to do here,a spy had infiltrated into our area to get some information but Ofcourse he got caught and is brought here.
The man infront of me all beaten up, bleeding and hang up facing me down,I put on my black gloves and stood infront of him.
"Who sent you?"
"Ha..ha I'll never..t..tell y..you"..[coughing out blood]. I hate repeating myself twice especially to cowards like this so I use his weakness.
"Listen up you're in a very pitiful state...and you'll not like to know what will happen to your...if I'm correct your 7yrs old son and your pregnant wife hmm"
The man's eyes widened at her revelation, and she knew...he was going to spill the tea...
"[Fernando's]...d..don't kill m..my wife..I plead of you..." A bullet was aimed at his head and *bang* he die at the spot, Serena order one of her men to bring down his body and chopped it for a little gift to her foes.

After removing her black gloves, she and calix walked silence out of the under basement..
"Your too quiet...cal" [ short nickname for calix]
"Cal"?
"Calix are you even listening to me?" She said turning to face his direction. I didn't expect less from calix, he was rather silent when I was interrogating that coward.
He was snapped back into reality,.."sorry Serena I was thinking"
She moved a little further infront and said bluntly "Are you that doubtful of my decisionof eliminating that pest by ordering my men to chop his body into bits"
Calix was a little bit taken back by her respond.."No I'm not"
She turns around and walks towards him, Although serena was on heels she still wasn't the same height as calix he looked down at her as she gently grabbed his face towards hers.Looking up to him, his face in her hands, looking into his eyes.
Calix looked at her and mummered “if he didn't spill the beans you would bury his pregnant wife alive right?” He already knew serena and what she's capable of but he just want to get her answer.
"Cal I maybe evil but I'm not a heartless monster to bury a pregnant woman alive okay"
He just stared as well into her hazel eyes trying to understand her better.
"I love your onxy black eyes they suit you.. also pick me up tomorrow" she said in a lazy tone looking at him...
"What time" he finally spoke and his deep voice was calm..just like how she thought.
"9am..we have a very busy schedule tomorrow..you know what to do right" I raised my left eyebrow waiting for his answer.
"I'll be there by 8am with the black SUV serena" using the same calm tone.
"That's why I love you so much calix, you know me too well" I smiled and gently caressed his cheeks and walked to the car.
Calix stood there a few moments and finally, he open the car and drove off with serena behind, glazing at the windows.
He thought to himself "what's she think now?".
