Chapter 6 __ Oh Why __
[11:00 P.M.]
She falls asleep……….
and dreams again.

In her dream,
she sees the mountain she visited earlier.
She sees her mother and her younger self,
playing happily under the shining sun,
surrounded by a rainbow and butterflies.
It’s perfect.
It’s everything she missed.
Tears fall as she watches the beautiful scene.
………………
But then………
in just a few moments……….
The sky darkens.
The stars vanish.
The fierce rain returns.
The beautiful scene disappears.
………………
“What?!”
Her mother and her younger self are gone.
……………..
RiiAa cries out:
“Mom! Where are you?!”
Mom…
“come back! I’m here!”
Kneeling on the ground,
she sobs under the pounding rain,
yelling at the sky.
…………….
“I just met her for a moment…
why did you take her away again?”
“I don’t ask for anything… just to see her…”
She breaks down completely,
crying harder than ever.

[5:00 A.M. | Sunday]
RiiAa wakes up,
tears still falling.
Her heart feels numb.
She closes her eyes, trying to rest a little longer.
…………….
[7:00 A.M.]
She finally gets up.
Taking a cold shower,
making coffee,
sitting silently on the bed,
watching the rain.
She whispers to herself:
“Was that… a nightmare? Or a dream?”
