"The Last WhatsApp Message"
Ayesha was a college student who loved writing horror stories. One night, while scrolling through WhatsApp, she received a message from an unknown number.
Unknown: "You shouldn't have ignored me."
Confused, Ayesha replied, "Who is this?" but got no response. She checked the profile picture—it was completely black. The status read, "Watching you."
Thinking it was a prank, she ignored it and went to sleep. Around 3 AM, her phone buzzed again. Another message:
Unknown: "Look outside your window."
Chills ran down her spine. She hesitated but finally pulled back the curtain. There, under the dim streetlight, stood a shadowy figure, staring straight at her window.
Panicked, she locked her door and called her best friend, Zoya. "Someone is outside my house!" she whispered.
Zoya was silent for a moment before replying, "Ayesha… but I just saw your WhatsApp status. It says 'Standing outside your house.'"
The call dropped.
The next morning, Ayesha was missing. The only clue? Her phone, lying on the bed, with a final message on the screen:
Unknown: "Now you're with me forever."
