The sunlight, coming from Mira’s house, used to disturb my sleep every day through my window. But today, the sunlight won’t be able to bother me. Because before that, I will be far away from this house. But is leaving like this the right thing to do? However, I have no choice but to go.
Ahsan has arrived with his bike. Later. I have to go. I must quietly leave the house; otherwise, everyone will find out. If that happens, my plan will be ruined. Riding a bike at 3 AM has a different kind of thrill. After a while, I reached the station. Ahsan gave me the train ticket and left. And now, I have to bring my Maya with me. Otherwise, Maya will go far away from me, and I won’t be able to bear that.
I have sent Maya many messages, but she hasn’t replied. Fine, I will surprise her. By now, I feel like my parents have found out that I am not home. I am very dear to them; they will be heartbroken by my departure. I will return and apologize later, but right now, I don’t have time.
The train is still a long way from arriving. Sitting here, I start reminiscing about the past days. When the sunlight from Mira’s house used to enter through my window, it would wake me up. And not to get ready for college quickly, but to wake Mira up. That girl is just like sunlight! Even if there were an earthquake, she still wouldn’t wake up.
