STRICTLY 18+
It was already two weeks since I started going out with my step sister. Of course, our secrets weren't found out, and we weren't too aggressive, not like I'd let something like that happen.
It was a Saturday and we were home alone. Our parents had to travel for business purposes, and I was entrusted with taking care of the house and my step sister.
"Hey Jack, let's go on a date." She said, rolling on my bed.
"We just went on one yesterday. I'd like to study right now." I said, flipping through the pages of my text.
"Exactly! Let's make it a two-day streak." She said excitedly before standing from the bed.
"More like a one-week stream."
"I don't know, Chloe. Exams are coming up."
"It's not fair, I want a date again. One more day won't hurt." She said, pouting while nudging me playfully.
"You know... you're kinda pushy."
"Am I now?" She asked, sitting on the bed.
"Ha..." I sighed, placing my book on the table and standing from the seat.
I walked towards the bed and sat beside her as she snorted.
"Hey, cutie." I teased, placing my hand on her cheeks with a smile planted on my lips.
"You said I was pushy." She pouted, looking away.
"I'm sorry, alright? I just felt like studying. Okay, let's do this." I said as she faced me.
"What?"
"Instead of going out, let's just stay home and watch some movies."
"Huh? That sounds boring."
"Let me finish first before you turn me down." I said with a scoff.
"Ah... sorry."
"Let's watch till dawn, from dusk." I continued.
"Wow, that sounds so romantic. Ah... then we'll cuddle-" She said, completely facing me as I cooped her face in my hands and drew her in for a kiss.
"I'll be going to buy some stuff, be good and wait here, okay." I said, standing from the bed and leaving the room.
I bought some snacks from a nearby store before going back home. We had some drinks at home so there was no problem with that.
*It's still a little early. Maybe I should play some games in an arcade or something.* I thought, my left hand rubbing my jaw as I stood reluctantly in front of the convenience store.
"Chloe might get mad if I stay too long." I said, finally deciding to go straight back.
I got back and placed the snacks on the table in the sitting room before locking the entrance door.
"Chloe, I'm back." I said, walking towards my room.
"I'll be there real quick, I'll just have a quick bath." She answered from the bathroom.
"I'm coming to join you there." I said.
"Wha-- don't come here!"
"I was joking." I said, walking into my room.
"Oh, come on, don't tease me."
After her bath, I went for mine.
It was already evening by the time we were ready to watch the movie.
"You bought a lot of snacks."
"That's cause you love them a lot."
"Aww, thanks a bunch." She said.
We settled into the plush couch in the sitting room, the evening sunlight fading outside. Chloe snuggled close, her hand on my knee.
"Can I..." she trailed off, her voice barely audible.
"Can you what?" I asked, leaning in.
Chloe's cheeks flushed. "Sit between your legs?"
I smiled, shifting to make space. "Of course."
Chloe hesitated for a moment before scooting closer, her back against my chest. I wrapped my arms around her, feeling her relax into me.
The movie played on, and I sensed Chloe's shyness melting away. She leaned her head back against my shoulder, her hand finding mine.
As the credits rolled, Chloe turned to face me, her eyes sparkling.
"Thanks for tonight," she whispered.
"No problem," I replied, smiling.
Her gaze dropped to my lips, and I felt her longing. But she didn't make a move, unsure. She sat on my lap, facing me completely.
I leaned in, my lips brushing against Chloe's. She closed her eyes, her mouth softening into the kiss.
At first, it was gentle, a tender exploration. But as our lips moved together, the tension between us grew.
Chloe's hands drifted up to my shoulders, her fingers tracing the curve of my neck and her legs hugging my hips.
I deepened the kiss, my arms wrapping tighter around her.
As we broke apart for air, Chloe's eyes fluttered open.
I leaned in again, our lips meeting in a softer, sweeter kiss. Chloe's hands cradled my face, her thumbs tracing my jawline.
As we kissed, the world around us melted away. The movie forgotten, the room silent.
Chloe's lips parted, inviting me deeper. Our tongues danced, sending shivers down my spine.
I drew back, letting her catch her breath as my lips went down her neck. She let out a cute moan as my lips trailed down her neck.
I pulled her closer, my arms wrapping around her waist. Chloe's body moulded to mine.
Suddenly, she pulled back, gasping.
"Sorry," I whispered, concerned.
Chloe smiled mischievously. "Not sorry at all."
Chloe's eyes sparkled mischievously as she pushed me back onto the sofa.
"Your turn," she whispered, her voice husky.
"You're getting bolder."
I laughed, settling into the cushions. Chloe straddled me, her knees on either side of my hips.
"You're taking advantage of me," I teased.
Chloe grinned. "Just levelling the playing field."
Her lips brushed against mine as she ruffled my hair.
Chloe's lips devoured mine, her hands roaming under my shirt. I felt her fingers tracing my abs, sending shivers down my spine.
As she pulled my shirt up, I raised my arms, letting her remove it. But when her hands reached for my belt, I caught her wrists.
"Whoa, slow down," I whispered, my voice husky.
Chloe's eyes locked onto mine, her pupils dilated. "What's wrong?"
I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing heart. "We shouldn't rush this."
Chloe's gaze softened, understanding flickering across her face. "You're right."
She leaned in, her lips brushing against mine in a gentle kiss.
"I just get carried away around you," she whispered before pulling back.
"Although our parents went on a one week trip, we should still be careful." I said, grabbing my shirt.
"What do you mean?"
"What I mean? Well, I'm saying we shouldn't let our feelings get out of control."
"So you're saying we should stop this?"
"That's not -"
"I'm going to my room." She said, standing from the couch and walking out.
"Wait, Chloe." I called, pulling her back.
"Let me go, it's cause we are step siblings, right?"
"I'm sorry for saying what I did. It's just..."
"I understand. I was a little out of it today."
"Then let me take you to your room."
We walked upstairs in silence, and I took her into her room. I noticed she was still kinda mad, but I had nothing to say to her.
"Good night." I said.
"Night."
"Want me to sleep over?"
"No, I can stay on my own." She said, closing the door.
I walked back to my room and slumped on my bed.
*I've gone and done it.* I thought.
The next day, a Sunday, we didn't speak much, in as much as I wanted to. She was avoiding me.
"Chloe, I said I was sorry." I apologized, trying to stop her from walking past me.
"I'm going out with some friends." She said, trying to move past me.
"Chloe, we can talk things out."
"I'm busy."
"Tch, great. Just great." I said, frowning before walking out.
We didn't speak to each other again for that day, I doubt she even came back home. The next day, I went to school a little earlier than usual to meet my teammates.
"The cold Jack." Someone called before putting his hand around my shoulder.
"Fuck off dude."
"Still as cold as ever. So? Ready to join the team for real?"
"Yeah, there's no need to hold back, I think."
"Thanks a lot, that's a weight off our shoulders." He said, as the others walked towards me.
"Okay, we'll be advancing to the nationals after our last match. It's the first time this is happening in our school and I'm so proud to be the captain now. Thanks to your goals, Ja..."
"It's thanks to your support."
"Ah... yeah, our support."
They kept talking about their goals and nationals. I let out a sigh, which was unnoticed as I looked at my left.
"Mom, I said I'm alright. I'm not a kid anymore." I said over the phone while walking back home.
"I just wanted to be sure you were okay."
"I am mom. Love you."
"Love you too." She said excitedly before the call was ended.
"Ha..." I sighed, walking past a cafe.
*Huh? Wait, I just.* I thought, walking backwards.
"Chloe..."
*She's with a guy?* I thought, looking at them before walking out.
I slammed my bedroom door, frustration boiling over. Chloe and I had been together for two weeks, but now she was giving me the cold shoulder.
And that guy...
I couldn't shake the image of them laughing together in the cafe. Was she moving on? Already?
My mind reeled with questions:
What did I do wrong?
Why won't she talk to me?
Is she serious about this new guy?
I paced around my room, feeling caged. Our relationship was complicated enough, being step-siblings and all. But we'd made it work.
Or so I thought.
Memories of our time together flooded my mind: stolen kisses, whispered secrets, late-night conversations.
How could she just shut me out?
I took off my clothes and dumped them on the bed before grabbing some thick ones.
I walked to the kitchen for a hot cup of tea since the weather was cold.
*He might be a friend. I'll just try and ignore that.* I thought, trying my best not to doubt myself as I rested on the counter, gulping down the tea.
"Tch... dammit."
She didn't get back until late at night. I sat in the sitting room watching her walk past me like we never knew each other.
"Chloe, where have you been?"
"What? Are you trying to lecture me now?"
"I'm just asking. It's late, what if something happened to you?"
"I was out with friends." She said as I bit my lower lip.
"I see... friends. Huh?" I said, standing from the sofa and walking out of the house.
*Friends my ass. Now she's lying.* I thought, walking down the road.
"It's so cold." I said, putting my hands into my pocket.
The next day came and we still didn't talk to each other. She kept talking with the boy and ignoring me till Friday came. Our parents got back from their business trip.
"Jack!" Mom called, holding me tight.
"Mom..."
"I can't believe you came to meet me at the airport." She said, refusing to let me go.
"Mom, you're embarrassing me."
"My baby boy."
*Ugh... maybe this was a mistake.* I thought, letting her do what she felt like.
"What of your little sister?" Chloe's dad asked.
"Probably at school." I answered, grabbing their bags.
"Let's go home then."
We got into a cab and went back home. By the time we got home, Chloe was already back.
After dropping their stuff in their room, I walked back into my room and shut myself in.
*This weekend will be a really long one.* I thought.
"Baby, won't you come down and eat?" Mom asked, knocking on my door.
"Mom, I'll be leaving for practice. I'm coming down now." I said, packing some clothes into a bag.
"I packed some lunch for you and your friends too."
"They don't need it, but I'll take it all for myself."
"Ha... what a greedy child." She said as I heard footsteps.
I and the soccer team already planned to spend our weekend training for the upcoming nationals.
"Mom, I'm out." I said, walking out of the house.
"The cold Jack is here."
"Fuck off dude."
"He he."
"Boys, gather round." The coach said as we walked towards him.
"Firstly let's welcome our newest member. Although he's played with us from the start of the preliminaries, he just joined us." The coach said as they clapped.
"Ah... thanks." I said.
"And also, by next week Saturday, we'll ne having our final match against **** high school, in order to qualify for nationals. Do your best, to stay focused in the game."
"Yes coach!"
After talking about that, we began running some laps and doing some strength training.
*She didn't even text me.* I thought, looking at the screen of my phone while drying my hair.
"Jack, let's have dinner together."
"coming'"
We ended in the evening of the next day, Sunday. I went back home and went straight for my room and laid down lazily on my bed.
*Maybe I should text her again.* I thought, picking up my phone.
I pulled out my phone, typing a message to Chloe for the fifth time that day.
"Hey, can we talk?"
No response.
"Chloe, please. What's going on?"
Silence.
I sighed, frustration building. She was still ignoring me.
Previous messages remained unread:
"Sorry if I upset you"
"Need to know what's wrong"
"Missing you"
I hesitated, then sent another text.
"Seeing you with him today... hurt. Can we at least discuss this..." And then I deleted that.
I didn't want her to know that I've already found them out.
*I'm not usually this way... this girl's making me act unusual. I'm getting sick and tired of all this.*
Practice continued and I already began talking to my classmates like a normal person. I apologized to those I annoyed in the past few years and made a few more friends.
The day for the match finally came. The final match before we could advance to nationals. I was surprised to see Chloe there with her friends. I became happy until I saw her smiling and waving at someone else. I looked behind me and saw the guy she was with at the cafe wearing the Jersey for **** High school.
"..."
I stepped onto the pitch, adrenaline pumping. The crowd's roar faded into background noise as I focused on the game.
I was mad, I was seriously pissed off. It was pretty obvious who she came for. I gritted my teeth and clenched my fists.
The whistle blew, and I sprinted into action. My feet moved on autopilot, but my mind lingered on Chloe.
First half: 2 goals down from the bastard. Coach's words echoed in my ears: "Get your head in the game!"
I looked towards Chloe and she looked so happy.
Second half: I regained focus, scoring a hat-trick. The crowd erupted.
As I celebrated, I spotted Chloe running towards him. I wanted to grab her but I saw mom walking towards me.
"Baby, you guys won." She said, kissing my forehead.
"Mom... you're embarrassing me." I said, looking away.
"Even the cold Jack gets embarrassed when he's with his mom." Someone said as I glared at him.
"You did great!"
"Why'd you come mom? I thought you had to go to the office?"
"I wanted to surprise you."
"It's okay, you still have next year." I heard Chloe say as they walked towards us.
"Ah... Chloe." Mom called.
"Auntie."
"Is that your... boyfriend?"
"Oh, Auntie this is Dave. He's my..."
"Mom, I'll be leaving now. I need to meet the Coach." I said, walking out.
"Tsk..."
"You guys did well. But you weren't into the game in the first half, Jack. Try to be more serious in the future."
"Yes sir." I said.
After speaking with the coach we went our separate ways.
"Jack." I heard a familiar voice call out.
*Why?*
"Jack?"
*Why'd she have to show her face here?*
"Hey, Jack." She called as I looked at her.
"Camila." I called.
"It's been years, you know."
"What are you doing here?"
"I heard you had a match and I decided to come and watch it." She said.
"You came with your sister?"
"Yeah"
"I need to leave." I said, walking out.
"Wait a minute. Are you that mad at me? Won't you at least give me 5 minutes of your time?"
"You don't deserve it."
"4 minutes?"
"Just say what you want to now. I'll be leaving with my mom soon." I said as she walked towards me and grabbed my hand.
"I just wanted to..."
"I'd prefer it if you let me go..." I said.
"Big sis." Someone called, walking towards us.
"Ah... Amanda, and your friends."
*Chloe?* I thought, shaking her hands off of mine.
"I see you're here with Jack."
"Yeah, it's been long since we last spoke to each other so I decided to come meet him."
"So you're Amanda's sister?" Chloe asked.
"Yeah."
"Camila... I need to leave." I said, walking out.
*Fuck no, she might misunderstand.* I thought.
We all drove in silence. Mom brought her car so she took the two of us home.
"Ah...! Kids I'm sorry I've been called in. You guys can take a cab and go home right?"
"Yeah." I said.
She stopped her car and we got down after she gave me some bundles.
"See you later, mom." I said.
Chloe looked away as we stood waiting for a bus. I looked at her and then looked away.
"Chloe, don't you think this is dragging a little too much?" I asked, looking at her.
"I don't know what you're talking about."
"Don't act ignorant. Who's that Dave guy?"
"Dave?"
"Yeah, you even went to meet him after the match, even though I was there. Aren't we together?" I asked.
"Dave is my cousin. We just started seeing each other again. He's a grade lower than us." She said.
"Ah... I jumped into conclusion." I said, looking away.
"And you? What were you doing with your ex? You guys were even holding hands."
"That's a misunderstanding. She just came and said she wanted to tell me something, you guys just came at the wrong time." I said.
"Heh...? I see."
"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry for that night. It's just that... I was scared."
"Scared of what?"
"I was worried about you. I didn't want to regret doing something like that, especially since we still lived with our parents."
"Parents? Did I ask you to care about that?"
"I mean..."
"I wanted it. That's why I went ahead and you began giving excuses. Just tell me that you don't want me."
"Chloe..." I called, looking away. "I'm sorry, I also wanted it. But I had to control my feelings. I didn't want our parents quarrelling over this."
"They won't find out."
"And what if they do?!" I asked as she looked shocked. "I'm sorry, I... I just didn't want my mom getting divorced again. She's finally happy with someone and I go and get his daughter pregnant. I know she'll give her marriage up if I told her that I loved you, but I don't want that. Because I love my mom." I said, looking away as a cab stopped beside us.
When we got home, Chloe's dad was in the sitting room reading a magazine.
"Good evening, dad." She greeted before running up.
"Good evening, sir."
"Ah... Jack, I hear you did great out there."
"Yeah."
"Good job."
"Thanks." I smiled before walking up.
Mom got back a little late and we all had dinner. After that, we went our separate ways and I found myself thinking.
*It's not like I've had any problem with the other girls. But It'll hurt her.* I thought, picking up my text book.
"Ugh... I don't like this." I said, throwing my book aside.
*It's already midnight, might just sleep.* I thought, closing my eyes as I heard a knock on my door.
"Hmm?"
I walked towards the door and opened it.
"Chloe?" I asked in a whisper.
I looked left and right before letting her in. She walked into the room as I locked the door but she just stood behind me.
"What's wrong?"
"Jack..." she called, pushing me against the door.
"Hey, Chloe?"
"I... I just..."
"Chloe, mom and dad are home."
"I've just missed you. I'm sorry." She said, pressing her lips against mine.
"Wait a minute." I said, pushing her back.
"I knew i..." she didn't complete her statement as I carried her to my bed and placed her on it.
"It's late, any little noise will wake my mom for sure." I whispered as she smiled at me.
"I thought you were tired of me." She said.
"How can I be tired of you? I'm not, okay?"
"Mmn." She said smiling before placing her hand behind my neck and pulling me close. Our lips met and the tension between us dissolved.
As our lips met, the world around us melted away. Chloe's hands traced my jawline, sending shivers down my spine.
I pulled her closer, our bodies aligning. My fingers skimmed her shoulders, slipping beneath her shirt.
She whispered my name, her breath hot against my skin.
I gently lifted her shirt over her head, revealing soft, golden skin.
Chloe's eyes locked onto mine, her gaze burning with desire.
My hands explored her curves, tracing the contours of her body.
She arched into my touch, our lips never parting.
As we moved in sync, our hearts pounded as one.
Our bodies entwined, moving in perfect harmony. Every touch, every kiss, ignited a fire within. Chloe's whispers fueled my passion.
"Deeper," she breathed, her voice trembling.
I obliged, our lips never parting.
"Oh, yes..." she moaned, her body arching.
As we slowed, Chloe's head nestled into the crook of my neck. Our ragged breathing synchronized.
"Love you," she whispered.
"Love you too," I replied, holding her close.
As we basked in the afterglow, reality crept in.
"What's next for us?" Chloe asked, her voice laced with uncertainty.
I stroked her hair, my mind racing.
"We'll think of a way, okay?"
"Okay." She said, smiling at me before shutting her eyes.
Morning light streamed through my window, illuminating Chloe's peaceful face. My arm wrapped around her, holding her close.
The sound of my parents stirring down the hall hit me like a cold shower. Reality check.
"Chloe," I whispered urgently. "You need to go."
She stirred, eyes fluttering open. Our gazes met, and for a moment, the world stopped again.
But urgency took over. "Now, Chloe. Before they see you."
With a quiet nod, she quickly gathered her clothes and slipped out of my room.
The door clicked shut, and I exhaled slowly. That was close.
Now, I had to face the day, pretending nothing happened.
*I've done something I definitely can't take back. I just hope this won't affect our parents.* I thought, rolling on the bed before I saw a stain on the bed.
"That really happened. I just..."
