Dr. jun: I really can't tell what I'm seeing in your belly let's run some few more test confirm, this is really shocking.
Ian: What is it? I'm scared what's wrong?
Dr. Jun: scans shows that there's a life being formed in your stomach, how strange.
Ian : How do you mean ?
Dr. Jun:Your anatomy is different it contains a chamber,more like a womb.
Ian: Doc , I'm still lost , what do you mean by Womb?
Dr. Jun: There's a fetus, what I'm trying to say is you're pregnant according to the several test I've run on you. Mind blowing.

Ian : I don't know, but all I know is I've seen similar situation of my case on the internet where some doctors call it "Fetu in Feti" where the fetus of the other twin trapped in the other fetus of it's other twin as time goes by the other is born the older the twin grows the trapped fetus in the older twin grows till the trapped fetus is giving birth to by the older twin.
