"Don't you even try to enter my room ever or you'll know the consequences yourself." Said Zain making me stand between him and the wall with so much coldness that it gave chills to my whole body
" I...I am s..sorry I swear I d..didn't came here i..intentionally. Your mom told me to give this to you that why I c..came here." I said while showing him the glass of turmeric milk that mom sent for him so that his wounds could heal easily.
He took the glass from me and shut the door at my face.
"Why dad why? Why did you left me alone? Step dad married me to a man like this. I am very afraid of this man, this house and this world too." I said while going inside my room and crying while putting my head over my knees.
Just then the door opened and mom came inside. Yes she is Zain's mom but she says me to call her mom. She is really kind lady. She is the one whom I like the most in this house. I came here just a day before. I am sure Zain is not happy with this marriage.
" What happened my child? Why are you crying?" She said while palming my cheeks.
" Mom I..I just W..went to give M..milk to Zain that too because you T..told me to but he didn't liked that I went t..to his r..room." I said while sobbing.
" My child Zain has suffered a lot in his life. He has become an alive statue since something very bad happened to him which made him like this. But I am sure he will change himself very soon. You have to break this wall between you two." She said while worry and hurt was clearly evident in her eyes.
" What happened to him mom?" I asked while sitting properly.
" That's not my place to tell you. You have to gain his trust so that he can tell you everything. I promise my son is like coconut. Hard from outside but have a soft spot from inside that you have to take out. He was never like this before. Consequences made him like this." With this she gave me my milk packed my forehead and left."
