I have decided this to be the title of my story!
By the way:
The story I'm making... Some of them based on my life story. I grabbed some ideas and decided to make it. This story I'm making is not for just entertaining only. But also to spread my struggling feelings. I will be sharing my experiences to people who also experience this and make them relate to it. (Some for calming story~~)

Question for today!: why did I picked that as the title of my story?
Answer:
–Because of what I've experienced. Even though the person I have met in my experiences dreams, we still meet after the long years I dreamt of her. “The wind blows on us” actually really means; our soul still meet. (Even though our world doesn't connect or we aren't real for each other.)
