My name is Kio and i'm always alone, i was used to be bullied at school because of my flat body. I'm a 15 years old student who is the victim of every single bullies.
One day I was rushing to school because I'm late, I'm scared to get detention because I woke up late.
Suddenly I bumped into someone, it's a girl. She turns her head at me and apologize, "sorry I didn't see you."
"It's okay," I said, she nods and spoke up again, "wanna be friends?," she asked as she smiles, I was surprised because no one would want to be friends with me, I nod and we walked to school together.
Her name was Mika, she doesn't seem to have bad intent to me. I became comfortable with her and she always protect me from the bullies by punching them.
I'm glad I finally can meet someone like her, even my family didn't like me, I hope she won't leave or betray me because I trust her very much.
4 days passed, we went to the cafeteria at lunch time. "I need to use the restroom, please wait here," she said as she walks to the bathroom, I nod and wait at the lunch table.
I was waiting patiently for her to come back, but while waiting, the popular girls came up, "hey look it's the loser~" one of them said, "why not beat her up?," another one said, the other agrees with the idea and beat me up.
My nose bleeds and my glasses are broken, the popular girl is bullying me...
Everyone laughs and enjoys it, but then Mika came and kicked them in face, I was amazed by her skill, the girl screams, "ouch, what the hell was that!?," the girl screamed. I began to feel something strange... But I don't know what is that feeling.
The girls ran away. Mika apologized for coming late, I said it was okay, she then smiles widely and immediately bring me to the nursery room.
I thanked her for bringing me there, she nods and hugs me tightly being glad that I'm okay.
I'm happy to have a friend like her, she's the only friend I can trust, I finally can feel what does real friend feel like...
However, something is... Not alright...?
One day, she sent me a photo of an ice cream, "what is it?," I replied, "wanna hang out at this ice cream place tomorrow?," texted her. Tomorrow is Saturday, so it would be great if we go hang out together instead of just meeting at school.
"Of course!!!," I texted, I was excited to meet her tomorrow.
Saturday 18 November 2023, at 11 AM I met her at the ice cream shop, we ate ice cream together and hang out in the cafe. We had so much fun together and I wish this never end...
We laugh together and having fun, everyone was looking at me with a disgusted face for some reason, but I ignored them and continue to talk with Mika.
That day was awesome, it actually boosted my confidence.
School started again at 20 November 2023, we met and went through school like always.
At lunch time, someone came up to me, it was the popular girl that got kicked by Mika, "hey, do you see ghost?," she asked, I shaked my head and asked why.
"But you seem to have a... Imaginary friend...," the girl replied, I was a bit shocked, "...what do you mean...?," I asked.
"You talked to no one, you play with no one, I saw you at the ice cream cafe and everyone were looking at you because you're literally talking and laughing to no one...," the girl explained.
I became even more surprised, "but I was talking to Mika...," I said, the girl's eyes widened open as I mentioned Mina's name... "Mika...?".
"Hey... Do you know? There were a case...," she said, she then explained to me the whole story. And of course i'm very shocked.
At 13 March 2017, 7 AM on Monday, there were a girl who is very kind and sincere, most of them are jealous and annoyed by her, so one bully decided to write a fake love note and put it in the locker, the girl read it and immediately ran to the rooftop because the note said to go there. As she arrives at the rooftop, she decided to wait at the gate of the rooftop. The bully came and that made her surprised because of the bully's arrival and she slipped which caused her to fall from the rooftop. The bully was shocked and doesn't know what to do because they just killed someone, the bully didn't plan that, they was just planning to beat her up and never meant to kill her, the bully decided to act innocent and reported it to the teacher, this case went viral on the whole world but the viral doesn't last long, the case are fully forgotten at 22 June 2017. And the most shocking and surprisingly is, the girl... Was... 𝘔𝘪𝘬𝘢...
I realized that I've been talking to a ghost for the whole time, I ran to Mika and asked her about that, she revealed the truth that she was a ghost for this whole time and no one can't see her except me...
