The year is 2048. As Technology continues to evolve, so have criminals all over the world. Mass murder has now become a reoccurring topic on the news, And global birth rates have been declining significantly due to it.
In the year 2044, New York became the state with the highest crime rate in America. The story follows Andre Walker, a troubled 16-year-old who decides to devote his life to fighting crime. Fueled by revenge, his goal is to eliminate all of the criminal organizations in New York, hunt down the criminals responsible for his mother’s death, and make them pay. In doing so he agrees to undergo a risky but life-changing surgery. An experimental project directed by the FBI. Their objective was to create the first-ever crime-fighting cyborg, and in the end, they were successful.
