Daddy, Don't Bully Mummy

Chapter 1 - Fateful Encounter

Inside of an exclusive bar, I couldn't help but grumble.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
He cancelled on me again.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Yet another client who's run away...
Picking up my glass, my eyes looking right at the amber liquid, I couldn't help but sigh.
It's been a year since I've established my small company and clients seem to run away at every turn.
I found myself walking out to the balcony, looking forlorn.
Stirring the liquid in my glass around, I closed my eyes and tried my best not to fall into despair.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
*sigh*
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
That was a pretty long sigh.
I turned my head towards the man smoking next to me.
Cigarette between his fingers, he looked out into the beautiful cityscape, just like me.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
I've had a bad day. I believe that everyone is allowed a sigh when that happens.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Is that so?
This man...
I turned my head and our eyes met for a second.
Dressed in a high-quality suit, the man's black hair shined in the darkness while his other handsome features embellished him as a whole.
I blushed, realising that I was staring, and looked away immediately after.
Taking a sip of my whiskey, I sat the glass onto the ledge while looking into the buildings below.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
I've had a terrible day as well.
I turned my head towards him yet again, something about him making me want to press on.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Why don't we share stories?
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Whoever's day was the worst buys another round of drinks.
He looked at me with a natural cold expression which suddenly turned into a half smile.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Alright.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
You go first, then.
I smiled.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Well, for one, my stepfather tried to get me to marry a major playboy in order to progress his business this morning.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
When I refused, he kicked me out of the house. Now, I'm here, trying to meet a client only for him to cancel on me yet again.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
I think that my stepfather might be preventing my business from growing by pressuring my clients to quit.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Also, I'm afraid that my business will go under soon, so I'll be left unemployed and without a home to go back to.
I turned my head towards him, and he seemed a little shocked.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
What about you? Can your day beat mine?
He chuckled.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Well, my grandmother is desperate for me to marry. Anyone would do. Come to think of it, if I married a dog, she'd be happy.
I chuckled.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Grandmother's are always pressuring but you know that they have your health and wellbeing at heart.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
It's just the way that they display it that might be the problem.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
But she was this close to arranging a marriage for me this morning.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
However, I am a man who knows when to accept defeat.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
You are indeed the winner.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Great, because I used the last of my money on this drink.
He chuckled.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
What would have happened if you had lost?
I smirked.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Most people's whole lives aren't as bad as this single day. I knew that I had you beat the moment I proposed the bet.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Well... shall we head to the bar?
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
It appears that I owe you a drink.

Chapter 2 - Lost In Paradise

Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Bartender?
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Two Sunshine Ray's please.
The bartender nodded and immediately started to prepare our drinks.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
So I don't even get to pick my own?
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Trust me, you'll not regret trying it.
As we waited for our drinks, the man then chuckled.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
What's so funny?
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
I just realised that I haven't asked for your name yet.
I smiled sweetly.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
What about you?
His eyes opened wide, as if he was surprised, but then smiled gently.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
My grandmother calls me Alex.
Alex... that's a name that suits him well.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Alex.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
I feel honoured to have you to dump all of my trauma on tonight.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Well, why don't we share our childhood trauma?
And so, we talked for hours, downing drink after drink.
Sharing our childhood stories while laughing at our mishaps, it was the best night of my life.
After around five hours, I took a look at my phone.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Goodness! The bar was supposed to close two hours ago.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Is that so...
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
It must be open extra late tonight.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
But I'm impressed.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
I've never seen a girl hold her liquor that well before.
I grinned.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Were you expecting to get me drunk and take advantage of me?
I could see the small blush in his cheeks as I chuckled.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
I'm kidding!
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
You don't look like you would have the guts to do that to a girl. Besides, you've expressed your dislike for women at the start.
His face then darkened and his hand reached out, touching my cheek.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
If it was you, I wouldn't mind.
At that moment, even my cheeks reddened.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Y-You're surely joking...
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
You're the first girl that I've enjoyed a conversation with.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
Are you sure that it's not the alcohol that's talking?
This man... does he even realise how attractive he is?
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
I'm not drunk.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
How could I become drunk when you're in front of me?
Since when does he have such a glib tongue?
I've never talked to a man who was so good at listening before. To top that, I feel a strong connection with him.
I can't resist him...
As he leaned forward towards me in the empty bar, his lips claimed mine, taking my first kiss.
NovelToon
His tongue slipped into mine, smudging my lip tint while his lips crashed against mine in a slow and sensual kiss.
When I talk about my worries with him, they all seem to disappear.
Even if they are likely to return tomorrow... I want to be selfish and forget about them tonight.
With him...

Slipping his hand into mine, Alex and I barely got to his hotel room before he pressed me against the elevator wall, kissing me deeply and sensually.
I can't believe this... how is he such a good kisser?
NovelToon
His tongue slipped into my mouth while my fingernails gripped onto his shirt.
I've barely known this man for six hours yet I feel like I've known him forever, from his childhood to his present self.
I've never kissed a man before today and now, if we're going to where I think we are, I'll lose another first today.
As our lips parted, Alex looked down at me, his face flushed and grinning.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
You just looked so beautiful in that bar, under that low light...
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Am I wrong?
To kiss me? Is he serious?
I put my forehead against his and looked right up into his eyes.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
You're not wrong. You couldn't be more than right.
The door opened and he took my hand, pulling me towards his room.
He fumbled with his key card, which I found adorable.
Finally opening up the door, he let me walk in.
When I did, he closed the door and threw his arms around my waist.
Hugging me from behind, I could feel his heart pounding.
Can he feel mine?
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Lydia...
I turned around, my cheeks flushed.
Putting my arms around his neck, I brought my lips up to his and pressed them together, making us kiss.
He was surprised at first, but then closed his eyes and placed a hand around my waist and one on the back of my head, pulling me in closer.
Our kiss deepened, his tongue outlining my bottom lip.
Bringing us closer to the bed, we both eventually fell down onto it.
Our eyes met along with our flushed cheeks.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Lydia... can I?
I blushed.
Lydia Kingsley
Lydia Kingsley
You fool... I wouldn't be on this bed if it was a no.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
I just wanted to make sure... I don't want you to do something that you weren't sure about.
I was soon enveloped in his warmth as he slipped me out of my dress, leaving him to pull his tie down, loosing up his shirt.
Oh my gosh... he looks so sexy.
Slipping out of his clothes, his hands then found the back of my underwear, which he clumsily undid.
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
Why are these hooks so hard to take out!
I couldn't help but chuckle.
He's clumsy... a first-timer just like me.
I then put my fingers behind my back and unhooked them myself.
My bra dropped, revealing my two milky brexsts, which he stared at, his cheeks flushed.
I then shyly took his hand and placed his palm onto my left bxxb.
He unconsciously squeezed it, making me shiver.
As he continued to massage my chest, he immediately noticed that my breath was becoming more haggard.
He was frustrating me so much...
How could he say such embarrassing things?
Alex Westwood
Alex Westwood
They're soft... like pillows.
