Year 2759, 5th June, at 13:47:42 GMT, we took flight to the empty void above us. Our mission is to find if it's possible for us to live in a planet that the other scientists searched. The planet is 8.52 billion light years apart in a distant galaxy named GT2437F9 aka Debulus. This planet revolves around a mid level star resembling the Sun called Appolus. And the name of the planet is GT0O9551FJ3 aka Zweilus.

The planet is pretty much similar to Earth, the scientists say so. They even said that we might be able to meet some enormous creatures like Elephants. We, on the other hand have to accept the order given by Our higher authorities to check if it's safe for us to live there.

That's right! We are astronauts; we go and check various planets in order to get more information about these. We can do 8-10 missions like this in a year. Our job is to go, check, search abnormalities and come back.

How do we go such a vast distance in a short period of time?

Oh, that's easy. I don't know much about how it works but we can bend the space and join them together. The scientists call it Worm hole or whatever, meh, if I know that much I would be a scientist today not an astronaut. Besides, I like travelling around the universe, searching new places and unlocking new Mysteries. That's who I am. I am Shawn, Shawn Flannigan, an astronaut in profession. Of course I'm Not a newbie. It's been a year since I joined the crew. But I don't don't know why they call me Newbie, even Now!!!

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and......

Our spaceship was launched from the Earth. Finally we crossed the atmosphere and entered the vast dark void that we call Space. For now our destination is not Planet Zweilus but it's Mars. Why? Because there is a Space Station revolving around it. And that is the place where the scientists created the Worm hole.

Let me tell you one more thing. We Earthlings conquered Mars a long time ago and with the help of science and technology, life on Mars become possible and much easier.

The Sunlight isn't that effective but we managed to keep us warm on that atmosphere. It's now a green planet just like Earth. The space station revolving around it was made exclusively with the help of materials in Mars and the one who made this lived on Mars as their home planet.

Amidst the space station there's a huge circular structure made up of large mechanical parts. Our Spaceship is moving towards that. There's something shining, generating in that circular area, which is actually a Worm hole. This is awesome. We even have a technology like that, which can create a Worm hole.

But it's not the absolute truth. I only heard this so I might be wrong, but they say that there's millions and millions of Worm holes in our universe. They are natural but the thing is they are small, very very small, smaller then a microbe, no, an atom. Only subatomic particles are capable of travelling through them.

But our scientists made a miracle. They found a way to enlarge and expand the effectiveness of these small Worm holes. Surely, it costs some energy, but as a result we are able to warp from one point to to another which is millions of light years ahead. Technology is Amazing!!!

Now, as we are moving towards the Worm hole, let me introduce you to our crew members.

First and foremost, the Commander Leon; One word - Strict!

Next Viola - You can call her leader as she is the founder of this crew and she is so kind hearted and nice; I secretly have a crush on her by the way.

Next, Jack - the manager, Mr. Popular, a magnet.

Then, Mike - the pilot, the polar opposite of Jack.

Howard - Tech expert - Steadfast.

Daisy - Zoologist - Quiet type

Stephanie - Botanist - Arrogant.

Also, She is the caretaker, only in name though, she is not as kind as Lady Viola.

And the last one, Me, Shawn, Not an expert in anything, just a part of the crew. I am the one who lands on any planet before anyone else to check if it's safe, as per requested by Lady Viola herself. I feel like I am only here as a Guinea pig, but if it's Lady Viola, I don't mind being one.......

By the way, don't call me masochist, I am Not.

Now on to the next thing. The eight of us in space suit in a spaceship heading towards that Worm hole which is currently being projected outside from that space station amidst that circular area and we entered there swiftly.

This is the moment, the moment I like very much in a journey. It's thrilling. As we enter the Worm hole, the surroundings became so thin. They call it hyperspace tunnel. Here speed of surrounding become so much that you can only feel it with your eyes closed. When you open your eyes you'll the stars making parallel lines because of the speed. Actually we are the ones that are moving fast not the stars, but it feels like the opposite, just like when in a car you see the trees and everything coming towards you. The same experience but on bigger scale.

Soon we exited the Worm hole and now 8.52 billion light years apart from our home. The Worm hole got closed after that. It'll reappear in a week according to Earth's time which is 10 days in this planet. That's the time we have to do our work.

The sight of the planet Zweilus is beautiful. It stands in the second place that revolves around the star Appolus. The size is almost 2/3rd of Earth, has only one natural satellite called Lunalus. 62% water and 38% land. The atmosphere has both Nitrogen and Oxygen in highest amount just like Earth. This means we can breathe without our space suits. The revolving speed of this planet is slightly greater than Earth, therefore, 18 hours a day and 272 days a year. The scientists calculated it, I'm not the one to talk.

Our spaceship entered the atmosphere of this planet Zweilus. We cannot afford any malfunctioning here so Jack, Mike and Howard are doing their job in landing the ship.

Soon we landed on a plane barren land. There's not any greenery here, only rocks, stones and pebbles; sands not that much. Our landing was successful. Finally, we can start our new journey on this planet. A brand new, happy journey.

And so we thought, without realising the reality of our situation. The planet Zweilus.... Is Dangerous.

We are astronauts and currently we are on the planet named Zweilus. We successfully landed on the planet on a barren land filled with rocks, stones and pebbles. And our journey begins.

Soon after we landed Commander Leon shouted at me,

"Shawn!!! "

I know why. It's the indication for me being the Guinea pig again.

"Shawn! All the best. " Thank you Lady Viola. You are my only piller of success. For you I can do anything.

As I'm at the point of leaving the space ship, I looked at everyone. They are all doing the grand salute as if it is imminent that I'll die here. What the heck!!!

I'm about to leave and on my spacesuit. The door behind me got closed so that the pressure inside doesn't change much. The door in front of me opened up and a bright flash startled me for a second. After adapting a little to the new environment I went down with the help of stairs attached to the spaceship outside.

I feel like my weight suddenly got decreased. I feel light. It happens whenever we go to a planet whose acceleration due to gravity g is less than Earth.

I landed on the barren land and thus become the very first Earthling to land on this planet. I am proud of myself!

While I was enjoying my proud moment the communicator attached to my suit buzzed up. And it was Stephanie.

"Shawn! Check if it's okay to breathe here. "

This is the clear indication that I should open my suit and be a Guinea pig again!

"Best of luck, Shawn! I'm counting on you. " Anything for you my Lady. Your sweet voice gives me courage to do anything.

It's not like I'll die after inhaling the air. Scientists also said that since there is high amount of oxygen and nitrogen, for us to live here is possible. All I'm doing is to prove that right. All for the sake of science even if I die.

By all means I opened my spacesuit. I felt a little pressure on my chest. I was holding my breath and then I released it, inhaled the air a little. No reaction what so ever. That means we can breathe here like usual.

I signed at the others giving a thumbs up. You can all come now. Heh, first step of our mission is complete.

"Man! You okay? " Jack replied coming down talking off the suit. I signed a thumbs up again without saying anything as I was pretty scared. What if the air is poisonous? I mean any microbes?

One by one all the crew members came down. Commander Leon gave us orders about what to do next. He divided us into four teams going in the four directions in a group of two. I am unlucky enough to get paired up with this Stephanie. Sigh! Lady Viola please come here instead.

We took off our spacesuits yes, but not the uniform inside. The white colored rubber like thin uniform with a belt where we have our weapons stored. Amidst the white color there are purple stripes, not for design though.

The scientists made this uniform specially for our safety. They said that white color reflects light waves so it gives us a protection from ominous waves coming from the star Appolus like UV. Again the purple stripes contains a liquid that if the uniform gets torn off it's fabric can be regenerated. It's automatic though!

The belt is directly attached to the uniform. You can say it's a part of it. It cannot be disassembled. On that belt there are some small switches. One for communication, one for storage and one for emergency escape to our spaceship, if anything unexpected happens.

"Hey, move fast, we have to go to the East. "

Stephanie, who is walking right in front of me gave of the vibe of an order. You aren't my boss!

"And also take out your shock gun, we shall prepare ourselves to be ready from any dangers, got it, Newbie? "

"How many times do I have to say that I'm Not a Newbie anymore. It's been a whole year."

I replied back, she didn't answer. As we are moving we reached a point where the barren land ends and greenery begins to spread. As she is botanist she stored every other species of plants she encountered.

Where did she store those? Oh, I told you before that there's a switch for storage on our belt. When we press it, a pocket appears on the uniform left side on the pants. It is a pocket linked with a seperate dimension. We can store anything there. When the things enters the pocket they get atomized with a selectable marker. And when we wish to take them out of the pocket it sends a signal, the selectable marker assembles the particular atoms they are made up of and reforms the things. Things that enters this pocket doesn't remain living anymore. So those plant species Stephanie stored are dead as soon as it entered the pocket. But we can still do our research even if they are dead.

*Scream*Scream* (A sharp tone voice)

It's Daisy's voice, coming from the South. What happened? Stephanie got startled a bit hearing that. I quickly pressed the switch to communicate.

"It's Shawn. Can you hear me Daisy? Over. "

But no reply. What should I do? I know, Howard went with her. I should call him. However, just like in Daisy's case, there's no reply.

It's terrifying. Just what in the world had happened there?

Stephanie contacted with the other members. Glad they picked it up, means they are fine. Only those two members who went to the southern parts are not replying. Should we go there to find out?

I asked about it with Stephanie. She is still shocked after hearing that scream. It's not her fault actually. One should be shocked as well as terrified a little. Because that's not a normal scream. That's a scream when you encounter Death in front of you.

We pressed the switch and teleported back to the space ship. Everyone except Howard and Daisy came back. We decided to go and look for them.

Commander Leon led the way, actually from the back. I am the very first one here as well, the so called Guinea pig! Behind me is Stephanie again. For some reason she is sticking with me after that scream, what's her problem? I wanna be with Lady Viola for at least once. But it is not the time to think something like this. Two of our crew members are missing. It's not possible to us to decipher what happened to them, but it certainly is a problem.

After a short while going in the South, we entered a dense forest. A forest where many big as well as small ones grouped together, also the vines and all makes it look like a horror house. It is creeping me out. I'm not comfortable here. After all I am, but the first one, leading the way.

"Move forward, everyone. I am looking after you from behind. "

Commander Leon shouted saying that he is looking after us from behind! Aren't you a coward? Why don't you come forward and lead the way?

"Don't worry, we will find them, eventually and if anything happe....... "

And if anything happens....... Hey! What's next! Why did you stop all of a sudden, Commander Leon? Commander..... Leon.....

As I looked back to see why he stopped speaking, I found out, a very creepy huge carnivorous plant eating him bit by bit. Commander Leon is Dead !!!

The sight is so dreadful. Everyone is looking at the sight and they all got terrified The pilot Mike is so terrified that he screamed very loud. After all he is the one next that stands in front of Commander Leon.

At that time we should all press the teleportation switch to go back to the spaceship, but we all forgot about that and Mike's loud voice kept us away from thinking straight. Also Mike is a quiet, introvert type of person it's really rare to see him panic and now that he does, he Does! He also forgot about the switch and began to run forward as fast as possible leaving us behind. Jack, Stephanie, lady Viola and I couldn't even move at that moment. In our journey to other planets this is where it went wrong.

Mike is running I'm front of us without even looking where he is going. On the next moment he is Dead inside another carnivorous plant. Those plants are huge!!! They can easily gobble up a human alive.

And at that moment we four their next targets. Everything is going wrong. The happy journey I thought of, has been decorated by bloods.

Can we survive here for at least a week, until the worm hole opens again? I don't know. This is what real fear feels like. This is the real scene of the planet - Zweilus. This is the End of the Beginning!!!
