It was in 8 in the morning when I woke up. I was at my boyfriend's house. When I woke up i didn't find him in the bed. I then realized that he would be preparing the breakfast.....as usual. I went to the bathroom to freshen up.

After I was done I went to the kitchen to find Andrew(my boyfriend) making pancakes, my favorite! I was quite unsure about it. From the past few weeks he was making my favorite dishes but I gave it a thought that he was trying so to show his love and affection for me.

OH! I forgot to tell about myself!

I am Hailey Rose .I am 19 years old. I just graduated from high school with Andrew Anderson whom I was telling about before.He is a year older than me so he is 20 years old, so sometimes I like calling him old man even though he is a year older. He also has an elder sister who is so nice and I mean it. She also has a very good taste in fashion. Anyways, I have already applied for some colleges but the results aren't up yet. I have hoped to go to a college in New York to start my studies in fashion. Yes, I want to be a fashion designer.

Now enough about me let's continue...

"Morning Hailey" Andrew said giving me a morning kiss. "Let's have breakfast now."

We both sat at the table eating pancakes with chocolate syrup.As we were eating I was completely in a state of doubt on Andrew. He never called me with my name. He would always call me " hun,boo,shorty (yeah i was an inch or two shorter than him)". But nevermind that. The breakfast was so satisfying.

When I was about to rise from the table, my phone rang giving the idea that it was a notification. It was a message from my mom. It read,

"Hey sweetie! How are you doing at Andrew's? Hope your enjoying there. It's been a while since we had talked. Anyways back to the topic. Today me and your father received a mail which was under your name. We both decided that you should be the first to open it. So I texted you so you could come over to to see it. It might be a big surprise for you! So, we both are hoping to see you soon.Bye!

Love you"

I gave a thought to it. As I went on thinking, my curiosity grew more and more about the mail.

I was so focused on reading the message and thinking about the mail that I didn't notice Andrew was huging me from behind. We had been together for 3 years now, so i was quite used to his sudden hugs. He didn't ask me who the message was from but asked,

"Are you planning to go there now or something?". He was probably reading the message the whole time,he was there.

I replied "yeah, I will go there by noon and most probably return by 8 at night."

"do you want me to drive you there?"."No no I will drive there myself." I replied."ok... just take care of yourself." He said giving me a kiss on the forehead."You too" I replied giggling. Then i was off to our room to get ready.

"I'll keep the dinner ready for you" Andrew said."Aww thanks" I said giving him a kiss on the cheek."Bye then. See you at dinnertime...Oh wait! I forgot the car keys on the table."As I said that I gave a sudden turn just to fall down."Pfft" I saw Andrew laughing with his hand on his mouth "You are one short clumsy woman" Andrew said with some surety."Ya ya a clumsy short woman" I meant it with sarcasm but Andrew took it as I was admitting it."Hmph!".I went in to take the keys.

When I got the car ready I bid Andrew a goodbye saying "Bye tall giraffe!"."Hey!" I heard him scream loudly as I drove away.

"Hey mom and dad!" I said loudly as I saw that the door was unlocked."Hey dear!" my dad said coming in the house from the backdoor which was face to face with the front one. "Well my 'sweet' daughter I see you are loosing manners. 'Always knock or ask if you can come in, if the door is unlocked'. I guess I need to remind you all the manners....Again" said my mom coming out of the kitchen.Of course I didn't want to get reminded of the 215 manners all over again so I answered " there will be no need for that my sweet,beautiful and- uh mom Uh-Ahahaha!" I said that with the awkward laugh."C-c'mon let me help you in the kitchen!". At that point I thought mom would deny it and ask me to go play games on my PS system but-

"Sure" my mom said.I realized mom was looking for an opportunity for me to work.At that point I was only giving myself sympathy with thoughts.

By 1 o'clock lunch was ready. "Lunch is served" my mom called dad when I sarcastically said,"Of course it lunch is ready because of my great and fast cooking skills and-" thats when my mom whacked my head. "Owww it hurt TwT".

When everyone was at the table eating the delicious meal my mom asked about 'us' (Andrew and me). At that point it seemed dad was very angry and had almost choked his food. Obviously he wasn't very happy about his only daughter being with a boy. At that time when me and Andrew told about my relationship to my parents, mom was very happy about it but dad.... seemed like he was about to choke Andrew to death like any other overprotective father. "Well we are doing quite well" I replied. Then came the shower of questions from dad(RIP me). 'did he hurt you? did he touch you without permission? does he cook food for you? does he care for you' and many more. The list seemed endless but luckily it was over sooner than expected.

After lunch we all sat together in the living room where mom handed me the letter which came for me. I read the senders address. It was from one of the colleges from New York for which I applied. So..... I started being nervous when I was opening the letter. Suspense was killing me deep inside. When I read it, I frowned. My parents were both worried. I kept quiet for sometime. Then.....

i screamed out,"I PASSED THE ENTRANCE EXAM!!!" my parents were very happy. It felt like one of the happiest days in my life. Tears of joy were coming out of our eye's. I was very happy, so I decided to go home ( back to Andrew) earlier to give him the good news.

I told mum about my decision to go home earlier. Both mom and dad were quite sad about that probably because it had been a long time since we met face to face but at the same time, they were ok with it.So, we had another hour or two as family time. Soon it was time to bid our goodbyes. Maybe it was the last time I would be seeing them before going to college cause I had to be there next month in New York.

So, I was off to my sweet boyfriend's house (yeah, sounds cheesy but.... it's ok!).

By 5 p.m. I was home. I found that the door was unlocked(again....). So, I thought of surprising Andrew from behind his back.

When I got in I saw a lady's heels near the shoe rack. So, I thought his sister might had come to visit. Thinking that was big mistake. I searched for both of them in the living room. Then in the kitchen, but none of them was there. Then I thought of checking the bedroom.....

I quietly went in. As I did that I was standing at the door with a state of shock. I couldn't believe my eyes....Andrew was standing with a girl.... yes! a girl....pinned to the wall......both were kissing but the most heartbreaking thing was that Andrew was enjoying the kiss. I would have understood if he was doing that under force or something. After 3 years of a happy relationship without any flaws I had to witness this.

Even though I knew there was no point of this and there will be a drama I decided to break my silence probably cause I liked dramas."Never thought you would do something like this" I said with a sorrowful tone. He hurriedly got up when I said that to him with the girl (who I would now probably call his 'new girlfriend') looking at me fiercely. "Of course you were bored of me". He still remained silent. Suddenly I came to some realizations, making my favorite breakfast.....calling me by my name..They already signed he fell out of love. He was doing all this so that I won't suspect anything.

After a minute or two (which felt like forever) he started"Babe I-" thats where I stopped him to say,"Its quite fine. Probably cause you won't like a long distance relationship with me."What do you mean?" he asked."Well I am moving to New York to start college next month. It's ok cause I will be moving out right now. This will give me an opportunity to have more time with my parents and friends.". I was holding back tears at that time. Andrew remained silent with his head bowed down. He was regretting his actions but it was too late for that."Just tell me.....how long? How long have you been hiding this?" I asked as I was going to pack my bags."3 months..." he said. I turned back on him and walked away.

As soon as I was done I swiftly went to get to my car.I put all the stuff in it and gave one last glance at Andrew with his girlfriend almost clinging onto him. Then I drove away.... As I was a few meters away I started crying hard but I didn't stop my car. Fortunately, I didn't met with an accident on my way back to my parents house. I waited in my car for sometime outside the house. It had started raining.I closed my eyes for sometime but as I did, I fell asleep......in my car.....in the rain....
