After 4 years, yes! After 4 years, I'm now back again in this country with my Daughter.

"My beautiful, skillful and smart daughter, my one and only baby that I'm proud with..." I whispered to my mind while looking at her.

I am Astrea Evans, 26 years old. Mother of Ara Kumo Evans, a 3 year old girl. Well, yea. I left this country when I was 22 years old, I'm 3 months pregnant at that time and left this country to study and work.

"Why Mom?" she asked while looking looking at her book in a blank face.

"But yea, she's a cold one." I whispered and sigh.

"The plane is about to land, get ready." I smiled and stroke her hair. She nods her head and put the book inside her bag.

"Your Uncle Sean will pick up us, are you happy?" I added.

"Yes, he teach a lot of things to me when we're still abroad. So, ofcourse!" she answered while smiling.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to ***i International Airport. For your safety and comfort, please remain seated with your seat belt fastened until the Captain turns off the Fasten Seat Belt sign.

A minutes passed by...

"It feels good to be back!" I said while inhaling the air that I missed when I was away.

I squat and face my daughter that is busy on looking around this big airport.

"Baby, Mommy is going to cr. Let's go." I said and hold her tiny arms, while my other hand is pulling the trolley bag.

After we come inside the cr, I let my daughter use the toilet room first. When we're done, I washed my daughter and mine's hand and tie my hair.

"Mom, I'll go first. I'll just wait you outside." she smiled and walk away.

"Stay outside and don't talk to other strangers, okay?! Wait for Mommy!" I shouted and she raised her hands as a sign of agreeing.

"What a impatient kid." I whispered to my head while shaking my head.

I smiled and continue to tie my hair.

After a moment, I finally finished tying my hair and wash my hands again. I pulled the trolley bag and walk. Before I go out, I saw a man that is facing my daughter and my daughter seems having fun while chatting with him.

That's when I realized that the guy's back and hair is quite familiar...

Astrea's POV

After seeing the familiar guy, I hurriedly run towards Kumo. When she noticed that I am coming to her, she changed her expression into a blank one and waved at me, the familiar guy stands up but he's still facing Kumo.

"Mom?" Kumo said while giving me a confused look.

I smiled and look at the guy's back. I'm about to hold Kumo's hand when the guy suddenly faced me and smiled at me. I was left in shock when I saw the guy's face... I-it's...

"SEAN!!" I shouted and hugged him tightly.

"I missed you!" I said in teary eye while still hugging him.

"U-uhm..." he sounded.

"Hmmm?" I confusedly sound.

"Mom, Uncle Sean can't breath." Kumo said while giving me a boring look.

After hearing Kumo, I embarrassedly free Sean and puts my right hand at the back of my neck while awkwardly smiling.

"By the way Uncle Sean, do you have something to teach me again later at home? hehehehehe" Kumo said while smiling and giving Sean a puppy eyes.

"This girl! I'm your Mommy and you is my baby." I whispered to my head while crossing my arms and looked away.

"Ofcourse little Ara. But ofcourse, we need to go home first." Sean said with an awkward smile.

"Yay! You're the best, Uncle Sean!" Kumo said with a long smile drawn on her face.

Sean put her up and put Kumo on his shoulder.

"Tch." I sounded and pull the trolley bag.

"Little Ara, guess who's jealous?" Sean said while laughing.

"Mommy!" Kumo said and they both laugh.

I walk faster and rolled my eyes on Sean when I passed them, but the two of them didn't stop their fun.

"Where's the car, Sean?!" I shouted and look at them.

"In your left side Big Sis, the black one!" He shouted.

I waited them 'til they reach the car. When they are near the car, Sean put Kumo down and hold her right hand.

Sean pressed the car key to unlock the doors. When we open the doors I sat at the back with Kumo while Sean is in the front to drive.

"Ahem! Anyone? Wanna sit here beside me so that I won't look like a personal driver?" He sarcastically said while looking at the rear-view mirror.

"Me! I want! I want!" Kumo presented.

"No, you will sleep." I said but I feel bad because my baby suddenly changed her emotion to a blank one.

"Why is my baby so cold at me and so sweet at Sean?" I tearfully whispered to my head.

Sean starts the car and drive away to the airport. While having a silent ride, Sean suddenly break the silence.

"Big Sis." He started with a serious tone.

"Hmm?" I sound and look at the rear-view mirror.

"How about him? Any news about him?" He said with a serious tone.

"What him?" I confusedly ask.

"Her's--" I cut his words 'coz I already know the guy that he's referring to.

"Don't talk about him, Kumo's here." I seriously look at his eyes while looking in the rear-view mirror.

"But--" I cut his words.

"Enough of your buts! You know tha--" I suddenly stopped when Kumo opened her eyes and fixed her seat. I think I raised my voice. Oops!

"Eh? Is Mommy mad?" She said while rubbing her eyes.

"Ah, Eh. No baby, Mommy's not mad, okay?" I said and smile awkwardly.

I sharply look Sean at the rear-view mirror and he smirked.

An hour passed by...

"Finally home..." Kumo said with a tired look.

"Yes." Sean said while pulling the trolley bag.

"So, Uncle?" Kumo said and looked at Sean with her puppy eyes.

"Aren't you tired?" Sean said while confusedly looking at Kumo.

"Nope, Kumo is Kumo!" Kumo said in a proud voice.

"Also, when I turn 5 years old, I'll now be able to attend Assassin's class, right? So teach me already some good things Uncle, so that I'll be able to enter the Assassin's class when I turn 4 like Souta Hinode!" Kumo said and walk away.

"We'll talk later Sean." I sharply look at his eyes and walk inside the house.

I pull the trolley bag and carry it when I reached the stairs.

Sean's POV

"Phew! I feel so sweaty." I said while placing my palm in my forehead.

"What's up Uncle? You look tensed." Kumo said while looking at me blankly.

I squat in front of her so that me and her will be equal in height. "Kid, if you just know that you're the reason why I look so bad right now. When did you even learn his name?" I whispered in my head while smiling at her awkwardly.

"It's nothing Little Ara. By the way, where did you learn Souta's name?" I asked with an awkward smile.

"Uncle, you look disgusting. Anyways, I know him because everyone do!" She said proudly.

"Also, I wanna meet him for me to know how good he really is!" She added.

"But, I bet he's already not in that school anymore." I said while patting her.

"This girl is so matured even though she's only a 3 year old kiddo!" I whispered in my head while smiling.

"That's bad, I wanna meet him so badly. Can I also graduate that school at the age of 10?" She asked while while looking at my eyes directly.

"Ofcourse, you can even graduate there at the age of 9! You're smart and skillful!" I proudly answer.

"Oh?" She sounded.

"Haha! I wanna meet him so that I can spar with him!" She added while clenching her hand and smiling.

'"But he's already 11 years old and you're only a 3 year old kid!" I awkwardly smile while patting her hair.

"This kid is scary, she didn't only got her Mom's look but she also got her Mom's strange trait! Gee."

Astrea's POV

"Achoo! Eh?! Who's talking on my back?!"

"They're now back in the country, Master..."

"I think I should prepare a dinner for us already." I added and went down to the kitchen.

An hour passed by...

"Yo, Big Sis." Sean said from my back.

"You guys done?" I said while smiling and faced Sean.

"Ah, yes. Hehehehe." He said while touching his arm.

"Eh? What happened to your arm? Are you okay?" I said and pat his right shoulder.

"I did that." Kumo said in a calm tone.

"You did what?" I answered in shocked tone.

Sean's POV

4 hours ago...

"Haha! I wanna meet him so that I can spar with him!" She added while clenching her hand and smiling.

'"But he's already 11 years old and you're only a 3 year old kid!" I awkwardly smile while patting her hair.

I'm now about to remove my hand in her hair when she suddenly hold my hand, she pull it and bend it.

"A-a-a-ahh!! It hurts little one. I-it hurts." I said in a teary voice.

"Uncle Sean, how about... I show you that I'm no kid." She said while deviously grinning at me.

"A-a-ah yes, ofcourse you're not a kid." I teary answered while supporting my bended hand using my other hand.

"Just... Where the hell on earth did this girl got her superhuman strength...?" I whispered to my head.

"Ofcourse, I'm not!" She said in a deviously grin.

She's now slowly freeing my hand but still keeping her deviously grin.

"I'm saved! Yes! I'm sav--" I didn't finished talking to my mind when she suddenly use her leg and hardly slap it on my arm.

"A-AAAAAAHHHHH!!" I shouted in pain and sharply look in her eyes.

"Serves you right, Uncle Sean." She said while grinning and put both of her arms in the back of her head.

"This kid..." I whispered to my head and sighed.

Astrea's POV

"So that's what happened..." I said in a crossed arms while shaking my head and smirking.

"Now, that you've learned your lesson... You better not say that again or you'll pay a much better price." I added.

"Big Sis!" He defended and look away.

"This two..." I whispered to my head while smiling.

I saw Kumo grinning at Sean while Sean is looking at her sharply.

"And you, my little one. Go get some plates, spoons and forks. You're the one that will prepare for today's table." I said while coming to her slowly and pinched her nose.

"Fine. Fine." She responded and walk away.

While eating, we're all laughing and chatting. Well, it's because we're all so far away from each other last time.

"Yeah, that time hahahahaha." Sean said while laughing.

"Stop laughing Uncle, even your soul came out after we ride that roller coaster!" Kumo defended.

"Hahahahaha you guys eat first. We need to finish this food first and have a chat later." I said and we continue to eat.

"But to be honest, I really missed that day. That's my last day on there, righ--" Sean didn't continue his word when his cellphone suddenly ring.

"Uhmm, I'll just pick this call. You guys continue." Sean said then walk away.

Sean's POV

"Well, let's see who's this person that didn't let me enjoy my dinner with my Sister and niece." I whispered to my head and put the phone up for me to be able to see the caller.

"AHHH! DARYLL! THIS GUY!" I rolled my eyes and answered the call.

"What do you want?" I started.

"I bet you're suppose to say "Hello?", right?" He sarcastically said.

"I don't care, I said, what do you want?" I irritatedly respond.

"I heard my daughter's back? Is she on your home right now?" He answered.

"Daughter? Yours? Don't make me laugh Daryll." I said in a serious tone.

"Hahahaha. Okay, okay, chill. Anyways, there's a new mission submitted on my company. Wanna go?" He said to change the topic.

"It's a B rank mission, so I guess you're compatible." He added.

"Great! Is it a solo mission or I can make other people to come?" I asked and smirked.

"You can take someone with you." He answered.

"Great!" I happily responded.

"Is it Astrea?" He asked.

"Nope, but this person is a great person." I happily answered.

"Oh? Is that so? I wanna see Astrea so badly too. That's too bad." He said in a disappointed tone.

"But I'll look forward seeing that great person." He added and change his tone into a happy one.

"I'll hang up now, we're in the middle of dinner." I said and end the call.

I smiled and go back to my seat in the kitchen.

"So, who called you? Is it a girl? Am I having a sister-in-law already?" Big Sis asked while grinning.

"Ah, no. But I'll talk to you later." I responded and smiled at her.

"Cool. I'm going to talk to you later too." She said and smile.

"Gee. What is it this time? It's giving me a goosebumps." I whispered to my head.

Astrea's POV

"It's already 10:00 p.m. but Sean is still in his room, I thought he's going to talk to me. Tch." I whispered to my head while shaking my head. I'm now currently reading some magazines and waiting for Sean 'coz he said he'll talk to me but it's already 2½ hours since he came to his room. Is he asleep?

"Sis." He said while walking down to the stairs. Well, speaking of the devil.

"Do you even have any idea if what time is it already?" I said while looking at him directly.

"10:06 p.m." He answered in a boring look.

"Tch." I sounded.

"Anyways, I just wanna talk about Kumo." I started.

"Yea. What about it?" He asked and sits in the sofa in front of me.

"I just wanna ask, are you the one that tell her about the Hinode?" I asked.

"Answer it honestly, don't worry. I won't take her dream." I added.

"Great! But, I just wanna say that I'm not the person that taught her about the Hinode." He answered while smiling.

"Then great, I bet you also know how dangerous they are." I said and smile.

"Yes, yes." He answered.

"Anyways, what is it that you want to talk about?" I asked to change our topic.

"I'll take Little Ara tomorrow with me to do a mission requested by his company." He answered and crossed his arms.

"Him? So he's still doing the request stuff." I answered and smirked.

"Great! Take Kumo with you so that she can experience that kind of things." I said then stands up and walk.

"Also, make sure that it's not higher than rank C. Because I will not al--" I didn't continue my word when Sean cut it.

"It's a Rank B." Sean said while looking at his fingernails.

"What? Then I will not allow her." I said and turn to him.

"She's only 3 years old and she doesn't have enough experience! Also, she hasn't chosen her weapon yet! So, No!" I angrily added.

"Big Sis, I know that you also noticed that she is not a normal kid. Can a normal kid do this?" Sean said while putting his sleeves up. I can see that there's something terrible that happened there.

"Also, she's the first child of our today's bloodline generation. Ofcourse, she inherited the power to use blood techniques!" Sean defended.

"But Sean... You know that you can only use blood techniques when you already chosen the right weapon for you. Kumo is still not at that school so she will not be able to do that..." I said in a low tone and sigh.

"Then I will not use any blood stuff." said by the kid on my back.

"Also, I don't know how to use that yet." she added while smiling. When did she she came?

"When did you came here? How long are you listening to us?" I asked in shock.

"Mom, I'm from the family of assassins. The first thing that each assassins family teach is the silent step. Did you forget that?" she said proudly.

(Silent step - move or walk slowly and gently so that no one will hear you.)

"Also, I just came so I really have no idea what you guys are talking about." she added.

I looked at Sean and saw him grinning while looking at Kumo then he suddenly move his look at me.

"Big Sis, this girl have a superhuman strength that she probably got from you." Sean said while proudly smiling. I glare at him and he smiled awkwardly.

"Ahem. Anyways, she can use that to protect herself and don't worry i will not make her do silly things. I'll just tag her along so that she can experience some stuff before entering that assassin's school." Sean added and smile widely. I sighed and look at Kumo.

"Ahmm, Uncle Sean? Where are we going?" Kumo asked in a curious tone.

"To a mission. Your first mission, a B rank mission." Sean answered and winks at Kumo.

"Wow! For real?!" Kumo responded with a wide smile.

"Ah, this two..."
