Her head was hurting so bad that all she wanted to do was scream out loud but she found out that her voice wasn't coming out. What was happening to her?

She looked at herself and shock took over her. What had really happened to her? Wasn't she supposed to be dead now? M looked at herself and she couldn't help but laugh out loud when she realized that she was still alive. This time she could hear her hoarse voice and that was better than being dead right.

M lifted herself from the coarse bed with all the strength that this current body had. She pinched herself multiple times as she made her way to the bathroom where she looked at herself at the mirror.

She was currently in a body of a young girl who looked to be around seventeen and she looked malnourished.

"Hahahahahahaha, it seems God really exists and this old lady had been given another chance to live," M laughed happily as she looked at herself in the mirror.

Her happiness however didn't last long as she was hit by a wave of strange memories that made her shriek with so much pain that she fell on the floor and began to writhe with pain as she rolled all over.

This torment lasted her an hour and when it was done, she was filled with so many emotions and she didn't know how to react.

The original host of the body she had been stash into was named Krystal Everett and she was nineteen years old. Her life was truly more pitiful than hers in her previous life.

Krystal was abandoned by her parents when she was just one month old, she was adopted by her mother's cousin Portia Everett who couldn't have children.

Portia raised her well and gave her all the love that a child could ever asked for. Portia spoiled her a lot and that was something she was grateful for.

Krystal didn't know about her birth parents or the fact that she was adopted until Portia fell sick to the extent that there was no way back for her. She was fifteen at that time when Portia passed away and she had to go and live with her biological parents who had given birth to two more children.

Krystal was really affected by that because she saw how her parents loved her younger siblings and yet when it comes to her, they just brushed her away.

Because the young girl wanted recognition from them, she worked so hard so that one day she could hear her biological parents praise her but that never came even after toiling so hard at school. She didn't even ask for a lot of allowance or for luxurious clothes and yet they never bothered to buy her some.

She got used to it even though the pain was a lot for her. When the young girl was seventeen an awful accident occurred which made the young lady of a certain noble family end hospitalized. Because of this accident, Krystal was sent to juvenile where she served two years.

Her family didn't fight the sentence or try to settle the issue. Krystal life in juvenile was so hard and painful but she kept on being strong hoping to reach the day where she can see her family once more.

What the young lady never expected was for her to return and find out that her family had discarded her. They didn't want to live with someone who had a record. They never believed her and at the time that she need them the most, her mother threw her out of the house with nothing but a satchel with just a few clothes.

They didn't even give her any money to spend. She was so desperate that she ended up selling some jewelry that Portia had left behind. If she didn't hide them before, she would have lost them when she first arrived at the house to her younger sister who wanted everything that she had.

The money sold from those piece of jewelry made her last for three weeks but after that she was struggling again. She couldn't even get a part time job, she seemed to have been blacklisted and she was on the verge of starving.

So Krystal decided to try just one more time and visited her mother to ask for some money. Little did she know that she will be humiliated and thrown out once again? To think that her own mother could laugh while she watched those guards hit her in the stomach till she coughed blood without making them stop, she knew at that point that her life had really reached an end.

She couldn't sell herself, her foster mother had taught her well. Since the world wasn't accepting her, Krystal chose one ending and that was to commit suicide.

Krystal swallowed all various types of pills she could get her hands on and that led to her demise.

M luckily ended up in the body of the former Krystal and now she became her. This was hilarious and what she wanted to do was to skin some people alive but when she looked at her body she couldn't help but sigh.

This body was too weak that even climbing twenty stairs will be a struggle.

After organizing the memories of Krystal, M returned to the small bedroom and sat down on the single bed. This was surely going to be troublesome, M lamented.

Krystal began to think of her own miserable life, she couldn't help but laugh when she thought of how she was given a second chance on life. Those bastards must be celebrating that she was dead but how will they react if they were to know that she was alive and kicking?

"Hahahahahahaha, this is so good," Krystal laughed as she rolled on the single bed happily.

"Who are you? Come out!" Krystal called out the empty room. She was not in the mood of any jokes since she was so hungry and weak at the moment.

She didn't receive any answer but what happened next freaked the hell out of her. She found herself standing in a place that looked like a mall but it wasn't the same as the malls she was used to seeing.

The air and even the whole environment felt very different. When she was busy looking at the different stores facing her, a book fell right in front of her and she picked it up.

Krystal opened the book and began to read it. She spent an hour reading the book and she got to learn a lot from it.

According to the book she had just read, this whole place belonged to her and it was called the Tycoon Mall or system. This was like a golden cheat and with this she could go far and no one will trample on her again.

She felt very elated when she looked at those different stores that were still locked. According to the guide book, all she needed was to earn crystals and the more she earn, the mall will level up.

The mall had around ten stores that could provide her with everything that she needed. As long as she level the mall up, then there will be no need for her to even bother buying anything outside. She was not a fool, she had a feeling that whatever she will buy from the mall will be of great quality. There was no way someone will try to scam her with something she had never asked of.

Krystal began to walk around the mall, familiarizing herself with the stores that were there. The mall had the following stores; supermarket which was mainly for groceries, a pharmacy, a bookstore, a clothing boutique, music store, a ranch where she could buy livestock and meat, a mission hall where she could accept missions to earn crystals, a treasury hall where she could buy and sell all rare items, a virtual cooking space where she could get recipes and learn how to cook and finally the pagoda where all her martial artist problems will be solved.

The whole mall really made her feel at ease. She wasn't reborn for nothing and that was good. The only problem however was the currency used in the mall, the stores were very expensive and if she doesn't work hard she will not be able to even buy a single fruit to eat.

This really made her head ache so badly, in order to just receive a single crystal she needed a million for that. Luckily she had hide a lot of money and what she needed was for her to just go and retrieve it hoping that no one had found out about it.

Krystal decided to check some of the stores there were open, she began with the supermarket and there wasn't anything much yet in the store. She was a bit disappointed but happy at the same time, she couldn't afford anything even if there were there.

After looking around for a while she smiled as she saw a basket of fruits on the counter. There was a huge sign stating that the basket was FREE. As someone who was hungry she quickly hugged the basket, picked an apple and began to munch on it as she walked out of the supermarket.

The apple was so tasty and it was better than any apple she had eaten in her entire lives. She made her way to the pharmacy as she ate her second apple. When she walked into the pharmacy, she found out that there wasn't anything again just like the supermarket.

This time she didn't have to walk around like an idiot but immediately found a jade bottle in one of the shelves. She put her basket on the counter and picked the bottle. There was a label on the bottle and she read that the bottle contained a water pill. This pill was good for strengthening one's body after cleaning away all the impurities in one's body.

Krystal smiled as she read the information regarding the pill. This was something that she really needed. Taking it will surely change her, with this she will get stronger and her body will no longer have to be weak.

She put the jade bottle into the fruit basket and made her way to the last store that was opened, the mission hall. The hall was small and there was a board on the wall. On the board was MISSIONS written in bold letters and beneath it there was only one mission.

Krystal looked at the mission and smiled. The mission to her was easy than for the former host. She already knows where she could get some money, she had enough money to last her a lifetime even if she didn't get to work.

However for someone who didn't go to school in her previous life, it had always been her dream to go to school and go to a famous University. Now that she had a dream, she was going to work hard to earn more money. Without money she will not be able to let that wretched family bow to her, she had already promised and she was going to have that wish fulfilled.

Krystal accepted the mission and left the mall returning to the small room she had booked at the motel. She smiled when she noticed that her goods were still with her. She continued munching on the fruits and she felt that her body was feeling much better than before.

She remembered the pill she had received from the pharmacy. It was still in the morning so she threw the pill into her mouth. She felt the pill smoothly moved into her body. It didn't take long before she felt that something was wrong, she quickly rushed to the toilet where she spend an hour relieving herself. It was so stinky that she almost fainted from the stench.

She went to the shower and stood beneath it. She watched as black substances come out of her body, the water washed them all. This was the longest bath she had ever had.

After a while she was done, she left the bathroom and picked another outfit among the few that she had in her bag. She felt better after the bath. Krystal checked herself and felt happier. She could feel that her body was different from before, she felt this energy all over her body and she was abit stronger than before.

She had a feeling that as long as she trains herself then her body will become stronger than before. She wanted to go back to the stage she was previously in her former life and even get stronger than that.

The world was such a cruel place where the strong preys on the weak. If she remains weak, she was afraid that one day that family of hers might sell her to an older man for some gains.

Krystal was very adamant on this and the earlier she starts on this the better but everything needed money. She had to go and fetch that money as soon as possible and since it was already late, she had decided to leave the next day.

Krystal ate the fruits for dinner and left some to eat the next day. She didn't have any money to spend on meals, the little that she had was enough for transport money and she had to save for now until she gets the money in her hands.

The next day Krystal woke up very early, cleaned herself very well. She picked a pair of blue faded jeans and a neat white t-shirt; just looking at them she shook her head. How could a child from such a rich family be this poor? Even the clothes were worse than the ones she wore when she was staying with Portia.

Krystal finished the fruits she left the previous day, with the energy that she had, she could stay like this until noon. She picked up her things and checked out of the motel after paying another E$200 for the night. She was left with just an amount below a thousand and that wasn't even enough for a plane ticket.

Seeing how poverty stricken she was, Krystal decided to take the bus. She was currently in Dielas City and it was part of the top twenty cities in Edji, the country where she was born and raised in for both lives.

In her previous life she lived in the city of Frey and she had hide her money in three different towns and it was going to take her roughly three days to get what she wanted.

Her first destination was a small village where she had kept something very important. After paying the bus fare to the nearest town before the village, Krystal settled herself and rested all the way. She arrived at the small town in the afternoon, bought some noodles and filled her stomach.

She found another taxi that took her to the small village and the whole journey took an hour. She looked at the temple she had last visited two and half years ago. It was a good thing that the temple was intact otherwise this was going to be her end.

She walked into the temple and paid her respects. After that she made her way to the cemetery. She found the grave she had been visiting for years for years. She placed the bouquet of flowers she had picked on her way to the temple. She couldn't afford to buy them after all.

"This will be the last time that I visit you. I will be very busy from now on and I hope that you will rest in peace," Krystal spoke as she touched the tombstone.

She sighed as she wipe away the tears that were threatening to come out. It was time for her to move on, she had already grieved enough. Krystal picked up the flower pot that was placed on the tombstone, she put her fingers inside and a smile surfaced on her face. She found the keys she had placed in the flower pot years ago. Luckily no one bothered to steal the pot otherwise it would have been troublesome.

After retrieving the three keys that were essential to her future development, she left the temple once more and quickly climbed down the mountain. She didn't want to remain in the village any longer, so she found transport back to the town where she visited the train station first.

She smiled as she saw the locker intact. There were not many people around so she simply took out one of the keys, she was nervous and excited at the same time.

She unlocked the locker and a bright smile appeared on her face. The bag was still inside and in the same position that she had left it. She quickly took the bag and left the station. She checked into a motel and got herself another ordinary room.

She locked the door tightly before she sat on the bed and opened the first bag. She threw the contents of the bag on the bed and a creepy smile showed on her face.

When she breathed her last, she had regretted not giving the money to her brother. At least he would have lived well with no worries. She had kept all this money out where none of her colleagues will think of because she was sure that she was going to get released and when she does, she will live a new life.
