*Ace's pov*

I drove as fast as I could and stopped In Front of an old and quiet alley.

There stood a lone structure, reaching the sky... It was degraded with no one near it... Over time the bricks had weakened, the paint wore off and layer of dust coated over it. Opening the dashboard I took out my gun, pushing it into the back of my pant.

Trotting straight into the building.

"Good morning sir" one of my men said opening the entrance.

"Good morning" I replied and proceeded.

My footsteps echo throughout the empty hall. Flickering lights left on aluminating the pathway just enough to see by. Water drops somewhere, creating a hollow pinking noise that is impossible to ignore. The walls shift and creak and the looming emptiness of the building is unavoidable. But ignoring, I press forward through the murky hall.

I entered a room in which a guy was tied with ropes to the chair. His eyes swollen over and bloody spit drooled from his slack jaws.

His mangled lips and obviously broken nose was caked in dried blood, congealed and cracked.

I walked towards him pulling a chair and perched myself facing him.

"Did he tell anything" I asked my men.

"Not yet sir, nothing" one of them responded.

"He's been refusing to tell anything. He says he doesn't care even if we kill him"

"So do it, kill him. If he's so desperate for it." I replied leaning back, making myself more comfortable on the chair.

"You won't get anything from this" he uttered in a low voice.

Chuckling, I leaned close to his ear and mumbled "have you ever heard about pleasure".

"You ain't getting that from me" he spoke spitting out blood.

I clutched his hair, pulling him towards me, enunciating

"Don't waste my time. It's fucking precious. And if you really don't know anything about it, maybe your wife does".

"Stay away from my family, please" He suddenly lets out in a terrified voice.

I could see a sudden change in his voice.

"So... Speak now" I spoke.

"I can't... I don't know anything" he muttered.

I could see his eyes turning weepy.

I looked at my men, gesturing him for the phone.

I take the phone from him, and press it to my ear.

"Give the phone to his daughter." I ordered.

"hey! Dear, wanna talk to your dad".

I nudged the phone towards him turning on the speaker.

"Hello Daddy. I miss you... When are you coming back?"

He looked up tears trickling down his cheeks.

Men don't cry!

"I miss you too princess. I am gonna come back soon. Wait for Daddy ok!" he talked swallowing his saliva and tears that slipped into his mouth.

Trying his best to hold back his breaking voice.

Pulling the phone back I spoke.

"Got something to say now?"

"P-please! Don't do a-anything to her. S-she is too y-young" he spoke in a stuttering voice.

"This is not how thing work you know" - I spoke folding my sleeves.

"Y-you c-can k-kill m-me. D-don't do anything t-to my family. They h-have nothing to d-do with this" he spoke sobbing. His face covered with sweat and tears, mixing with all the blood around his mouth, that had now turned into a darker shade of red and black.

"I promise your daughter and wife will be safe all you gotta do is tell me where the file is" I spoke assuring him.

*silence*

His eyes were glued to the floor as tears rolled down his face.

"You are taking too much time" I spoke.

"It's in my house." he murmured.

"Mmhm... Continue, I am listening." I spoke gesturing for the phone again.

"It's in the black suitcase hidden in a secret locker in our basement... My wife knows where it is.

3497*** is the password." he continued.

"You heard him, quick." I enunciated.

"We found it, sir."

"Good!... Now come back. And about his wife and daughter go according to the plan." I spoke returning the phone back to my men.

"WHAT! WHAT IS YOUR PLAN! YOU PROMISED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE" - he screamed in anger. "YOU LIED".

I stood up taking out my gun.

*bang* *bang*

The bullet entered him as if he was nothing, just meat, blood bones, blasting a cavity in his back as it burst crimson into the fading day. His face now frozen, eyes open, mouth slack, as he was propelled backwards. His eyes held mine, tears still rolling down his face.

"Dump the body and clear the place. He talks to much." I spoke wiping the blood on my gun with a handkerchief.

I was walking out when I saw Maceo entering.

"You should leave, he is dead." I spoke coldly.

"What? How? Who killed him." he asked.

"Of course, me" I spoke.

"And why the **** did you do that?" he said angrily.

"Hungry?" I spoke. changing the subject.

"You are an asshole" he muttered.

I tittered keeping my hand on his shoulder "let's go".

*Anna's pov*

I made it.

**** yeah!

Even though I woke up late, I managed to take a shower, got dressed in a minute, skipped breakfast and ran like a maniac to college and saved myself from being late.

My college is far from my home and as I can't afford to take a bus so I walk to College every day. I enjoy walking to college btw not that it bothers me or anything. It is much better than wasting my money on college transportation.

The wind howls as the students arrive through the gates, hustling, bustling down the corridors. I walk towards the grey college building past the frolicking students and their rubbish snob chatter. The monotone buzz of several - hundred voice hummed like an orchestra of deadbeat droids.

"Anna!"  Raven's holler reaches from behind me. She walks up to me in all her tan glory and Auburn halo.

"Hey!" I smile at her.

"Tf are you screaming for?" Raven's cut off by Fabia before she could say something else.

"Oh my god!" Fabia screams in my ear *ironic* and I give her a glare for piercing my ear with her loud scream. But her eyes are trailed on something behind me.

Raven and I turn around to see a silver-grey Mercedes S600 pull into the parking lot. Woah!

Angela Ross , the popular girl of our college is the first to get out. She is beautiful. She is fair almost to the extreme of golden blondness. Her features are small and perfectly related, her nose delicately interrogative at the tip. Her brows and lashes drawn in a darker hue, gave touches of character and distinction. She is rich, beautiful, sweet. She is a perfect combination.

"He's hot!" Fabia breathes by my side. A black boot covered foot slips out from the backseat.

I look up slowly from the boot to the bespectacled annoyed eyes of Ace Greyson. He has tousled dark black hair, which is thick and lustrous. His eyes are a mesmerising ocean blue, flecks of silver light performing ballets throughout. His face is strong and defined, his features moulded from granite. He has dark eyebrows, which scoped downwards in a serious expression. He has that high bridged nose and soft sharp lips that are very attractive and captivating. He has the kind of face that will stop you in your tracks.

I guess he must have got used to the sudden pause in a person's natural expression when they looked his way. Followed by overcompensation with a nonchalant gaze and a weak smile.

Angela sidled up to him and wounded her arm through his. He gave her that cute smile and she smiled back.

"How the hell is he so damn cute."  Raven sighs beside me.

"You three look stupid drooling over him." Noah said teasing us.

"**** off!" Fabia let's out.

"Oh! Looks like someone took a piss in her fruit loops this morning." - Noah spoke mimicking fabias voice, raising his shoulders.

"Gross!" Raven and I giggle

"You--" Fabia growls.

"Our first period is about to start, let's go."  Noah speaks cutting Fabia in the middle, putting his arms around me and ravens shoulder.

Three. Two. One

Finally...  It was time for lunch.

"Don't forget to complete the assignment." Mr Matthew said.

I slung my backpack over my shoulder and picked up my books looking at raven who was still toiling with her books.

After she was finally finished. We all walked towards the cafeteria.

The cafeteria was a cacophony of loud chatter, each table a cosseted huddle of people raising their voices to be heard above the din.

A hatch connecting the cafeteria to the kitchen was opened and smell of chips and baked beans came wafting in, we lined up across the back - wall with white Formica trays in our hands, kicking the wall with our toes, leaning on it as we shuffled along. The lunches weren't much to look at but the desserts were great! We walked and sat around an octagonal table ready to stuff ourselves.

"Soo... Do you know about the party that Angela is throwing."  Raven spoke breaking the silence.

"Yeah! I  heard It's Tonight." Noah replied.

"We're gonna enjoy tonight."  Raven spoke with a big grimace. Making her look stupid.

I smiled glaring at her face. When I suddenly realized she said "we".

"Not me! I am out."  I spoke grabbing everyone's attention on the table.

The music was so loud that it made my skin tingle and my lungs feel like mush. The ban thumped in time with my heart, beat, as though, they were one, filling me from head to toe with music. Over the roar of musk, a distant, hazy chatter could be heard. Neon lights were glowing everywhere like a police siren, but much more colourful.

Silence is my comfort, but here I am with my friend in this party. Why did I agree to this again? Yeah! Raven's puppy eyes, Fabia's gleaming look and Noah's persuading gaze got me here.

And now I am standing here all alone, and I don't know where they both are.

So in short yeah I am lost.

The makeshift bar, is loud with screaming guys and almost ***** girls enjoying shots. I don't know what is so cool about it. Anyways!

I snatch my eyes away from the bar to look around for Raven.

Gulping hard, I push my way forward through the throng of drunk, stinking crowd and finally make it inside the cluttered mansion.

Like Seriously they were the one who bought me here and now they have the audacity to leave me here alone. They are so dead!

"Fucking get off of me." voice of a  girl reaches my ears from the room next to me, I follow it taking myself into a dimly lit room. Stepping inside, I catch none other than Angela, pushed up against the wall by a big grumpy guy who was trying to force a kiss on her and she was averting it by budging him away from her. But that wasn't helping much because the guy denied to move. Typical males! Always horny!

I turned back around to leave just the way I entered telling myself - this is not my business.

But... I can't leave her alone too- ughhh!

I knew I wasn't a match to him but I can't just watch a guy have his disgusting fantasy become reality.

I look around, in an attempt to find something to drag the guy off. My eyes catch a glass bottle and without any second thought, I grab it, throwing it over his head. The bottle breaks into pieces as it clashes with his head as he growls in pain.

"Come on, let's go."  I grab Angela's hand running out of that awful space.

We reached the bar, and I asked the guy behind the counter for a glass of water. The second the guy places the glass on the counter, she takes it in a hurry and gulps it down.

I could tell she was drunk by her flaccid eyes.

"Thanks."  she finally talks and I nod at her in understanding.

I guess this is my cue to leave.

So I turned around walking into the sweaty crowd again. She shouted something but I couldn't hear her because of the loud music. But that wasn't much of a concern right now!

I need to find Raven and Fabia. Quickly!

Standing on my tiptoes, I scan over the heads of myriads of people when suddenly a heavyweight drops on my shoulder and I slowly turn my wide eyes to the side, capturing a guy with dirty blonde hairs smiling up at me through his hazel brown eyes.

"Hey! Sexy, what are you doing here all alone."  he slurred loudly in my ear and I push his head or more like throw him off of my shoulder. He falls down the instance he is off of me with a loud noise. Oops. I looked back at him to check if he was ok.

He was lying on the ground like a dead person. I guess he is... Doing... Pretty fine.

I decided to leave the scene quickly before he wakes up and in my haste to get away I fail to look forward and crash into someone but before I could land on my ***, a hand pushes forward and steadies me by holding onto my upper arm in a tight grip.

I'm saved from getting humiliated.

I look up to thank the person and the moment my eyes meet his, my smile grows wider. "Noah! Thank god! I found you." I hugged him as tightly as I could.

"What happened? Where are you running to" he asked laughing at my reaction.

"I can't find Raven and Fabia. Plus I wanna get out of here. So I was searching for them."  I explained everything in one puff making it mentally impossible for him to understand.

"Hold up- hold up, just nod ok." he said giggling.

I nodded.

"Better"  he said laughing.

"You wanna leave, right?" he asked and I nodded.

"Ok! * chuckle * how about you go out and wait For me. I'll be there with Raven and Fabia in a moment."

I nodded.

The night has fallen fast upon the land. No more than an hour ago the sky was painted with hues of red, orange and pink, but all colours had faded leaving only a matt black canvas with no stars to be looked upon. The cold breeze blew right through my clothes. The only things I can do is keep moving until Noah comes.

As I am waiting outside I hear a loud groan of a man. I look everywhere to find it's source. Aiming to find where it's coming from I take myself to a narrow and silent street away from the loud music.

The street was dark with flickering street lights making it difficult for me to see what's going on. The noise got louder as I walked towards it.

I notice some men standing in black coats with a person who kind of looked like there boss in between.

His body completely relaxed, while his gun pointing out on a man lying on the ground. I can hear there muffled talks but I can't make out what they are actually talking about.

I am really curious who he is.

But you know curiosity kills the cat.

I can't see his face at all, because of the street light streaming from above him making a halo effect around his face. But he moves a little forward making his face now visible clearly.

WTF!!

ACE?!!...

How??!!! This is not possible. It can't be. But he looks exactly like him.

This info is way too much for me to digest.

*Bang Bang*

I stumble from the sudden noise of the gunshot. Falling backwards with a loud cacophony.

****!!

I know they heard me. I am gonna die today! There is no doubt.

Shit ! Shit! Shit!
