I was in a ball tonight not knowing why I am here as I stepped inside the hall I can see people enjoying themselves.

i took a look around me , the chandelier ,the arrangements, how people were dressed everything impressed me.

But still I was the one who stood out the most in the ball every one was looking at me some were jealous some were stunned by my beauty.

but I never liked getting this much of attention it's all because of the blood red dress i wore i thought to myself . Not just my dress  But  the tattoo on my back was the reason for attaining this much of attention.

i took a deep breath to ease myself  from the nervousness building up inside me. You thought it's not the time to get nervous yuna you should not forget for what purpose you are here. I scanned around the hall to find any person who can help me to find this Mr Jeon because of which i am here.

I went to the bar and asked for a champagne  since I am not a person who love to drink  . I was enjoying my drink when my eyes laid towards the door from where a young angel like man has entered the ball.

Something about him made my pulse rate increase i was thinking how can this person be for real. I was still in my thinking when a person came near me.

He said " Umm hey young lady ". i snapped back to reality and looked towards the person who just called me . I replied him "hey " he was very  cute and I can't help but laugh at his cuteness. He got  flustered but then asked  " May I have a dance with you " . i didn't thought this to come but agreed to his proposal .

He took my hands in his and started dancing . i also followed his step cause i don't want to mess up .

Then he suddenly asked while we both were dancing " What is your name" I replied him back  " yuna . Min yuna " he said " oh really that's a good name "

i blushed a little but asked " and your's " He gave a cute smile to me and said " Park Jimin " for a while I thought that this is some what familiar but can't get to the conclusion of my thought so I just complemented him. After some time he let me go . Suddenly my eyes met with black ebony eyes of the person that made my pulse rate increase when I   first saw him.

The moment was only for some seconds but it felt like hours. I don't know what to do but my feet started moving on its own to the angelic person in front of me who I felt hard to resist.

Soon I was before him. Looking at him made me nervous a feeling that never occurred to me by seeing a man. i opened my mouth and said " Umm h-hii " I was shuttering. He looked at me with no expression on his face and said " yes" . I can't figure out what plan to come up with so he won't suspect me that i too don't know what i am doing.

After a few seconds I said " Are you alone in this ball " this time I was a little less nervous. He raised his eyebrow but soon had a smirk on his lips. He teasingly said " yes wanna do something with me huh" . I was taken aback at his change in emotions. But instead answering him I asked " By the way what is your name " I smiled a little so that it doesn't look awkward. He confidently

said "Jeon jungkook " just as he said those words my entire world stopped there.

I was standing in front of the person I am supposed to kill and that too without knowing anything about him this was not the reason for my surprised state but the nervousness I was feeling in front of this man made me think how are you supposed to kill him when you can't even control your nerves. Then the flashback of the whole situation came in my mind

Flashback

I was peacefully looking out of my window thinking how it might be to be free as I was in my fantasy a voice behind me said " yuna boss want to meet you . "  I responded with a hmm and slowly started walking towards my dad's office actually he is not my real dad he just adopted me. I still remember it was a cold rainy evening I was sitting on the pathway hoping someone could give me money to buy something to eat and clothes to keep me warm .

But then a limo stopped in front of me catching my attention and a handsome man approx in his thirties came out of the limo and said to me. " hey kid don't need to sit there anymore you can live in my house i am gonna adopt you " it was too much for my tiny little head to take or i should say my tiny little heart to take since I was still 8 years . That day was the day of my life when I acknowledged a stranger as my father.

I opened the office door and saw my dad looking up at me he said " hey sweetie come inside I need to tell you something " I stepped inside and sat on couch waiting for my father to continue. He said " you know sweetheart how hard i work for  my company so baby you need to do a thing for me in order to pay the debt for adopting you back then ".

I was a little confused to see my father's behaviour cause how much I know him till now I know he is a emotion less person never pleading in front of anyone.

He saw my confusion and being back emotionless  said " Don't need to think too much  I am not asking you i am telling you and you need to do it "

He told me entire plan and I was shocked to hear that my dad wants me to kill a person named Jeon jungkook. Wae? ? This question was lingering in me . I was scared but I can't disobey my father since he gave me a new life

End of flashback

seeing me being a statue the person before me coughed that make me return to the reality.

With a blink of an eye i took out my Swiss knife from my messy bun causing my hair to fall till it reached half of my back. Now my jet black wavy hair made me look like a goddess of beauty. I was just near to stab the person when he caught my wrist which made me jerk at the sudden movement. He turned me around causing my back to face him and brought me close near to his chest.

I tried to wiggle and get out of his capture but it failed since his grip was to strong for me to overcome .

He now placed the knife near my  waist saying " Don't try to run princess or else" his husky voice giving shiver down my spine I can now feel  that now I am in danger. The person or say My capturer is a demon not an angel .

He was so close to me that I can feel his hot breath on my neck which gave a chill down my spine

I was scared for the first time I was scared. I just can't figure it out that how can a person make me feel like this even just holding a knife that I know i can dodge easily if he attacked me but for the first time I felt that I can be wrong.

i whisper shouted " W..who are you? "

He heard me and smirked at my dumbness that I come to kill him and don't know about him other than his name.

He chuckled and said " ohoo princess didn't expected this . OK if you don't know me than I give you one more chance to know me umm and that too from the person who asked you to kill me "

I was confused and thought what he mean by giving a chance. I thought he would kill me but now can't seem to understand him not even a single percent.

Seeing me confused he said " how can I kill some one who don't even know me. Anyways by killing you I'll get nothing now go back and tell that person that killing is way far you can't even touch a hair of JEON JUNGKOOK" his tone was as if he was mocking me   .

He left me there all confused. Though it was my first mission to kill some one but I thought I can easily kill him but now I seem to proved wrong.

I left the ball and went to my mansion . After a long one hour drive I can see the huge mansion . Looking at it I always feel some anonymous vibe that I don't know why I felt. I opened the huge front door . I sometimes also wondered why everything of this mansion is so big and huge. As I entered the door I once again smell the scent of blood, sweat and tears.

At a corner some people were sitting smoking and drinking. At another some having fun with girls. All this made me disgusted but I can't say anything. I walked towards the staircase but a deep and firm voice stopped me from stepping forward.

I gulped feeling a sudden chill down my spine . I know that such a voice can either be of my dad or of the person who I never want to see. I didn't dared to face his deep and cold eyes but he again firmly said " y/n !! Didn't you heard me or have you  become so daring to ignore me"

I took a deep breath and turned myself to face him I said " chanyeol you are wrong. I was not ignoring you ." "Oh then what were you doing " " ummm I was going to dad's office " "oh so I guess you might have completed the mission that's why you were going to dad's office right " this time he had a smirk. I could feel anger building up inside me . I left my step brother there and started climbing the stairs.

I still know how was my first encounter with chanyeol.

Flashback

i entered the limo still nervous to meet my new family. I still didn't understand why would a rich man would like to adopt a person like me who don't have any talents nor any looks . But till I reached the house excitement took the place of my nervousness. Seeing such a house made me in awe. I never thought to see such a house in my dreams too.

I stepped out of the car and followed my new father. The interior of the house was just mind blowing. Each wall decorated with expensive painting. The furniture were also limited edition. I could feel how dirty I look in comparison to the house.

Suddenly a boy came out from a room who  seem to be bigger than me . He came running and hugged my adopter but when his eyes laid on me his happiness turned to anger. He furiously asked " who is this slut dad ? Why have you brought someone dirty like her " 

His father came to his level and said " chanyeol, she is your new sister. You should get along with her. " " what? ? She and MY!! sister. Never I can't have  a dirty slut as my sister "

Those words of him made me sad but I can't say anything .

The conversation ended when my step father asked a maid to show me my room.

That house was somewhat a tiny bit like a home but this mansion is just a building which gives shelter to a number of people.

Now I was in front of my dad's office. I opened it and seeing me my dad make a look which asked me "have the work done? "

I hesitated for a  second but said " umm s ..sorry dad. I..I. failed . But why you want him dead " I noticed a little anger on my dad's face. And cursed myself for being so restless.

After two minutes of silence finally my dad spoked " I thought that you would not disappoint me but not just you came defeated but also asking me questions when you're not at a place to do so " I heard his angry tone that can make my whole body turn into ice. I was not sure what he will do now.

After some time my dad spoked " sweetie now you can never achieve freedom. Weren't you happy that when you'll grow up I'll let you free. But not now. " he dialed a number on phone and then after 5 minutes my father's assistant miss choi came into the room . She was breathing heavily.

"So Miss choi I called you here to tell you that from now on y/n will not be allowed to go out of the mansion. She can't even go to her collage. I am leaving it on you of how you take care of it" she replied with a nod . And with that dad left the room.

Miss choi turned and faced me and said " y/n let's go to your room then we'll talk about other things " I hmmed

In this entire life Miss choi was my only friend who was the same age as my step brother. we both become friends 3 years ago. She had a poker face on our first met but slowly we become friends because she was the only girl other than me  in this mansion . Though a lot of prostitutes use to come and go but they always disgusted me how they try to flirt with my dad's men.

After a good 5 minutes walk I reached my room. me and my dad's assistant entered the room . She locked the door before coming inside. She took a seat on the comfy couch and faced me with no expression. I sat at a corner of the bed and there was a complete silence in room which was cut off by me. " Rhee listen me I really " before I could say any further she said " y/n shut up with that nick name I don't like it a bit my name is ri woo  and about what you are going to say I don't wanna hear it"

"But " " you know this time you have given the invitation to trouble directly asking questions from your dad will be no good. Now see you can't even continue your studies . After a heated discussion we both went silent. I were sad I wanted to cry my heart out but I can't . Every stage I felt to quit this game known as LIFE but I can't cause my life was never mine . First it belonged to the person who left me to be an orphan then to the  orphanage so that it don't loose it's reputation. And now  to my step dad.

I got up from my bed and walked towards the balcony. As I reached near the railing. I hold it and looked at the starlite sky  . I can't control anymore I let it all out that was inside me . my slight sobbing turned into crying.

Ri woo heard me crying and came near me and kept her one hand on my left shoulder and squeezed it. I turned to look at her. For the first time I saw concern and worry on her face. I know though she never showed it but she was always  worried about me but today  she also let her guards down. This made me feel that I was not alone in this world that I also have somebody who trust me , who love me , who care for me.

She faintly smiled at me . She wiped my tears and let me in her warm embrace. All these mix feeling  made my heart beat fast. After a few minutes she let go of me and said " listen y/n you can never be able to live in this cruel world and I can't see you hurt. I have a plan and you need to follow run away from this filthy house, your dad , your brother as far as possible and never ever turn back. " she also started crying while saying all this i also wiped her tears and said " but "  she cut me off again and  said "please " this time I can't oppose her.

She told me the entire plan i was surprised to know that how much she knows about the house and scared that once I ran away she will be in trouble but she made me promise that no matter what I 'll not change my decision of running away.

The next day in the morning at 8 am a strong built man who don't love my sight got the order to wake me up . He was pissed but still he can't deny my dad and walked to my room. He first controlled himself as to not get angry and slowly opened the door . He slowly came near my bed.

Seeing me sleeping his hard face softened.

He said underneath his breath that ......

He stopped as he saw me moving slightly. I slowly opened my eyes before I could open them completely he turned to his normal usual cold self . my eyes saw the sight of his cold eyes it didn't scared me this time but it lead me to a confused state. I thought what is he doing in my room . He don't like to come here because he thinks that my  room has my scent which he hates .  I tried to ask him " Chanyeol what are you doing here in my room ? "

He didn't said anything he started moving towards the door making me more confused but before exiting he said " Dad wants you downstairs " with that he slammed the door.

I sighed in relief. I got up from my bed and went to my bathroom. I opened the tap and let the bath tub fill and the hot steam of water cover the entire bathroom.  Till that I brushed my teeth after that I took off my pajamas and lead myself inside the hot water. The touch of water make my entire body relax . This helped me to take my mind off from what happened yesterday. It was a stressful day for me that I don't even bothered myself to take a bath before sleeping. Soon the scent of that man of last night was away from me .

After a long warm bath I got out of the tub , grabbed a towel and dried my body with the towel. I dried my hair and went to my closet to find something to wear. There my eyes stopped on one dress  that I never wore because I thought it gave a vibe of a tomboy but today I wanted to wear that. It was a simple oversized top and skintight black jeans . I took them out from my closet and worn it . I tuck the front of the top inside my jeans making me like a tomboy at the same time beautiful. I then came in front of my dresser. I saw my face which was still little puffy due to all that crying. I thought not to put any make up and that the puffiness is not visible unless you concentrate on it.  I combed my hair and let it fall .

I suddenly heard a knock on the door this made me flinch a bit. I turn to see ri woo or say Rhee. She smiled at me and came near to me . She said " I hope you are ready for tonight here take this card. It will help you in money problems and you will not  get traced too " I just keep on staring at the card when she coughed a little to take me out of my imagination. I took the card , gave her a small smile that definitely tell that i was not happy to leave my friend but I don't have any choice and said " thanks ".

After that she went to do her  usual work. I took a last glance at myself in the mirror and kept the card in my hand bag. I exited the room and start going downstairs. When I stepped on the last step before landing on the floor I took a glance towards the dinning table which made me widen my leyes. There was another person waiting for me other than my dad and brother. I thought that already my life was not peaceful now why the hell he came here to make it more bad. Gathering myself  again I stepped on the floor and moved towards the dinning table. I sat across the new person not looking at him because if I look at him his smirk would make me puke and also slap him.

Slowly the dishes got served. There was complete silence only the sound of chopsticks clicking each other and the dish can be heard but this silence was cut by the new unwanted person " it's nice to meet you all again specially you y/n" next my dad was the one to answer because not just me but my brother Chanyeol also hate the sight of the person in front of me.

my dad said " Nice meeting you too Jackson.  How's your dad doing " " thanks uncle. He is doing great " the conversation took place for a little while when myp dad suddenly said " I have something to tell you y/n" his sudden voice made me choke my food. I coughed and patted my chest to get back to normal I asked " W..what  i..is it dad" he said in one breath " Ihavedecidedthatyouaregoingtomarryjackson" This made me choke my food again this time not just me but my brother too. I and my brother  said in unison " WHAT! !??" This made me look at my brother because I was surprised by his reaction too cause he hate me so much that he should be happy about the news but the reaction was completely opposite to my imagination.

The conversation didn't take long time because I stood up without uttering anything and went  back to my room . I shut  the door behind me but not locked it .

I laid on my bed  and closed my eyes from thinking all the shit that was going on in my life. This made me really want to end myself cause now I can't even marry to a person who  i i love. It is my dad who will decide my marriage  though this made me angry so much angry that I don't know but can't can't do anything  . I slowly said y/n don't worry today it will the end of all these fucking  shit  .

I did nothing the entire day just felt bored then my door opened showing the face of my best friend. I jumped like a rabbit and hugged her so tightly that she can't even breath . She said " Can you leave me now " I left the hold of her and smiled at her this time it was a genuine smile that made my best friend  smile too. She said " are you ready". I nodded.

Outside the mansion I stood looking at the huge mansion and seeing my friend for the last time I gave her a hug and again saw the mansion I said " Hope you can someday be a home. This my last time seeing you hugei Bye " I loved it when I call the mansion with the nickname hugei. I turned myself to go away from this house but I peeked at my best friend for the last time .she gave me a reassuring smile. I returned back the smile to her and took my leave .

It was one hour already since i have been walking I don't know what to do so at last I decided to stay at a hotel for a night. I make my way towards the hotel but automatically my eyes started to tear up and also the rain started pouring as if he also felt bad for me. For some reason I always liked the rain , it's sound , the  thunder everything about it. 

After 15 minutes I reached my destination I entered the hotel. The interior of the hotel was classic vintage. I liked the warmth inside the hotel it felt like a home not just a home a safe home. I walked to the reception. The receptionist was also very beautiful . She politely asked " yes miss how can I help you " you said " I want a room to stay for a night " she nodded and typed something on her computer. She said " we don't have normal  rooms only one  elite room is left " I said " OK give that room to me " she smiled and gave me a pass key. I paid her and got to my room. Before I can open the door of my room a person bumped into me.

He said " sorry . I was in a hurry " I said " it's OK " " thanks by the way what is your name " I smiled and said " min y/n" seeing him made me think that he is a ball of sunshine right now I were sad but his smile lifted my mood up.  He replied again with his smile " nice to meet you y/n. I am Jung hoseok. You can call me j-hope . OK now I have to go meet you sometime again bye  " 

and with that he took his leave. I was still smiling 0 a pabo. Then someone said " Can you not smile. It make you look like a psycho " I turn to see who is the owner of this voice and to my surprise their stood another handsome man . I said. .....
