haa... after thousands of years I have finally woken up.
Arthur opened his eyes in a dimly lit cave, the surroundings were dark but he can clearly see everything.
Getting up from the coffin he was lying in, Arthur streched his body a bit then moved out.
Arthur
It seems my body has gotten weak I need to find some food to restore my strength
Arthur than began to move the exit of the cave
After arriving at the exit, he slid the rock covering it, allowing the sunlight to fall inside the cave lighting it up
Sunlight fell on Arthur but instead of giving him any discomfort, it brought him a sense of vitality.

Haah... how long has it been since I came to the outside world.
walking out of the cave Arthur let the sunlight fall on his body.

It is time, I, Arthur the first Ancient vampire returns back.
Arthur then begin to walk in one direction of the forest.
Suddenly a huge shadow formed on the ground, and Arthur looked up.

What was that? it looks like a huge bird but makes weird noises. hmm.. I have check it out later, it seems the world has changed.
Arthur then walked up to rode where strange noises were coming from.

What strange carriages, they look like they are made from metal.
Looking at the cars Arthur was astonished as there were no animals pulling and were moving by themselves.
The people around him looked at him weirdly due to the medieval attire he was wearing, but he didn't seem care about them and began to walk in the middle of the road curiously.
Julia
Hey get out of the way, my car's breaks have failed! get out!
He turned to look and saw a woman wait her hands to him from the window of her car and telling him get out of her way.
But Arthur didn't have enough time move as the car crashed into him.
May be it was because of him being weak due to hunger but he quickly lost his consciousness after being sent flying some distance.
Julia quickly got out from her car and approached the man.
The car had stopped due to crushing into Arthur as its momentum died down.
Walking up to Arthur Julia took his arm to check his condition.
Julia
so cold, how can his body be this cold, does he not have any blood in him.
The people around them had come to check over and formed a circle around them.
Julia took out her cellphone and called for an ambulance.
Julia
I am doctor, don't worry he is fine.
Although his body was cold, his heart was firmly beating.
soon an ambulance arrived and they brought Arthur inside it on strecher.
Julia
I hope he will be fine, otherwise I will be done for.
After arriving at the hospital, Arthur was brought into emergency, and Julia herself decided to check on him.
Arthur
ugh.. I can't believe that I was knocked out from something so weak, it seems my strength is no more than a normal human for now, I have quickly find some food.
Julia
Oh, you are awake, thank god! now can you tell me your name I didn't find any id on you.
Julia walked in from the door catching his attention.
Arthur
who are you and where am I?
Confused by who the beautiful lady in from of was and the strange place he was in caused Arthur to raise his guard
Julia
you are inside the hospital of course, did you forget your memories.

After talking for sometime Julia left Arthur to rest.

Arthur got up from his bed and then walked up to the door.

After walking in the silent loby for a while, Arthur came across a room which caused him to gulp hard
Looking through the window he was eying the blood bag of the patient.

So the people of this era even store blood hah.. then that means many of these things are present here.
Opening the door slowly so as to wake the patient up, he slowly walked in front of his bed.

*gulp*... I can't wait any longer.
without waiting he tore the blood bag from its hook and stuffed its opening in his mouth.

aahhh... how long has it since I have last tasted the blood.
The taste of blood caused Arthur to cry out in euphoria.
Leaving the hospital
As Aurthr relished in the taste from the blood, the old man lying on bed the opened it's eyes and happened to see Arthur drinking his blood

what are you looking at old man, haven't you see a vampire drinking blood before
Mr Smith
w-who are... you?
seeing that has been frightened by his act and might die, Arthur put the blood bag back and then stared at the old man

look me in the eye old man!
Mr Smith
w-what do y-you want?
Arthur didn't respond but his eyes seemed to glow with a red light
Mr Smith
what is happening...?
The old man then felt his body getting weak and his mind getting heavy and in the next second he fell asleep
Arthur
well, you won't remember anything after this old man
Arthur's gaze then fell on the city outside of the window
Arthur
well then, let's see how much the earth has changed
He then walked out of the room only to come across julia
Julia
hey what are you doing here?
Arthur
me?! I am just taking a walk and happened to see the scenery from this window was beautiful so I decided to take a look
Julia
well, you can't enter other patients room without permission! you should go back
Arthur nodded his head and turned around but then remembering something he asked
Arthur
hey, when am I going to leave?
Julia
don't worry after I do a body check-up on you, you are ready to go!
Then he left for his room
After arriving at the room, Arthur entered inside and then sat on the bed.

Hmmm, my magical power is only around 2%of total, it seems I might need to find some magical herbs and treasure to restore my strength!
As Arthur kept thinking about the plans for his future, three hours soon passed by...
Julia
hey, how are doing right now? do you feel any discomfort or something?
Arthur
no, I am fine! so are you here for my check-up!?
Julia
yes, I came here for that, come with me!
Arthur got up from his seat and then left the room with julia being in lead
After an hour julia had completed Arthur's check-up and now the later was Standing in front of the door of the hospital

I will say it again, I am sorry for all things you have to go through, if you need my help you can call me on this, bye!
After handing her card to Arthur she walked back inside

hmmm, how do I call her with this piece of paper, could it be magic talisman, but there doesn't seem to be any magical fluctuations on it!
Arthur was extremely confused on how to use her business card, he had thought that it might be some kind of advanced magical tool

Arthur then kept the card and left the hospital, towards the market place where herbs and antiques were sold
An unexpected encounter

Hmmm, there are few things here that i can sense have magical particles, but i can't buy anything without money
Arthur walked through the street as he kept glancing around him looking for the herbs and treasures, but even though he found a few, he didn't have any money to buy them

aahh, what should I do? I never thought that I the immortal vampire will one day be short on money
Shaking his head, Arthur walked towards the exit
As Arthur kept walking through the crowd, he noticed many people giving him weird looks, some females looked at him with an unconcealed desire, while some males looked at with a hint of jealousy

'hmm, it seems that these mortals are captivated by the charm of this emperor'thought Arthur

help, somebody help me!
From the other side someone began shouting calling for help, people who were walking all surrounded the place in just few seconds

hey, let me go through
Arthur squeezed his way through the crowd and met with a scene of a young girl of age 20years was kneeling in front of unconscious old man, tears were falling from her cheeks

what happened here!?
Arthur's gaze then fell on the old man and instantly understood, the old man actually had a weird disease that made him pass out in the middle of the road

Arthur came to the front and took the old man's wrist

no, I not a doctor, but I can indeed help your grandfather!

Arthur got surprised hearing such comment, he had lived for countless years and his expertise in the medical field was exceptionally high even the doctors from this era may not be on his level, but this little girl was calling him a detestable

listen here little girl, i don't care whether your grandfather lives or dies, I was just helping out of kindness but if you think that I not worthy than I don't need to remain here!
With Arthur stood up and turned to leave

Arthur then walked back and squatted in front of the old man

an unknown man gave the needle to get from the crowd
Arthur then put the needle on the chest of the old man where heart is located and then poured a small amount of magical particles inside it, he then directly plunged it in.

hmm, it seems this old man was injured that caused the blood circulation inside his heart to lower, I have cleansed his meridians, I think he can wake up In a few minutes!
Not long after the old man opened his eyes

it's nothing, I was just passing by!

May bowed her head as she said while looking at Arthur, who now that she looked was very handsome

Arthur took the card and then put it in his pocket, his face calm, but inwardly he was cursing this old man, 'can't he give me some money instead'

I will definitely attend your party, now I am quite busy so I must go!
