(texting) Namjoon: Yoongi hyung are you up? Hyung get up. We're gonna be late.

Yoongi: I don't care

Namjoon: Hyung come on. Let's not do this. Not today.

Yoongi: I don't care

Namjoon: Hyung it's his graduation. We have to be there.

Yoongi: You do But I don't

Namjoon: Hyung...

Yoongi: Jin is your boyfriend, not mine Why should I be there

Namjoon: Because it won't be the same without you. Should I get Hoseok?

Yoongi: No Leave the horse out of it I'm not going

Namjoon: Just come to the graduation. You don't have to come to the after party.

Yoongi: ...

Namjoon: Please hyung.

Yoongi: Fine

Namjoon: Thank you! I'm at your door can you let me in?

I quickly finished getting dressed and walked to my front door, opening it. "Don't tell me you and Jin are engaged already or I'm shutting this door in your face."

Namjoon grinned. "No not yet."

"Alright then, come in I guess." I stepped back and let him inside. We went to the living room and sat on the couch. "So what's up?"

"Okay don't hate me." I raised my eyebrows at him expectantly and he sighed. "So I uh...Ikindahiredsomeone towatchoveryouwhileImgone."

"Whoa whoa, slow down. One more time?"

He took a deep breath. "I kinda hired someone to watch over you while I'm gone."

A moment of silence fell between us.

"You mean like...a babysitter?"

"Um I think I told them it was called a carer."

Another moment of silence.

"Namjoon I'm not disabled."

"I know but-"

"So cancel it. I don't need it."

"No."

Third moment of silence is the charm, right?

"And why not?"

"Because I worry about you." He looks down at his hands. "What if something happens to you? What if you have an episode? I won't be here to take care of you. I just want you to be safe."

He looks back up at me. "Hyung...you're my best friend. I don't want something to happen to you. I just want you to be okay."

His words touch me and I smile softly. "Okay..."

"What?"

"Okay. I'll give her a chance."

"Really?! Thank you hyung!" He reaches in and hugs me quickly and we stand up to leave.

"If I don't like her, she's gone though."

"It's actually him."

"A him? What's his name?"

"Park Jimin."

Jimin POV:

I heard a knock on my bedroom door and before I could say anything Taehyung opened it.

"You know the whole point of knocking is to wait for an answer."

He just smiled. "Ah well."

I shook my head, smiling. "Anyways. What's up?"

"Me and Jungkook are going to the mall tomorrow and we wanna know if you want to come?"

"And third wheel you two? No thanks."

"Hyung!"

I just laughed at him. "Yeah yeah. Totally just kidding. But I actually can't, sorry Tae.

"What why?"

"I actually just got a job."

"Really? That's great!" He walked more in my room and sat on my bed. "What is it?"

"I think he said it's called a carer. I've got to watch over this guy and basically just make sure he takes care of himself."

"So...a babysitter."

"No! He's like 26."

"An adult babysitter."

"Oh never mind." I shoved him playfully and he smiled. "Well you and Jungkook have fun on your date." I winked at him and he blushed.

"Hyung it's not a date."

"Sureee."

"We're not dating."

"Yet."

"Oh shut up." He tried to shove me but I dodged him, laughing. "Anyways, who are you watching?"

"Changing the subject are we?" I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Yes. Now who is it? What's his name?"

Namjoon was at my house and we were waiting for my new "carer" to arrive.

I was already starting to regret saying yes and he hadn't even gotten here yet.

Namjoon was pacing around my living room, texting his boyfriend, Jin.

"Hyung I have to go. If I don't leave now we're going to miss our flight."

(I was letting Namjoon take my car since his was in the shop.)

"It's okay Joon, go ahead."

"I'm sorry that I can't wait longer but Jimin should be here soon."

"Seriously Namjoon, it's fine. You guys have fun." He walked over to me and we bro hugged. "But no funny business," I said as we pulled back.

He just smiled. "Okay hyung. Take care of yourself."

I walked him to the door but before he left he turned around to face me.

"If anything happens you or Jimin let me know, okay?"

"Yeah yeah. Just go, it'll be okay. Text me when you land."

He nodded, then climbed in my car and drove away.

(texting) Jimin: Hey Namjoon hyung! Soooo I'm at Yoongi's house But it seems he doesn't want to let me in...

Namjoon: Aish this kid. Here let me give you his number. XXX-XXX-XXXX He's like this with everyone so don't be offended. He'll warm up to you.

Jimin: Thanks hyung! Have fun on your trip!

Namjoon: Thanks Jimin-ah. Take care!

Jimin: Hi Yoongi hyung! This is Park Jimin. Your new carer!

Yoongi: How did you get my number

Jimin: Namjoon hyung gave it to me

Jimin: Soooooo I'm at your front door I don't know if you heard me knocking

Yoongi: Just go I can still hear you knocking Why won't you leave

Jimin: Let me in and I'll prove it I'm not just here for money I'm here because you deserve to be happy So let me in? If you still don't believe me after then you can fire me on the spot

Yoongi: I can't... I don't even know you How can I trust you?

Jimin: Well I'm Park Jimin And I'm 24 years old I just finished my 2nd year of university where I major in music And I like to sing and dance in my free time

Jimin: My best friends are Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jungkook They're at the mall right now and they even asked me to come But I said no So I could be here instead

Jimin: Is that good? Are we not strangers now? Can I come in yet or do you wanna know more?

Jimin POV:

The door flies open and I look up to see Yoongi.

"Why are you sitting on the ground?"

His words bring me back down to Earth and I shake my head slightly.

"I didn't want to look weird standing at your door."

"So you decided to look weird sitting at my door?"

I shrug and grin at him.

He sighs and holds out his hand towards me. "Well...would you like to come inside and sit?"

I smile and reach out to take his hand. He helps me up. "I'd love that."

He lets me inside and softly closes the door behind me. He scratches the back of his neck, looking awkward. I think it's cute.

"Um. I'm Yoongi. Min Yoongi."

I smile at him. "I know."

Namjoon: Oh. How are things going?

Yoongi: Pretty well actually We've just been talking He's really nice

Yoongi: Oh my god Namjoon Every single time Just because I'm gay you think I like every guy I say is nice

Namjoon: Have you told him? That you're gay?

Yoongi: No We'll cross that bridge when we come to it

Jimin: Oh I'm sure you enjoy the alone time

Jimin: Really great! Yoongi hyung is really nice! We've just been talking for like an hour now It doesn't even feel like a job it's like we're just hanging out He's also like SUPER attractive so that helps

Taehyung: Now who's enjoying the alone time

Jimin: Taeee

Taehyung: ;) Well I've got to go Me and Jungkook are going to the movies

Jimin: Okay But no funny business!

Taehyung: What do you mean?

Jimin: You and Kook In the dark Alone Watching a movie Probably sharing a bucket of popcorn I know where this leads
