Wearing a long brown coat, a white top and a skirt with a purse in your one hand and a coffee cup in the another you were rushing down the streets of Seoul as you were late for your work the fifth day in a row.

Not glancing at the surroundings just repeatedly looking at your wristwatch thinking that time was flying by. The moments of your boss scolding you yesterday for coming late to work were coming in your mind again and again.

Looking at your watch again you grinned with fear of losing your job. You were to reach your office at 9AM but it was already 8:45AM. "Why the **** is the time flowing by so quickly", you cried in your mind with a sigh as a tall man went past you, knocking you over. You fell on the ground and the hot coffee spilling on your hand and clothes.

You hissed as the hot coffee spilled on your hand "aaahhh" clutching your hand with pain looking towards the man who knocked you over with angry eyes despite the pain.

You stood up with difficulty and ran towards the man as you shouted at him loudly "Mr don't you realise that you've  knocked a person, not even apologising for your mistake."

The man glanced back for a second. He was very tall wearing a mask and a cap with a jacket dressing in all black.

As he looked back you saw his eyes which were the most beautiful pair of eyes you would have ever seen. Being mesmerized by them you almost forgot about him knocking you over.

You quickly ran up to him and stood before him catching your breath. He jerked backwards surprised at your sudden appearance in front of him.

"Mr do you think you are a celebrity or something, you knocked me over there causing me to fall in the middle of the road. I could have been seriously injured and moreover, you didn't even apologize." You said furiously as you glared at him.

The man glanced with confused eyes, then he saw your burnt hand and felt sorry for you. He bowed down 90 degrees "I'm really sorry for your loss. Please keep this as a token from me as an apology. I don't have anything else to give right now despite this." he said as he shoved a black card towards you.

Your mouth wide open as you saw the black card. You knew what a black card was and how much power it held. You snapped "Mr. I don't want any token from you, I just needed an apology which you gave. Thank you" you said.

Just as you were about to leave a huge crowd of fangirls came with banners. He saw them and pulled you into a dark corner and pinned you against the wall.

Pinning you against the wall you both breathed hard followed by him taking off his mask. You saw his face as you fell into the ocean of his great visuals. Slightly tanned skin with a perfect nose and a great jawline. You hadn't seen such a handsome in your life.

As the group of girls passed by you, he covered you both with his jacket making you two more close to each other. You both looking into each other's eyes without blinking. That small moment felt like an eternity to you.

He looked over his jacket, seeing the girls go in a different direction he relaxed as he stepped away from you. "I'm extremely sorry for this behaviour miss. Please ask me anything you want." He said as he bowed again.

Mesmerized by him you stood still. Taking a moment to come back to your senses. You thought for a while staring at him. He was such a fine man moreover he was nice mannered, you didn't wanted him to go just like that. "Name and phone number." you said.

"B-But I can't give you those." he said as he hesitated to give you his private information.

"Look I don't have anything to ask from you right now, when I have something I'll call you. So give me your phone number." You said casually as you shrugged your shoulders.

He remained silent looking away from you and you understood that he didn't wanted to give you his phone number.

"Oh god people are so rude nowadays. You knocked into me causing my clothes to be ruined and my hand to burn from the hot coffee. Also, despite the fact that you hurted me I helped you just now and you can't even give your phone number to me. It's not that your phone number is very precious or confidential information that you can't share and I ain't asking you too much." You said annoyingly folding your arms.

He sighed and said, "My name is VAN GOGH and here is my phone number." as he hands you a card with his phone number.

"Hi VAN GOGH, my name is y/n. I'll call you if I have anything." You said with a bright smile as you took the phone number and shook hands with him.

"Thank you for help me today." He says as he bows again.

"I'm glad that I could be of help to you, can we be friends?" You asked him with big puppy eyes and a bright smile.

"S-Sure" he gulps seeing your puppy eyes and smiles nervously.

"****Great****!!" you said excitedly

Both of you part your ways and said goodbye to each other.

You were walking down the street as you realised that you were late. You ran as fast as light to your office. You sneakily enter inside the office bending down so that no one sees you. Slowly you walked towards your cubical. Your heartbeat was very fast as you were scared. Sweat coming over your forehead as you slowly wiped it. Once you reached your cubical you let out a sigh of relief standing straight only to see your boss glaring at you with his arms crossed.

"You're fired." he said and you bend your head down in guilt as he walks past you. Your fear became true.  Mentally cursing your boss you pack up your stuff and leave the office as the other employees stare at you with pitiful eyes.

You walk towards your home holding your stuff after being fired by your boss sighing. You had a one hell of a day waking up late, knocking into a stranger, getting your hand burnt, clothes ruined and at last fired by your boss.

Once you reached your apartment you tossed the heavy box somewhere and fell on your bed. You thought about the day that just passed. You thought if only that stranger didn't knock you everything would've been fine.

Lost in your own thoughts you got up when you heard the doorbell ring. Opening the door you saw your landlord standing there and you got tensed as you realised that you didn't give the rent of your apartment since 2 months and you knew from inside that he came to ask for it.

"Good Evening miss y/n, I paid a visit to ask for rent of the last two months." He said while looking down on his notepad with a pen in his hand scribbling something over the notepad with it.

"Ahjussi" you said while letting out a fake tear. "Oh dear what happened to you?" He said when hearing you sob with concerned expression. "Ahjussi, I lost my job and I don't have money to pay for food too. Please let me stay here for a while until I get a job. I promise to give you the rent next time." You said as you wipped your crocodile tears.

The landlord being a soft man held your hands to comfort you with concerned eyes and said, "Dear stay here for as long as you want and when you get a job do tell me and if you need any other help don't hesitate to tell me."

You let out a sigh of relief as you knew that your plan succeeded smoothly. "Thank you ahjussi, I'll keep you updated." You said as you faked a cry. After seeing him off you put your hands behind your head and though that the landlord was such a soft person and you should give him the rent next time but for that you ought to have a job.

You sighed as you started to place the things which your brought back from your office in the apartment. While placing your stuff you came acroos the card of the stranger you met in the morning.

As you held the card the moments with him came back to you. You blushed a bit remembering them as you placed the card on your dresser and went for a shower.

After the shower you took the newspaper placed on your dresser and opened up the page with job listing in it. You decided to take up some part-time circling up a few in the newspaper.

As you placed the newspaper back you saw the card again with the phone number on it. Picking it up empty mindedly something came to your mind and you eyes became big.

You picked up your phone and dialled the number.
