Tessa was sitting at the desk watching out of the window. She has no work to do. Her application was not accepted. Again! Why? She was so sad that she could not feel the hunger tearing her stomach with pain.

"Tessa!! Where are you? You've got a letter!" called Tessa's mother.

Tessa was feeling no hope at all. She has failed again... again... No! She could bear it no more. It's again a sorry letter. With a great difficulty, she went downstairs. She took the envelope and tore it open. But this time, it was not a sorry letter. Her application has been accepted. Hurray! It's a job offer letter. She can join the office from next Monday. Yahoo... All of a sudden, her sadness turned into joy. She was so happy that she ate more than required.

But the only blemish was her new office was far away from her hometome. But no worries... She can manage it.

Tessa has packed up her luggage. She's ready for her new job... Can't wait.

She reached the airport on time. She couldn't believe that she was in New York. She was tensed and waited for the driver, sent by the company. The driver approached her with apology for being late.

She reached the office on time. It was a huge building. She entered the office and gave her offer letter to the receptionist nearby. After getting the permission to get in, she was sent to the CEO for interview. She was nervous. Her hands were getting ice\-cold. She was perspiring too. She slipped and fell onto somebody... She's gone...

"What happened? Miss?" asked a handsome man, holding her.

"I'm so sorry..." apologised Tessa.

"You should walk carefully..." suggested the man.

"So sorry..."

Oh no... He is the CEO of the company. What will happen to Tessa?

"So, Ms. Waters, why are you willing to do this job?" asked the man, viewing her documents.

"Sir, this job is my dream job" said Tessa confidently.

"Old note!"

"What??!"

"Have you learned it? At least, think something new for interview" said the man carefreely.

Tessa was mute at this speech.

"By the way, I'm Richard Scott, the CEO of this company. Welcome to our group! From now onwards, I'm your boss, you've to do whatever I tell you. Remember it!" said Mr Scott cruelly.

"Ok..."

Tessa was shocked by the behaviour of her boss. Mr Scott called her assistant to help Tessa to get her job details. Tessa was feeling relieved now. Her boss is really cruel and heartless person. She was equally unhappy about that. God knows... What is written in her fate. But she can't lose this job.

Tessa found a small room in a hostel. She had her dinner in the cafeteria. She was feeling sleepy now. At last, her nightmares has stopped tormenting her. She has got a job, she has a bed to sleep. What more is needed?

What is going to happen with Tessa? Will everything be like this forever??
