Orinsky awakes from a seemingly troubled sleep, sweating and confused. She look around in her surroundings, unaware of a foreign place she have been placed in. Litters of rotten debris scattered across the floor. Wallpaper peeling from the walls. She found herself in an old prison style bed, but with no sheets or mattress of sorts, just a hard frame underneath. Orinsky then realizes she's in some kind of cell. Something tells her in her mind that she needs to get out of this abandoned institute or else, something horrible will happen to her. She then got up and suddenly, felt a rush of dizziness. Orinsky grab a hold of the rail on the side of the bed, and waited to regain her balance. After some time, maybe around five minutes, she stood on her feet and made her way toward the door. As she was about to put her hands on it, the heavy door slowly creaks open by itself, leaving a small opening. Orinsky then pokes her head out the opening and look both ways of the massive hallway. Medical equipment were found throughout the hall. Old medical records and papers were scattered on the floor. Most of the other cells had their doors open, but nothing was contained within. If there were, nothing would be alive at this point. A few gurney are seen throughout the hall, as far as she can see. She can also see papers scattered across the floor as well. Orinsky took a deep breath and slowly started to make her way down the hall, unaware of the horrors, locked away and forgotten within its very corridors.

As Orinsky continues her trek, small whispers were heard. Some felt close, like they were whispered in her ear. These disembodied whispers started to dishearten Orinsky, but she continues. Then, out of nowhere, a scream echoes from within. Orinsky jumps at the very sound and cover her ears. The scream sounds like a cross between a man and an animal. As soon as it was being sound, the scream died down. Orinsky stood on the very position, and shook her head, shaken by the scream. Then, after regaining her composure, she decides to continue her way to find an exit. After a while, she sees a reddish glow coming from a nearby room. A sudden urge to investigate take hold of Orinsky, and makes her way toward the room. As she slowly poke her head out, her eyes widen. The sight was horrendous. In the middle of the room, is a surgical table. Lying on the table, is a figure of a man. His arms are spread out. Needles, filled with a glowing green liquid, prodded throughout its arms. Its eyes are wide opened, blood red and in shock. Its mouth was gaping wide open. The corpse look fresh, as if it was just been experimented on recently. Terror stricken by the sight, Orinsky fell back, away from the doorway. Not wanting to think or look at the corpse any more than she has to, she continued her way. After a couple of yards from the room, she hears a slow paced shuffle and slow hoarse breathing behind her. But wanting to look behind, Orinsky picks up her pace, but the shuffle picks up and becomes more frantic. When she finally look back, the corpse that she saw back at the room, was chasing her, his arms hanging swaying about, and his eyes stuck on to her. Struck with fear at the sight of the creature, Orinsky ran in full speed, trying to get away from the animated corpse. Coming to a dead end, Orinsky looks for a way out, and comes across an entrance to another room. When she got in, she found herself stuck, another dead end. Not knowing what to do, she began to panic. Just as she was about to give up and accept her fate, she comes across a large surgical blade. With a weapon now in hand, she hides in plain sight, waiting for the corpse. When the horrid being comes inside the room, searching for her, Orinsky jumps out of her hiding spot, and plunges her blade on the back of its head. The figure started to howl in pain, and started to flail its arms around. The creature then slumps over, and fall face first, giving one last twitch of life, and dies. Orinsky stands over the creature's body, checking to see if it's dead. Confident, she retrieves her weapon and decides to keep it for further emergencies, so she puts the blade in her jean pocket. She then retrace her steps and comes across an entrance to a staircase. On the left side of the entrance, is a map of the entire complex. Orinsky takes the map down and start examining. Now with an escape route planned out, she fold the map and puts it away. Then, Orinsky starts to make her way down the crumbling staircase.

After a while on the way down, a horrible roar was heard throughout the staircase. It sounds like a cross between a lion and a man, but it sounds so frighteningly close. Orinsky worryingly looks around, and spotted the source. Above her, is an abomination, unlike anything she ever saw, and something out of this world. The figure was human in origin and shape, but more taller. It has two pairs of arms, ending with hands full of razor sharp claws. Its face was covered with a latex mask, but a pair of pincers are protruding from where the mouth is. It snarl and drool as it look around, hungry for flesh. As soon as it spots her, it starts to run down the stairs, heading towards her position. Not wasting any time, Orinsky ran toward the nearest exit, and tries to lose the creature, going through rooms and bringing down large bookcases and gurney to slow the creature down, but to no avail. After a grueling hour, she comes to a halt. The trail ends with a drop towards the darkness below. By then, the creature caught up with her. It started snarling viciously, raising its claws to deal a skull crushing blow. Just as its claws was coming down, Orinsky ducks down and crawl out of its way, barely escaping with her life. Then, without hesitation, she shoves the abomination towards the drop. As the creature falls, its scream fades away, ending with a faint crash. After the terrifying ordeal, Orinsky makes her way back to the staircase, continuing her descent. Just as she took a step on the stairs, the whole floor gave way. With nothing to hold on, Orinsky plummets down. Soon, everything fades to black.
