My name is howling wind but you can call me midnight. I work for the king of ice land. Here contrary to its name is not that cold but when it becomes winter it becomes freezing cold.

The king wanted to unite the many small kingdoms and so as his right hand man I fought along side him and I lead the army through war.

Though to be honest I don’t like fighting I wish there was a way we could fight but without harming each other. But if that was possiblejt elf have been done.

I am not the type of person who is out going or is funny. And I am not fun to hang out with. When there are parties I usually am next to the king to make sure he is not poisoned but it really doesn’t matter since the king himself is a strong young man.

It has been about two years since we have taken over the East land. Everyone believes that this is the only land where people exist but I believe that there is more land to explore. The king whose name is skylight is not as nice as his name sounds. He is a cruel man who will not hasitate to kill you even if you worked for him for years. As the day pass I have more the desire to leave this kingdom and go explore. But before that happens I must make sure the people are not suffering.

J worked in the castle for about 2 months before I went to skylight to tell him I wish to quit. I know he will be angry because I have been with him since he was 10 but it has been 11 years. I know he has a castle full of women so finding a queen shouldn’t be a problem. Though I find it disgusting have more then one wife. I am in no position to judge him or correct him. The last time I tried he was mad a me and threw hot tea at me.

Flash back: we were about to invade the last kingdom but I felt really bad for the girl since she was 15 and she still had a long life ahead of so I told one of my servants to deliver the letter so the people escaped. I wanted to help all the royal families we invaded but I couldn’t and as I watch hundreds of women enter his harem I felt disgusting over walm me. When skylight found out of what I had done. He had called me to his tent and there he questioned me and j answered truthfully. He screamed at me” are you stupid. They could escape and gather an army to try to defeat us. We don’t even know what skill they have. Even all our army they can beat us” after while saying that he threw the tea at my face but I dodged and it landed all over my left shoulder burning it. I was not wearing armed because we were resting so I took it off. He then told me to leave because he couldn’t look at me and so l left. When I went back to my tent and took off my tok clothing I could see the skin had peeled and was wrinkled. I went and pored cold water on my shoulder and then put on some Ointment on it. When it healed there still was a scar but i really didn’t care.

As I went into his room and I saw him working at his desk. I approached him and he looked up at me. I could see he thought I had something to report but I did not. “ is there something you need from me midnight?” “ no sire it is just that I want to quit” skylight became angry and said “ WHY? AREYOU NOT HAPPY ENOUGH WITH THE MONEY Or THE JOB.

I thought you like helping others. So I gave you that job.”

“No sire it is time for me to leave. I can’t be by your side for ever. I also wish to enjoy my life”

“If you want women I hundreds of them choose who you like if you want money I have mountains of gold and jewels take from that what you will. I have Jiant castle every where. You can have ever one of them”

“ no sire. I don’t want to live the life of luxury but a humble life where I can enjoy myself”

The guards came and pulled me into the tower there I stayed the night. I wanted to escape but I wouldn’t have enough time and I was in watch. So I stayed for 3 days and when they realized I wouldn’t be able to escape they lessened the watch. When the sun went down and all the candles were off and every person went bed I got up and looked around. It was pitch black but because they had a torch somewhere in the corridor u could see a little. I myself also had a cantle just in case I would need it.

I light the candle and write on the paper j always have with myself” dear king you might be sad and angry at me for wanting to leave but we can’t always be together. You have to learn to be alone and work alone because you don’t know who will betray you. Change your self. You are a horrible person who doesn’t look at a women or men and kill them all. You might ha e the kingdom now but soon you will see people rebel and fight back. The. That’s where you will truly taste defeat. The women in your harem at beyond beautiful but they all can’t be yours if there is one that loves you for you and you love her for her. And she is a good candidate to be queen than make her yours but if she hates you don’t force her for she could be the one who defeats you. As I go make sure to train everyday and treat your servants well from they too can help with the rebellion.”

Though I came to the castle when I was 10 I had already master many types of martial arts.

I had learn from the people I met as I traveled the country trying to survive. All the people were people who had friends and went on adventures soon they had a female companion join them and they fell in love with that person but later their friend got to marry to that person even though they had almost died and some even lost limbs because of it.

They soon left that group as their friend climbed the social latter and made a lot of money. They all were told me not to give up my life for uncertain love for it was only the folish who did that.

I didn’t think much of it because there were people out there who were female and were also in the same Situation as me so I thought of them as siblings but nothing more.

When I joined the knights I was assigned to train with sky light because I was his age and it would be a good competition for him. And so I did. Over the years I also taught him some of my skills I learned from those kinds souls who helped me when I was younger and together we grew stronger. We had duals and at first I was letting him win but soon my strength was no Match for him. So I got up even earlier and practice twice as hard because I had to protect him and if he can surpass me in the span of a year than I was getting weeker. After a while he became became king and he wanted to be the king of the continent so I helped him but there were still 3 kingdoms we couldn’t take over for they were to stronge. Soo we made a deal with them and everything was going well. Most problems were solved except that nobles and their people didn’t like him much. But other than that every thing was good.

PRESENT

As I ascaped the castle Undetected. I than got a horse from the stables and made a run for it. I new I had some money left but I couldn’t just waste it on Unimported things. Such as luxurious clothes. I knew I would need clothes so I bought one pair of clothes and then a lot of fabric. I also bought a water holder and a food holder. I bought needles and threads for I would need them to make my clothes. I bought leather to make myself shoes. I new I was going to need knives to cut down trees and other things so I got a range of things that might need. I got on my horse who was ready to go after eating and sleeping in place to place. And we headed to the Moon kingdom for there would be a lot more trees ther than other kingdoms. At first I was afraid that skylight would put my posters everywhere and I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere but he didn’t. For if the other kingdoms knew I was gone they would try to get me and get me to tell them the weakness of Midnight kingdoms.

I was still a well known figure but only to nobles and some peasants but most people didn’t know what I looked like so it was easier to not be recognized but I still wored a cloak over my body just in case skylight tried to find but.

As I traveled between towns and taking breaks only when needed.I got to my destination,The dark woods of moon kingdoms. People didn’t come here because it was said that when people go in they never made it out alive. So it was not guarded like other borders of Moon kingdom. It was also raining really hard and the hills were soften from the rain and if I went on my horse she would get hurt and I would as well. So I got off and held her reins as I guided her down the hills and trees. Soon we got to the bottom but it was so dark. It made me scared and I was wondering if this was a good idea. I mean I left the luxurious life for a life as a run away and I had no place to stay. As I walked the forest with my horse I saw a cave and went there for shelter. I new wet tree stick we’re not going to make a fire and my horse was also tired as me.

I looked inside my bag and found the blankets and bags I bought before this trip. I got them out and I payed on the ground with the blacks around me and my horse. We both were tired and I would see where we exactly are in the forest.

As I woke up I realized that the rain had stoped but the ground was very wet. My horse was already up and eating the grass near the cave.

I saw my horse eating the grass outside the cave and as I looked around I found that the forest was quite big. It also had lots of trees and it looks so beautiful like from a fantasy book. There were big stronge trees with a beautiful green color and many flowers as well. Not only that but there were animals I hadn’t see before and animals that were fascinating.

I knew I had found a great place to stay for a while before continuing my journey. I got up and realized I was hungry so I got some dried meat from the food pouch I had and made a fire from the broken twigs on the forest floor. As I cooked the meat of the crackling fire I heard a body of water. It sounded like running water rather than still water.

I thought I would check it out after I had something to eat for I needed energy. And it would be useful if there truly was a body of running water here.

After I was done I took red( horse’s name. Also female) with me to check it out and it was magnificent. It was a water fall and the water continued through the forest so I new some village must be at the end of it or maybe it was just a big waterfall no had discovered. I was happy for now I new we had fresh water and I was sure there most Likely are fish in it somewhere. But it was a good force of water and I didn’t need to worry about that anymore. Red dranked from the water at the bottom of the water fall and I also took a few sips.

The water was a little cold but it tasted good. There was no bad taste left in my mouth. And I think it would be a good idea to follow the river and explore the forest so I don’t get lost. I went back to the cave and got my nives but then though against it. I was going to get some wood to make some home furniture but I new the trees were wet so they would break easily. I though I would wait till the tress got dry. I did get some things for fire and left them at the side of the cave. I new I only had one more pair of chores and clothes so in the meantime I could make more so I could use them. I new getting books would weigh to much on the horse so I only got the books I new I would need and the rest of things I would learn on my own. First I would need shoes so I got the leather and got the extra pair of shoes I bought. I studied the shoes but I didn’t want to waste the leather so I looked at the shoes and decided that I would need to make different parts to the shoe so I can put them together when I make them all.

First I needed to get a soul for the shoe so I got some wood and I used my nice to flatten it and turn it into the right shape then I got the leather and cut it in to the shapes of the shoe. Then I got twin and put them together. I then made the second shoe which didn’t turn out better but it still would Work.

I was shocked on how long it took to make just a pair of shoes before I knew it, it was getting dark and I got things ready to sleep.

Another day another discovery.
