Authors Pov

A handsome and  heavenly looking lucas was standing in front of his school gate feeling all nervous and excited because today he was going to propose the girl he loved and loves Its been months he had fallen in love with her .

Gathering up all the courage he went inside the school ignoring all the shouts and squeals from the school girls he was the popular student of the school good at everything He was practically running in the corridor to reach his class faster

After reaching his class he immediately looked at the place where the girl used to sit ,he found nothing but an empty seat ,He furrowed his eye brows in frustation not finding the person and also getting more nervous.

He walked out of the class in search of the person today he is going to propose He couldnt find her anywhere He decided to search outside the school and started running only to be stopped by his friend adam

"Whats the hurry dude??" Adam asking checking out lucas

"i need to find her" lucas said ignoring adam and looking surroundings

"Emma didnt come to school today" adam said to lucas , after getting the  answer lucas immediately made his way  out of school ignoring adam once again.

Lucas hurriedly went out of school and made his way to her house remembering their past school days

FLASHBACK

lucas as usual entered into class with girls surrounding him but he didnt showed interest in any of them.he went calmly and sat in his seat.

After The bell rang teacher came inside with a girl behind her lucas didnt see her coz he was reading his book .

"Introduce yourself" Teacher said to the girl motioning her to stand in middle , the said girl nervously stood in middle and gathered up the courage to speak

"H...i My Name is  Emma "Feeling super nervous she ended her speech sooner.

"You May go sit in front of lucas" Teacher said to emma , but emma didnt raise her head to see lucas just went and sat at empty chair that was available , luckily she didnt embarass her self coz she sat exactly where she was supposed to sit.

meanwhile lucas couldnt take his eyes of emma She lòoked soo fragile and innocent which made him attracted towards her ,This was lucas staring at a girl for more than 5 seconds for first time,Whole class passed by lucas staring at emma back

As  The bell rang emma walked out of class and everyone kept staring at her and kept gossiping she got confused and later thought its common since she is new here

Katherine approached her with a smile

"Hey newbie" Katherine said hugging emma even before emma could react katherine detached herself from emma

"see you around"Katherine said walking away from emma

emma walked neared her locker to collect books for her next class and she could hear people comments clearly

"she is soo ugly  , look at her clothes??"

"What is she doing here? she is spoiling our school name eww"

Being the naive and innocent type her eyes started watering as she know she was the only girl who entered the school with scholarsship and she immediately started walked into her next class ignoring peoples stare and she was in hurry she bumped into a hard chest

"m...sorry"Emma said lowering her head she didnt raise her head since she didnt wanted the other person to see her crying face

"what happened" a manly and deep voice questioned her,She definitely liked the voice but she was not in a situation to praise the voice , she kept her head lowered not answering the question

suddenly a hand came to her chin lifting her face , The moment she lifted her face her breath was stuck in her throat she never had been this close to any man before and now this man was sooo good looking that she couldnt help but stare at him

"What happened Petal"lucas asked in a soft tone trying not to scare her, Emma stopped crying listening to his soft voice and gathered up the all the courage to talk to him

"People"emma said still looking into lucas eyes.lucas understood and looked around only to find people pointing at her back with scared faces Coz lucas was glaring at them.

lucas kept his hand on back of emma only to find a big paper attached to it.Seeing the words on the paper he was soo angry that he tore the paper in pieces and glared at people around him

"Who wrote ???" lucas asked in deep octave voice which means someone is going to be paid for their actions

"Katherine "a voice came from a side,lucas deeply sighed listening to the name

"Go to your class ,I will make sure this wont happen again" lucas said looking at emma who was looking down.listening to lucas words emma proceeded to go to her class .

Once emma was out of crowd lucas glared at everyone

"She belong to me,stay away from her. "lucas said loud enough for everyone to hear ,not everyone was happy with his words mainly girls

After emma entered her class she ignored everyone at class and listened only to class ,It was lunch time when she was about go out of class she was pushed into class back

She looked up to see three girls standing at door one of them was katherine

"Look at her acting all innocent " katherine friend chase said making a face

"Stay away from lucas " Katherine said gritting her teeth.Emma had no idea what she is talking about.

"Who is lucas" emma asked looking at them, all the girls snickered at the question.

"The one that saved you before"Katherine said feeling jealous.emma was clear now about the situation.so she decided to stay away from lucas(lucas definitely not going to like this )

"Yeah I will" emma said looking at them.Once they got their answer they walked out of class feeling all satisfied.

Emma never wanted to be bullied so if she stays away from lucas she wont get bullied anymore so she decided to stay away from him at all costs.

she decided not to go for lunch so in can avoid lucas at lunch so she stayed in class reading book

On the other side lucas was waiting for emma to show up in cafteria but he didnt see her instead he saw katherine walking towards his table

"Hey kath" Adam waved at kath ,but kath ignored him and sat besides lucas

"hey lucas"kath said to lucas ,but lucas ignored her.(Karma bitch)

"lucas did u see the new poor girl, im going to have fun with her "katherine said feeling all excited ,But her words made lucas angry.

"Stay away from her Kath"lucas said looking at katherine,but her being her she decided to ingore his words.

"Oh bye lucas i have to go now"katherine said looking at her friends.

lucas ignored her words and walked away from her .

After lunch break

In class

For the next two classes emma didnt see lucas guy and she was happy coz no one will pick up on her.but luck was not on her side for her last class where she was lucas entering into the class and sitting in his seat.

As class was about to start emma sensed lucas shifting close to her

"Petal Why didnt u had lunch???" Lucas asked emma .but emma ignored him which made lucas angry and suprise coz she was the first girl to ignore him .He decided to talk to her later When he saw teacher entering the class

The whole scene didnt go unnoticed by Katherine and she smirked looking at emma!! god knows what she is planning.

After the class ended emma walked out of class after sometime only to be stopped by lucas by holding her wrist

"petal i asked you something" lucas said looking at emma

"stay away from me"emma said freeing her self from his grip.lucas didnt like her words because he didnt wanted stay away from her.

"i cant" lucas said declaring his answer.Emma tried her best to not get hopes.so she decided to ignore it.

"I was not hungry" emma said walking out of class.little did she knew chase saw all this and informed katherine immediately.

She entered near her lockers to pack her bag since classes were over.After finishing her packing she started walking out of corridor

only to be dumped by water .everyone started laughing at her state And emma opened her eyes to see katherine in front smirking at her.emma and her bag was all wet from water and she was soo embarrassed, she ran out of school making her way out of class

lucas who saw this immediately ran after emma

"Petal " lucas shouted as he saw emma's state but emma didnt stop as she ran faster.

lucas immediately increased his speed and grabbed emma's hand stopping her and turning around her.he didnt like what he saw coz he saw emma's eyes and nose red from crying and her dress all wet.He immediately opened his coat and covered emma.

"peta.."even before lucas finished his sentence.emma spoke She was happy with his actions but she was also angry coz without lucas she wouldnt be in this state.

"stay away from me .....please.."emma said looking at .After finishing her sentence emma walked away from lucas .

i hope u will like this story.i will try my best for you guys.i know i took a very time long to write this story,blame my exams tho. I wrote well tho....i hope u will appreciate this story just like previous one The CEO's Cursed wife❤❤.

Emma ran to her house getting all stares from people after reaching her house she immediately cleaned herself and tried to forget all the scenes that happened in her school today .

Emma went down to kitchen to cook dinner for night her mother works at bar and also abandoned emma and her father when emma was 12 years old and from that time her father started drinking and emma stays with her alcohol addict father.

Night 9 Pm

Door bell rang indicating that emma father was home .emma hurriedly ran towards door and opened door only to be pushed by her father

"Move away"Emma father walked past emma pushing her aside.Being drowsy from drinking he collapsed on couch.

emma went back to kitchen to arrange food for dinner

"father dinner is ready"emma said shaking her father who is in  deep sleep.upon shaking for other time her father woke up cursing some words.

clumpsily emma's father went to his place and ate dinner  .

"It tastes just like how your useless mother used to make "emma father said getting up from his seat  angrily .

emma sighed and cleaned all the dishes ,this was not the first time her father said those words.after all the cleaning work emma walked into hall to see no one which means  her father went out for drinking at late night.

emma walked out of house to take a walk to near by park. she always used to visit park at evening but this was her first time visiting park at night time.

After walking for 15 minutes she was in park which had pink flowers all around and benches in the side to sit with dim lights it was soo aesthetic, it was her favourite place.

As she went near a bench she saw a boy  who was dressed in blue  aesthetically humming  a beautiful song  without knowing emma walked towards the boy,The boy was humming song while his eyes  closed facing the sky .

"You can sit"The boy said patting the  seat besides him.emma sat silently still wanting to listen his beautiful voice.The boys slowly opened his eyes and turned towards emma.

emma was in aww with his looks he looked so angelic perfect blue eyes ,pointed nose and pink lips with defined jaw and in that the boy was smiling too.

"Hey!! you are doozing off"The boy said waving his hands infront of emma  with that emma shook  her head feeling embarrased coz she was staring at him

"What brings you here ?"The boy asked starting the conversation.

"Nothing just wanted to feel peace , what about you??"emma said looking dreamily into the sky.The boy smiled listening to emma words.

"This is the place my mom introduced me to"The boy said looking at the sky.

"She did not come with you today??"emma asked looking at the boy.

"Nope!! she cant even if i want her to come"The boy said looking back at emma.

"Why"Emma asked curiously

"She is there"The boy said pointing at the sky.Emma understood what the boy actually meant.

"im sorry" Emma said to the boy.

"Nah!its okay Dont worry now im all good! i still have my father who loves me dearly"The boy said to emma with a smile.emma smiled back.The boy's smile was soo contagious

They sat silenly for 10 minutes enjoying the cool air and looking at beautiful flowers until the boy spoke.

"I think we should leave its late"The boy said standing from his place.

"yeah we should"Emma said standing up from her seat too.They silently walked out of Park and shifted to part in different ways.Emma turned around to say goodbye to the boy.the boy too turned around to say goodbye.

"Bye!!"Both said to eachother at a time waving hands

"Bye the way im Ken"The boy said smiling at emma

"Im emma"Emma said smiling .With that they parted and walked to their destinations.

After emma reached her home .Her father was still not at home and the time was 11 pm.She was worried for her father.

The Phone in her room suddenly rang .She went to check and lifted the phone seeing it was he r father who called her.

"Hello"The male voice on other side spoke

"hello"Emma said doubtfully coz it was not her fathers voice.

"The owner of this phone is soo drunk and we are about to close can u come and pick him up"The male on the other side spoke.

"Yeah sure address please"Emma said getting worried for this father.

"its Vonco ven  Bar" The male voice said with that emma cuts the call and runs out of house to pick up her father.

After 15 min Emma was at the destination.She went inside (She is 19, so she was allowed).As soon as she entered inside the loud sound was booming with people drinking  and dancing  thought it was closing time there were still  so many people in bar .

As she was about to go inside to check for her father a hand grabs her wrist turning her around to face the person.Before she could react she already bumped to his chest harshly.

"What a pretty girl like you doing here all alone"The male said eyeing emma head to toe.Though emma was in simple clothes she was soo  beautiful .Emma tried to loose his grip on her hand but the male was  strong.

"Trying to escape baby girl?"The male asked laughing at emma.Before she could reply Some one seperates emma from the male and the male was thrown harshly into the ground with a punch on his jaw .Emma turns around to see Lucas standing their with his eyes still focused on male and jaw clenched.

"Sorry Man Lucas , i didnt know she is yours"The male said raising his hands up in air.

"Im not h.."Even before she could complete her sentence lucas grabs emma hands and takes her out of bar.

Emma has to find her father and lucas was taking her out of  bar, she needs to stop lucas.

"stop"emma says to lucas but in reply he just tightens his grip on her hands and takes her out of bar.

OUT SIDE THE BAR

"What the hell are you doing here Petal? "Lucas asked emma angrily running his hand through his hair.Emma did not like the tone of lucas and she didnt even asked for his help so she decides to go against.

"None of your bussiness"Emma says avoiding lucas gaze.

"We will deal with your attitude later now u need to leave Petal"Lucas says looking at emma.

" No "Emma says looking at lucas who just furrows his eyes and clenches his jaw at emma words.He was definitetly not  liking her attitude.

As emma turns around to leave another male puts his hand on emma shoulder from beside .seeing this Lucas gets angry 

other side emma looks at the man who kept his hand on her shoulder only to find his father in a drunk state .

"Dont touch her "Lucas shouts angrily and  was about to punch the man

"He is my Father "Emma says stopping lucas.

Will lucas still punch ?? what will happen next??

lucas became angry seeing emma's father behaviour towards emma.

"U better treat her properly unless u want to die"Lucas said looking angrily at emma father

"Get in the car petal"lucas said helping emma father to get in the car.

After reaching emma's home (ofc she said him address so he dropped them)Emma father was the first one to enter home without looking back.

While emma was about to go inside lucas held her hand.

"Petal dont ever go to places like u did today....with out me" lucas said looking at emma

"why do u always order me around"emma asked frowing a bit for being ordered always

"That is what i do petal"lucas said before planting a kiss on emma forhead.

Being in schock emma runs into the house without looking back leaving a smiling lucas outside.

emma had hard time sleeping that night because of things that happened before .

Morning

As usual emma cooked breakfast and went to school.

At School

emma silently sat in class with lucas playing with her hair from back and all girls glaring at emma(poor emma).

"stop playing with my hair"Emma said feeling irritated from all the looks she is getting from girls.

"Nope"lucas simply said still playing with emma hair.

"Guys we are having new student today"Teacher said walking into class with a student .

emma looked upto the boy when she heard squeals from the girls she was shocked looking at the person.

"Introduce yourself young boy" Teacher said looking at the boy

"Hi.. Im ken Hope we will all get well together"Ken said smiling at everyone and also he noticed emma and smiled brightly at emma which emma replied with a smile...this all scene didnt go unnoticed by lucas and he was jealous

"Go and sit in front of emma,..emma raise your hand" Teacher said to ken

"No need sir i know emma "Ken said walking towards his seat.

As soon as ken said those words lucas was fuming with jealousy and all the girls were finding it hot.

"Hey emma nice to meet you again"Ken said smiling at emma.

"nice to meet you too"emma said smiling at ken.

"Sir these two here are distrubing the class" lucas said loud enough for teacher to listen.

"ken since its your first day i will excuse it" Teacher said sounding stern.

emma turned around glaring at lucas

"are u a kid??"emma said to lucas

"no! im fine looking grown *** man"lucas said feeling all proud about his looks for which emma rolled eyes.

"dont roll eyes at me petal! next time it will be different reason of your eyes rolling"lucas said staring darkly at emma

emma cheeks turned all pink with lucas words and turned towards teacher to avoid lucas seeing her face.but lucas already saw her blush

"Are you blushing petal???"lucas said leaning towards emma ears

"Nope "emma said feeling all blood run to her cheeks.

"Lying i see"lucas said leaning back against his chair.

Whole class lucas was staring at emma and emma couldnt help but receive glares from katherine and all girls

after class ended ken turned around to face emma

"Hey can u come with me to musical room i have something to show you"Ken said.

"ookay"emma said to ken and lucas was JEALOUS.

ken walked out of class to musical room and when emma was about to leave lucas stopped her

"petal stop being with other males"lucas said looking at emma

"Mind your own bussiness"Emma said

"you will be punished petal"lucas said and emma ignored lucas words and walked out of class

lucas stared darkly at emma and followed her.

As soon as emma entered musical room she saw ken playing piano she silently went and sat besides ken and ken smiled seeing emma besides him

"do u want to listen a song"ken said looking at emma for which emma nodded.ken started playing piano and started singing song ,his voice was sweet and soulful

"Dont be scared i just compared you with the flower in the song" ken said chucking at bit.

emma smiled at ken and walked out of musical class room and lucas witnessed whole scene and he was not happy.

"I fell in love with a girl like flower at first sight"Ken said to himself watching emma walking out of musical room

as soon as emma walked out of musical room she was pinned against wall and saw looking at her angrily

"punishment time petal"lucas said staring darkly at her before she could speak

lucas crashed his lips into her roughly.
