Yue Hui is sitting in the corner , waiting for her dress to come . Curling her hair, crossing her legs , she can't feel at ease. Maybe it’s because her boyfriend won’t come . After an hour of thinking, the dress finally arrived. She went to her room and get dress.

Now, let me introduce to you . My one and only daughter , Yue Hui, the debutant .She is celebrating her 18th birthday today. 

Everyone claps their hand and greet her . It must be the best day in her life, but its not complete, because the person she is waiting for is her boyfriend.

There’s only 10 minutes left and there will be no guests here. Isn’t he really coming? Yue Hui start to count down until it reaches zero. She have no choice but to sigh. Her boyfriend didn’t come. She was about to cry, but suddenly, she heared a voice coming from the backdoor.

Who is it? Brent, is it you? How come you’re late? The party is already finished! She has a lot of questions left in her mind but its not important for her the answers now. She's happy because he came , but suddenly a person appear at her back and stab her, then she heard an explosion coming from the manor. She fell on her knees , crying and sobbing . 

She scream the name of her parents at the top of her lungs with all her remaining strength.

A shadow appear in front of her. Brent? Is it you? Help, help me!

Please . She said while sobbing ,her voice was stammering . Please save them for me! I'm begging you,she pleaded while tears flowed down continuesly from her eyes.

A sinister smile appear on his face. Why would I? Don’t you know that I plan all of this?

I hate you! I hate your family! Because of your dad, our companywent bankrupt . Because of you, my dad die. Now , tell me. Tell me! Why would I save them?

Without a moment of hesitation,Bang! He shot her .

Ahh ! Ho…w , how could you!

I trusted you,I loved you with all my heart.

Tsk, your just a useless person . Your not that important as you think.

With her hands clasp together to endure the pain, she cursed him over and over again until the time when she was about to lost consciousness and die but then , a woman who really looks like her appear and ask…

Would you like to go to past? 

Would you like to avenge yourself, your family? Would you like to change your destiny?

Yes! That’s just the only word that came out of her mouth and she lost consciousness. The girl chant a spell on her. This is my birthday present for you , but, you will pay it soon.

There was a smile appear on her face. 

I won't let you die for now, I still need you.The girl said and vanished like magic.

Yue Hui open her eyes and saw the bright sun. She thought that she is now in heaven until the woman appear and said “your not dead.” I gave you a chance , now its your turn to change your destiny, but I have to warn you . In every change you make , the future will change as well. 

You only have a year. When the year ends you will come back , but , I can’t assure you that.

Yue Hui was confused by what she said , but what really bothers her is that why they look so alike. In the middle of her thought , the woman said.

For now, I will not take the compensation first , but I will going to take it soon.

All her words confused her so much.

Yue Hui ! Yue Hui! Get up there , you will be late for class!

Ehh? Who’s that? Have I really gone back in time?

The maid open the door and saw her at the window . She reminded her that she was late for class. Yue Hui ask the maid many questions which confused her so much. The maid was thinking that she might loss her memory because she bumped her head last night.

Yue Hui ignore her confusing look and head down to eat . After eating , she went to school but she doesn’t know what year she is now so she ask her fellow student what year is it now . After confirming the year , she went to the classroom. All the lessons are just like a piece of cake to her because she has already studied it.

While heading home , she notice that the court was crowded so she ask her fellow student what was happening. Before the girl answer her question, she remember that this is the day that Brent confess his love for her.

 She was in a hurry to leave school but someone recognized her so she failed to leave.

Brent confess his feelings for her in front of a crowd. She remember what  happened before she gone back in time. Brent kill her and her family. 

Yue Hui told him that all she felt for him was hatred. After saying those words, she left the campus . Brent run after her and grab her arm. He pulled her up and hug her. She was furious for what he did and push him with all her strength that he sat  on the floor. 

Brent ask her what she did wrong but Yue just ignore him . Isnt it grand yet? Brent shouted.

Yue Hui stop and turn around . She ask him "grand"? I don't need a grand confession!  I don't want to accept your confession because I hate you! I dont love you and I know that you don't love me either . Let's be honest with each other. I know that all you feel for me is also pure hatred . Dont worry, I will talk to dad and tell him to cancel our engagement.

After that she left the school and went back home. The fist thing she did when he got home was to go to his father. She was about to enter directly but as she was walking towards the door of his father's room, she heard someone talking . 

She listened first to what they were talking about and she was surprised when she heard her name. While listening, she recognized the voice. It was from her mother. Although she was there, she couldn’t understand what they’re talking about. It was like a whisper in her ear. 

The only sentence she understood clearly was “she had to die" .

When she heard that , she felt a chill running down to he spine. She trembled back to her room and just forgot what she had to say.

Am I the one they want to die ? But why? It isn’t possible, I need to investigate . It is impossible for them to kill me! I am their only daughter. But who? Who do they want to kill if it wasn’t me? And why?

She was very confused of what she heard that she forgot to tell her dad to break the engagement between Brent and her. Yue Hui didn’t sleep well that night, she was thinking about who do they want to kill. She thought that her parents were just simple .

 That’s what her adoptive father told her.

I remember before he died , he gave me a book which my aunt’s contact number were written. My aunt picked me up at the day of my adoptive father's funeral. Aunt always ask me If I really want to go and live with my biological parents , but when I said yes , she always reminded me to be careful. I can see that she was pitying me when she looks at me . 

Before I left and went away with my real parents, he reminded me again to be careful and if something bad happens , I can go to him.

All their words were confusing me. I remember before I die , there was an explosion coming from the manor. Is that the family of the person they want to kill? Are they seeking revenge for their relative? But what does Brent mean that because of my parents , his dad died? 

Isn’t his father still alive, besides, my father and his were friends. So how? How could he die because of my parents? Is it Brent they want to kill or bis father? If that’s the case , everything makes sense, but based on what I heard , they want to kill woman.

Urg !!! They’re making me even more confused. 

If I go to my aunts house , what would I say? There’s nothing bad happens. Its just that I want to know the truth. Will she tell me ?

What am I going to do if not? Forget it! I should sleep now or else I will not wake up early. I might not be able to reach dad, I just forgot to tell him about the engagement.
