chapter 01
it was a normal day in the aquarium, namjoon had his normal shifts as a general curator. he was reading through some documents of the latest species he had to transport to the aquarim as he passed through the hall ways of now closed aquarim
as the aquarium open at 4pm it was much calmer to walk around enjoying the view of the blues around you

worker: namjoon-ssi manager is calling you
he was stopped halfway from his smallwalk by co-worker

worker: didn't you hear!? they found this new kind off creature near a forest and no one wants to go there so manager is asking the heads

worker: manager will tell you the rest, his calling you right now
unsure of whats happening he closed his documents as he head towards the managers office, he knocked about twice as he stopped infront of the gray door with Aquarium manager silver board

manager: ah come in namjoon-ah
he heard in almost a faint tone
as he entered as he read through the documents the co-worker handed him saying something along “you’ll need this”
without any hesitation he walked over to the chair and read through the last page before diverting his attention to the manager

how can I help you?

manager: you might have already heard we found a rare breed which we believe would be a lovely addition to our little aquarium as we are planning to expend our branch

manager: and we believe you could be a great help in capturing it
namjoon
and how exactly is that?

manager: dont worry its not something huge just a small role, we have the rest thoroughly planned
unknown
manager: we'll pay you from 2000 to 3000 for this aswell

If its not something big, I would gladly do it
a smirk crept through the managers face as he got up clapping and walked over to namjoon, he laughed as he patted namjoons shoulders

manager: since your already in, I hope you won't hesitate

manager: great then meet us at 5am near the green lake
namjoon
wait but what kind of species are we talking about?
unknown
manager: you'll see when you get there, its a suprise
he said offering his hand for a handshake as a deal
namjoon nodded shaking his hands

chapter 02
Next day namjoon woke up bright and early, it was around 4:30 am when he finally dragged himself to freshen up
He groaned as he got into his now vehicle and drove off to the said lake
namjoon
hmm....why's no-one here yet
He mumbled looking around as he checked the time on his phone
While he was playing with his phone he heard a some shimmering sounds, making him look into the lake
His eyes caught something moving really slow as it shimmered and looked oh so majestic
He found himself questioning as he couldn’t take his eyes off it
As he was lost someone tapped on his shoulders making him flinch
He screamed slapping the hand away almost twisting it

manager: wo wo calm down

manager: did you see it?

manager: the creature we have to catch
unknown
manager: are you sure? you sure looked very mesmerized just now
Namjoon glanced at the lake again

I saw something moving and there were shimmers around it and as it moved there was a soothing water dripping sound as if it was raining
he started talking without realising

manager: well you haven’t seen anything yet....that's what we need to catch
unknown
manager: yeah....wait till the boat comes
Not even seconds later they boat stopped near the dock they were on
they started moving toward the tree in middle of the lake

manager: Okay here's what I want you to do....you know how to swim right?
unknown
manager: so we came to find the the said creature has some sense, so our plan is to use it against it. We are going to through you from here and I need you to just float

manager: even if something touches you or you feel something don’t react just relax and float we will do the rest

umm...yeah but are you sure this isn’t some master murder plan
unknown
manager: *chuckles* ofcourse not
They docked the boat near the tree and the manager pushed Namjoon off the boat
he slowly relaxed himself and started floating as the waves go..
Not long after he felt something wrap around his upper body making him hold his breath
He reminded himself as he took a deep breath
chapter 03
Namjoon slowly realized that he was being dragged as he felt the water brush around him, not sure if it was dangerous or not
He lightly opened his eyes blinking a bit to adjust in the water before his eyes fell on
The said creature, namjoon was more than mesmerized to see the boy infront of him. He had dark green fluffy hair and a lighter green skin
pretty white lotus right above his ears, though he couldn’t see the rest of the boys body he could tell that he was no ordinary human, namjoon found himself glancing near his feet’s to see what seemed like a tail wagging as he got dragged
His eyes fell back on the boys face, he sure did have many human features, his eyes were big and doughy with pump lips with small dark green freckles on his face
Namjoon was lost in thoughts as he found himself staring at the boy only to be snapped out of it as his heard the boats engine roar
namjoon
(shit what do I do.....he dosent seem like a dangerous thing ......no namjoon it's too late to back out!)
as he was talking to himself he realised that the boy was mumbling somethin

mmmmmnnnn.....mmnnnhhh.....mmnnnnhh
as he was silent the boat came closer and threw a net at the boy

HUH!....nnnnmm mmmm hhmmn hmmmm

manager: we caught it take it back hurry
the boy was struggling but couldnt escape the net and soon the boat took it out of the lake
manager looked at namjoon who was standing in the river and showed a thumps up
namjoon unsure of what he did showed a thumps up too as he scratched his neck
namjoon
I did the right thing right......yeah....
the next day the aquarium was closed because they said the aquarium got a new fish and have to prepare it
namjoon still had work as he was going to be one of the people who were planning the comeback of what they caught yesterday ,although he finished early
As namjoon headed into the staff only room, where they kept species that they have yet to display namjoon got a call.

he hanged up and went inside the room while looking at the phone
after cutting the call he glanced over the tank and stood shocked at what he saw
