Sitting on a ground while looking at the window and asking a lot of questions in her mind but never got the answer. That's always been part of her routine. She always keep herself in her room and isolate herself from the world. It all happen 3 years ago. When the most person that she love passed away. Her grandmother. She feels like her whole world just collide at the same time. She couldn't accept her lost and since then she started being quite when she's alone but infront of her brother, she is pretending to be strong in fact she is not.

Let me introduce their character.

Kang Y/N

20 years old

A college student in Canada

Her only family she have is her older brother.

Y/N brother:

Kang Yeon Tae

25 years old

Accountant in corporate company in Canada

You must be wondering where is their parents. Well their parents died when Y/N is 15 years old in an accident in Korea and since then they lived with their only grandma. Yeon Tae got an offer to pursue his dream in Canada so his grandmother and his younger sister stay in Korea. Since Y/N still in her high school, he always gave them pocket money for Y/N and his grandmother to eat. But Y/N also did some part time job to get more money for her school. It's not that the money that her brother gave is not enough, but she just doesn't want to burden her brother about her studying and want her brother to focusing on his dream so that's why she did some part time job without her brother knowing.

But when her grandmother died 2 years ago because of cancer, she moved with her brother in Canada. Luckily Yeon Tae already have a stable financial so he's able to take care of Y/N. Y/N went to an international school and graduate her high school in Canada. She doesn't have a lot of friends since she is quite shy to talk with someone new but she still have a few friends which is one of them is Mikayla, her bff.

Okay now back to the story.

Y/N thoughts got interrupted by her brother knock on her door. “Y/N can I come in?” Yeon Tae said. “Yeah, sure oppa”. With that Yeon Tae come in to her room and ask her “What are you doing??” . Y/N looks at her brother and reply “Oh nothing. I was just kinda lost in my thoughts. Oh and by the way, why did you came into my room? Do you have something to say?”. Then Yeon Tae sit on her bed and continue “I do actually.” . Y/N stand up from her place and go to her bed and ask “Oh sure oppa what's the matter?” in a soft spoken voice. “Well, I've been thinking about this actually and I think this is a great idea.”. Y/N didn't understand the meaning of his brother. She wants to ask him again but got interrupted by Yeon Tae says “I think you should go back to Korea and continue your college there.” . Y/N were speechless then she ask him “Why so sudden, oppa?”. And he goes “Look I know you're not happy here and you don't want to show it so you just keep it by yourself. I just want the best for you and I had already thought about this for such a long time. I think it's better for you to go to college in Korea. Don't worry about place to sleep and money, I will provide everything for you. And don't you ever think about taking some part times job just because you don't want to burden me. Now are you okay with that?”

Y/N stay silent for a moment. She suddenly think about her brother said. He's true, you're not happy here. You had a lot of memories in Korea plus it's your own country. So you make your decision to accept your brother request because deep in your heart you want to change yourself. You want to let go all the past for bright future.

Does Y/N can let her hurtful past for a bright future that she always dream? Can she survive being in Seoul alone by herself without Yeon Tae?

Today is the day that Y/N will be departing. Yeon Tae is here with her before they will be apart for such a long time.

Yeon Tae POV.

“Give me a call as soon as you arrive in Korea. Don't forget to have a lunch in the airplane. If you have problem finding your apartment just call me I can help you. Please take care of yourself. Don't go anywhere by yourself. Always bring your phone and something sharp just in case if someone wants to harm you.” I said to her while checking on her for the last time. Then she goes “Okay, okay. Chill oppa. I have everything with me. Now all I have to do is walk pass the gate so I can go in to my flights now.”

Y/N POV.

“Don't worry to much oppa, I'm an adult already. I can take care by myself. If I have something important I will never forget to let you know okay? You have to take care of yourself now. Don't worry about me. I will be fine there.” I said while my tears are threatening to flow right now. Then I hug him for the last time and slowly walking to the gate. I look at my brother for the last time and say “I will go now ☺️”. My brother responded with a sad smile and wave his hand at me. I immediately respond to it. And that is the last time before I enter the lane on my way to my flight.

End Of The POV

She have a little bit trouble finding her seat so the flight attendants help her finding her seat. Soon she find out that she will be sitting next to the window. She love sitting next to the window because watching she flying across the world. Now she's hungry so it is lunch time. She eats carbonara spaghetti with sprite. After that she's watching a movie and her eyes feel heavy so she decided to sleep. She woke up after 9 hours sleeping. She was quite shock but she still have 2 hours before they'll landing.

It's already 4pm in Korea when she arrived. Without second thought she pull out her phone to tell Yeon Tae that she's already arrive in Korea safe and sound. Now she's on her way finding her apartment. Yeon Tae already gave the address so it's not hard finding it. She take a cab to go to her apartment. After a good 20 minute she's already in front of her apartment building. She pay the cab and bring out her big luggage. It was heavy but she can handle it.

She immediately went in to the building to her apartment. She was quite shocked when she saw that her apartment already decorated in a minimal style as soon as she went inside.

It's exactly her style. She was thankful to Yeon Tae. Actually this is Yeon Tae old apartment but he didn't sell it. I don't know why but I'm grateful that he didn't sell it or else she have to rent a studio 😂🤦🏻‍♀️. She was dying to see her room so she ran to her room left her luggage in the living room.

(please imagine the wall is plain, which is without the polaroid). She love her room so much that made she scream and jump happily. After she settle in, and put all her clothes and things in it place she decided to go to grocery since she doesn't have anything in the refrigerator.

Y/N POV.

“Oh we have nothing in the refrigerator. Hmm I think I saw a grocery store down the block while I was on my way here. So I should buy some food and stationary because tommorow is my first day in a new college. Gosh I'm so excited 😁.” then I get ready wearing my shoes and bring my purse. I almost entering the store when someone accidentally bump into me. I quickly apologize even though it's not my fault. But I'm shocked with the reply that I got. “Ugh , where do you put your eyes? Are you blind?” said a tall guy wearing a cap and a black hoodie. I was angry listening to his answer so I said “Excuse me? You were the one that bump into me yet I still apologize for your fault. I still respect you. You don't need to be harsh on someone when it's obviously your fault! ” . And then the guy look at me with straight face like nothing happen.

YOONGI POV.

Who is this girl? I never see her around this neighbourhood? She's so small yet her beautiful light chocolate eyes so sparkly. I came back to my sense when she yell “Hello mister, are you there?” . “Ugh you're annoying.” then I dash out from that place.

Y/N POV.

Oh my god why he's so rude. I swear if I meet him again I will not let him go. It's his fault why he's angry with me. Ugh he just ruined my shopping mood. But still I have to buy some groceries since I have nothing at home.

END OF THE POV.

Y/N left the groceries store and walk her way to her house. On her way, she met again the guy the she bumped- I mean he bumped earlier. The guy is sitting on the swing alone. She wonder, why is the guy sitting alone at this hour? It's 10pm. Well it's not my bussiness anyway. She arrive in her apartment and fill the empty refrigerator. She went into her room to sleep since tommorow she will go to her new college.

What happen tommorow at the college? Can she makes some new friends in this new place or will she keep quite like back in Canada? Find out in Ep. 3..

Y/N woke up at sharp 6 in the morning and taking a shower. She wore this for her first day in college.

After she finish styling herself she went to kitchen to make her breakfast. Since she has a lot of time, she decided to make a ham sandwich to fill her empty stomach that now is growling like a crazy. “Oh I only have 10 minutes now. I better get going right now or I will be late!”. She then rushed out of the house and walking straight to her college. Since her college is near her apartment, it only takes 5 minute walking.

When she arrived at college, she were amazed by how big is the college and can't believe that she will be studying here for 2 years. By the way here is her college looks like:

The moment she went into the college someone bump into her and make her fall on the floor.

Y/N POV.

“Ouch, what's just happening?”. Then I look up and I saw a tall guy wearing all black from head to toe. He also wearing a black bucket hat that makes it hard to recognise or see his face.

YOONGI POV.

“Here I am again in this boring place. Why I should go to college when I have zero interest in studying. Ugh it's so boring 😩 ” I was thinking too much that I didn't realize I bump into someone. I looked down because she fell right after bump into her. “Wait a second, isn't she's the girl that I bumped yesterday infront the mart? Did she still remember me? ” and again my thoughts were interrupted by her saying “Excuse me are you okay? ” . Wow even she's the one that fell on the floor yet she still asked me if I'm alright. “I'm the one who supposed to ask you the question.” She just smiled at me and “No it's okay, it seems like you're spacing out ☺️” . After she said that I just went by her and ignore her just like nothing happen.

Y/N POV.

“Hey I trying to be nice with him but he still didn't apologize to me. Ugh what a bad things to start your day” she said in her head and immediately looking for her principal office.

When she walks in the hallway everyone's attention is on her because she's new here. And not gonna lie actually Y/N is really pretty.

Then she found the office and knocked before came in. After a while, the principal said that her class is in the middle of the hallway. And a teacher will lead her to the class since they have the same destination too which is Y/N class.

Then the teacher walk into the class that makes the class turn into a deadly silent. “Okay students, as we know we have a new student from Canada. She will be start studying here and this will be her class. I hope you guys can get along with her” said Ms.smith. Then Ms.Smith signalled Y/N to introduce herself.

“Hai guys, I'm Kang Y/N and I'm originally from Korea but I had to move to Canada because of my brother. I hope we can get along. Don't worry, I don't bring harm to anyone. Thank you.”

YOONGI POV.

“Wait she sounds familiar. Hey! Isn't it she's the one that I bumped into her two times?” then Ms. Smith goes “Okay Y/N you can seat besides Min Yoon Gi. Mr. Min Yoon Gi, can you put your hands up so that Y/N will know where her sits are? Then I immediately put one hands up and she walks near me. Then I can see her eyes goes wide and she said “It's you?!”. She said loud enough to gain everyone attentions so I cover up her mouth and make her sit down on her place.
