Bright stared outside by the window of the classroom, his right hand playing with his pen, and the other one supporting his chin. Just a typical day at school, he thought. Nothing interests him much anyway.

College life was great and colorful for other people, but it wasn't the same case for him. He wonders if other people's lives were as gray as his; it would seem so sad though.

Maybe it was because university was a place where you can join the Faculty and clubs you are interested in. Or, maybe is it because because this is the life where you could get to find love and learn new things for life?

Whatever reasons it may be, Bright just didn't seem to agree with them. He just couldn't find anything that would may get him to think the same way as they do.

"Alright class, I would like you to meet our new exchange student. Please come in now, Mr. Opas-iamkajorn." He heard the professor say. A little bit of curiousity taking over him, he turned his head to see a boy in front with the brightest smile he had ever seen.

Bright continued to stare at him, quite curious about the boy. "Hello everyone. My name's Win Metawin." The boy introduced, grinning as he showed his pearly white teeth - causing everyone to think of him as a bunny; a handsome and adorable bunny.

"Thank you for introducing yourself, Win. You could take a seat next to Bright over there, at the second row." The professor told him, smiling back.

"Thank you, professor." Win bowed down in respect and flashed one last big smile at the whole class before walking towards the second row where Bright's seat was. The professor then, began to discuss their lesson for the day.

"Hello," Win waved his hand at Bright as he sat down next to him. "So...your name's Bright, right?"

Bright nodded, turning his head at the professor in front. "You aren't really bright as your name says. You look gloomy. But, you can you try smiling more, you know?" Win spoke, showing him how to by smiling widely.

"I don't smile..." Bright replied. "Huh? Then...when was the last time you smiled?" The bunny-like boy asked.

Bright didn't say anything further. It's not like it was his business. He didn't even know who he was.

Lunch had just passed by and Bright found himself under a tree near his Faculty's building, reading a novel. The spot was his favourite ever since his first day at the University. He mostly spends time here at lunch and read books, or even take a short nap.

He wasn't lonely. In fact, he has two best friends. Though, they were just so busy lately; always complaining for choosing the Faculty of Political Science. Bright would only tell them that it was their fault for not deciding which Faculty really interests them and what works well.

"Hey, mind if I sit here?" He heard a familiar voice. Averting his eyes from the book he was reading, he looked up at the 'Metawin' guy and merely shrugged.

Win held his lunchbox in his hands and smiled, sitting down next to the pale boy under the shade. He started to eat, a comfortable silence stretching out between them.

Bright took one last glance at Win and continued to read his book, a small, yet serene smile grazing his lips.
