Life can be hard at times, problems may come, I know that it’s hard to find a solution, but I know I will. And I won’t give up on it.

Turns out, I was wrong. I was that close to finding a solution, but I didn’t and I don’t know how.

If this man isn’t cute I wouldn’t fall for it. But he hurt more than twice, I felt the pain before why can’t I now? Why doesn’t It hurt like before? I never found nor seen someone new, but it’s odd that I don’t feel the same pain anymore. Am I that numb now?

"Impossible.” I said to myself. I sighed.

I walked towards the Bathroom because I don’t want to hear another word that this asshole is going to say. It really annoys me I swear. It’s already evening? He’s been there since noon. Good for him, at least he learned his lesson after being caught red handed for the third time.

I went to the kitchen wearing pajamas, I felt my stomach ache. F***ing asshole, Now I skipped the meal that I was supposed to eat.

“Bullsh*t.” I said when I saw that there was no single stock inside the Refrigerator. Why do I still think about that guy? Well considering the Fact that he’s the cook in our Relationship, I really got used to it. Now I’ve got no choice but to go down on my apartment and buy food.

When I stepped out of the room I saw one dad’s closest doctor, considering the fact that he’s still hot even though he’s in his 30’s. I didn’t waved nor raised both of my eyebrows, I just walked passed him towards the Elevator.

When the Elevator opened, I saw my Aunt, Auntie Marie. It bothered me because what if she saw me being mad and just throwing some madness earlier. A little embarrassed here. I grabbed her hand and let it touch my forehead. It’s a Filipino culture, it shows that we respect elders that much. We kissed using our cheeks, both sides.

“Hi, auntie! How’s it going?” I asked and smiled politely.

"Good, good. By the way, this is my youngest son, Mason" She pointed to this young man beside her, he looks younger than me, how old is this guy?

Well it’s a waste if this guy doesn’t end up with me, it’s kind of sad considering that he’s handsome and has this brown eyes. He should really end up with me. I can actually see his figure even though he’s wearing a tank top for boys, wait why is he wearing a tank top? It’s freaking freezing out there.

Don’t mind it Rene, at least he gets to make the atmosphere really hot. Wait—Stop it Rene, you just ended up your relationship with that asshole. When our eyes met he raised his right eyebrow, he even looked at me from head to toe.

“Hot.” I said out of nowhere and he did a smirked which made me widened my eyes for saying all of a sudden. I just wished my Aunt didn’t hear it. Oh god Rene. It’s a good thing that the Elevator doors opened.

“S-see you, Auntie.” I said and she just nodded. Why didn’t she stepped out? Is she going to the wrong floor? Well, at least I’m out of there. This day is really harsh to me, Do I really deserve this? Why did I have to find out?

Shoot, she caught me. I was stunned but I don’t know how I’ll Approach her. Slowly, I approached her to explain but it suggested that she was still surprised when I approached her.

Rene's POV

I didn’t know where I was going but suddenly my feet took to a park near the condo. It’s still processing for me; it still breaks my heart seeing that scene. It makes me weak up to this time. Why do I need to still feel this? Yet I remember that we had just broken up, but It’s a little late to feel the pain, doesn’t it?

So it’s confirmed, I’m not numb. I think I’m gonna be insane, wait, is there a person who’s numb when it comes to pain? If there is, whatever.

I was stunned when a sound of rusted chain started getting louder, I got goosebumps. When I saw there was this guy, who was swinging. Okay, why does it have to be that loud that I can hear it from here?!

Suddenly my feet took to where the other swing is so that I could swing too. When I was about to seat down, the guy murmured something. I couldn’t hear it.

“Don’t seat there, it’s broken.” He said.

“Excuse me?” I asked.

“I said don’t seat there---“

Too late! I my *** is already on the floor! This is so embarrassing!

"Ouch!” I said while touching the part that hurts the most.

“You’re deaf and dumb.” He said and still not giving me a look.

“Well you could at least help me out, right?” I said, but this man? Instead of helping me he just murmured things that I couldn’t obviously hear. I stood up and pat my clothes. I saw his hand holding something and offered it to me.

“What’s that?”

“Handkerchief? What do you expect? Wipes?” He said, I rolled my eyes and accepted the handkerchief.

“You don’t have any wounds or something right?” He asked, making sure I was fine.

“None.” I replied.

“It hurts, doesn’t it?” He asked all of a sudden.

“Of course! It does what if it’s you who fell down from that?” I asked and rolled my eyes. He laughed and swung her head side to side.

“It hurts, Hahahahaha!” He said. Is it that funny? “It hurts that you got played.”

“You got played—wait what?!” I’m really confused right now, I swear.

“I saw you staring at this guy who was kissing another girl. I guessing he’s your boyfriend or your crush? It really hurts does it? Hahahahaha, stupid.” When he said that, I felt the pain again, it came back again.

I somehow forgot about it but this man insisted that I should feel the pain again. Is he that insensitive? I’m feel like my tears are gonna come down any moment.

“Who are you?” I asked him and looked on the Ground.

"Me? I'm just a stranger and will walk into your life and will leave you soon too." He said without even looking at me, is he sending me a message or what? I looked at him and he stood up.

"Aww, I'm late already, bye broken girl I just met and thanks hahaha!" He said and walked away from me until I can’t see any more, even his shadow.

I looked at the swing that continued swinging because of the wind. Stupid wind, that’s just wind Rene, calm down. I turned around and forgot that I was gonna buy food.

“Now where’s that store.” I said while looking into the alley full of restaurants and fast food chains, I was looking or a convenient store though. When I found it, I went inside and grabbed some food to eat, I also grabbed 10 canned bears, rumors that you don’t get drunk with beers.

And Also this delight drink. When it was my turn to pay, I grabbed my wallet and asked. “it’s 500.” He said and smiled. I smiled confusedly and opened my wallet.

“Okay.” I said and my eyes widened when I saw that all of my cash are gone. ‘That bastard.’ That’s why he said thanks, he stole a thousand on my wallet. I sighed, and saw my card. It’s good thing that I have my card, I still get to pay.

“Is it okay if I used credit card?” I asked, he smirked at me and accepted the card. He’s good looking but not that good, he has no abs I don’t like men without them. But still, that bastard stole my money. Asshole.

“Why did you leave?!!!!!!!!” I screamed at the top of my lungs while crying and drinking a beer.

“Your name sounds so stupid!!!!! Eugene!!!!!!!” I shouted and sighed. This one of the moments I hate, I look freaking ugly.

“Who am I kidding?!! Your name sounds good!!! It looks like it came from handsome man!!!! Eugene Delix Miles Ferrer Hahahahahaha!!” I said and wiped my tears.

It’s been 2 hours since I started drinking these beers, it’s almost 9 pm, I’m guessing that all of my neighbors are mad at me for being too loud.

I am now leaning towards the wall; my right hand was holding the beer while my other hand supported me from seating on the ground.

I am not ashamed, this wall is sound proof and I can feel much more the pain while crying here. Unless they’re weird or something.

“Tsk, Handsome or Ugly all of you are Players!!!! You play with other people’s feelings!!!!!!” I shouted and cried I sighed and wiped my tears. “I just want to be love by the person I care about.”

After screaming so loud and crying, I am now laying on my bed and just staring on the celling. I sighed and drank the Delight I bought. It actually feels good, beer then delight.

"Hi daddy's girl, do you love our gift for you?" My mom walked towards me smiling elegantly, and stopped right in front of me

After taking a good time shower we went straight to nearest mall of coleen, yeah, she has a mall her own mall. It’s really convenient to have a friend that has her own mall.

I would just point here and request there plus I don’t get to pay. But it’s not every day don’t get me wrong, there are times that I really have the audacity to request this and that without paying.

“Finally they have stock of cookies and cream ice cream!” Aeron sad while looking through the flavors of ice cream.

“Excuse me! If that’s the last one that means, it’s mine.” Coleen said.

“Excuse me? It’s mine, I found it first.”

“That’s mine, that’s on my grocery.” I Coleen said.

“Then It’s yours, I’ll report you to the administrators and board members for being mean to your costumers.” Aeron said and rolled his eyes

“Don’t dare me aeron, I’m the one who’ paying on all of these, your face is considered thick.” Coleen said and rolled her eyes.

“Then I’m the one who’ll pay but I’ll have you—I mean the ice cream.”

“Whatever Aeron, this is mine. Go to Nicole’s store, their flavors are complete eat all you want. But this ice cream is mine.” She said and grabbed the ice cream.

"Nothing, I said I’ll help both of you." He said and finally helped us, Kind, Gullible, Good person, Not gullible.

“I asked Nicole to come, she’ll be late for a few hours.” I said while preparing.

“If she’s late for more than 2 hours tell her I’ll close Puregold myself. Coleen said and rolled her eyes. I chuckled and swung my head side to side.

“Tss, I’ll close your mouth using my lips instead.” Aeron whispered but Coleen is too busy to hear, this woman never really catches the real catch between her and Aeron.

“Huh? What now Ugly monster?” Coleen asked

"Nothing!” He smiled and rolled his eyes. I chuckled at went straight to the kitchen.

“That must be Nicole, can you open the door for me Coleen.” I said while preparing in the kitchen.

"What on earth are you doing here?!?!" I can hear from the kitchen how Coleen shouted.

"Please coleen, let me talk to her and apologize to her meaningfully." I know that voice, I’ve heard that before. And that’s obviously not Nicole.

"Meaningfully? Hah! Meaningfully Are you dumb? Or just a plain asshole? You cheated on her repeatedly, then meaningfully?!” Coleen is still shouting, I stepped outside of the kitchen and walked towards the door.

“Who the hell are you shouting---at…” I was stunned when I saw who she was shouting at. Tss, he doesn’t even look devastated about losing me. Tss.

"Rene get back at the kitchen, I’ll handle this asshole.” She said looked at me.

"Rene, please." He said, tsk, I won’t fall for those eyes anymore.

“Fine, let’s settle this.” I said and removed my apron.

"What the? Rene!" Coleen said and stopped me.

"We’re just gonna talk, I’m gonna settle this so this guy won’t disturb me anymore. You get back at the kitchen and help Aeron.” I said in a serious tone to calm her down.

“If I found out that you’re back together it’s over Rene.” Coleen said, she raised her eyebrows at Eugene, I saw him making face at Coleen.

“I’m gonna fucking punch you in the balls if you do that again.” I said. He immediately stood properly and looked down. This man doesn’t even show signs of devastation and loss.

What an Excuse

“What are you doing here?” I asked Immediately. We’re at the rooftop right now, no one’s here so I decided to talk to him here.

"I just want to say I'm sorry." He said in a low calm voice.

"I know I'm a jerk but I'm not asking you to forgive me, I just want to apologize for all the things I have done to you way back then. "He lowered his head while apologizing, is that really sincere?

That type of apology is what hypocrite rich people wants. What I want for a sincere apology is someone to look me in the eyes and apologize. Wow, that rhymed right.

"I'm not asking you to come back to me but let me repay you so that-“

“For what exactly? For you not to feel guilty? For you to say that even if I complained, you said you’re sorry and that’s enough? So that when you say you’ll make it up to me you won’t look bad? I will not get back with you Eugene. You cheated on me repeatedly in my face.”

I already felt a drop of tear on my cheeks, I wiped it out immediately and avoided looking at him. Stop crying Irene, you’ll look weak.

If you don’t have something to say, I’m gonna leave now.” I said in an emotionless tone and opened the door, I was shocked when he grabbed my hand and pulled near him, if this fucking asshole hugged me I’m gonna kick his balls, I swear to god. I’m fucking hungry.

"Please let me make it up you. I'm pretty sure that we will going to meet again in the future." He said while looking at me straight in the face.

"No, as in meet, so goodbye I have somewhere else I need to be." He said and left me hanging. My face turned from normal to weird confused face.

“My god Eugene!!! Where do you get the guts!!!! Ugh!!!! I’m fucking hungry!!! I fucking wasted my time!! And meet? Over my dead body!!” I shouted while stomping on the floor.

I opened the door and went straight to my apartment. Why do all cheaters think everyone’s gonna bow down to them just because they used a lot of people? My god.
