he looks at the bathroom mirror, his mind completely blank. I slowly open the bathroom door and look at his reflection in the mirror. he didn't notice me yet.

I gently place my hand on his shoulder and start talking. "baby, are you fine? i heard you had a bad day today". he turns to face me. his eyes dark as it looks. i never noticed him like this before. it scared the hell out of me.

I started shivering which he noticed. he started walking towards me with a smirk plastered on his face.

"i never thought you'll cheat on me baby" he said while looking directly at my eyes with his dark gaze.

"w...w..what do y...you mean by t..that?" i started stuttering. "well you'll know babe" with that, he grabbed my wrist and placed a gun in my hand.

"no not again!!" my inner thought screamed. my hands started shaking and tears started rolling down my cheeks.

he then rolled the shower curtain to one side revealing my best guy friend jaeil being completely tied up.

"don't do this daewon" i warned him but he hardened his grip on my hand which was now holding the gun. he then took his hand from my hand and inserted it in his pocket.

"now!! shoot him baby!" he demanded me. my hands started shaking. "n...no..i don't want to do it. he's just my friend. there's nothing between us. please don't make me do this!" i pleaded him.

"I SAID DO IT" he started to shout. i know i can't escape from this. tears kept on rolling down my cheeks. "i...i...i am s.. sorry" i pleaded to jaeil. With this i shut my eyes tightly and pulled the trigger.

"NO!!!!!!!!!!!!" i woke up with a startle. my body is completely covered with sweat and I'm visibly shaking. "it's that dream again" i sighed. everything which happened to me in my past just keeps on repeating itself again and again in my head.

"i can't ever forget it can i?" i spoke to myself. The impact from my past was just too much for me to bear with it.

i checked the time and the clock read 7 am. OMG I'm already late to work. i got up from my bed and took a quick shower. i decided to wear a plain black tee with black jeans. i tied my hair up and went downstairs to cook breakfast for myself.

i am living alone in my house in busan after getting away from daewon. i still fear him.

Just to get rid of my fear for him, i started working in one of the places which runs errands for others. And by errands, i mean the mafia type of work. we do all the work starting from stealing something to killing someone.

I ain't a trained profesional yet so all i can do is run small errands like hacking into systems and help others with their mission. yep I'm a computer hacker. i am currently getting some training in martial arts and other fighting forms to upgrade myself.

As soon as I enter our warehouse where everyone do their work like planning and executing stuff, i see my best friend sam.

He doesn't know about my past and i got into this profession with his help. I didn't tell him the real reason for getting into this profession. All i told him was "i wanna be the bad girl type" and he laughed it off.

I hug him and we both head to the training area. it's usually sam who trains me in fighting since he was always protective of me. he doesn't want others to get close to me and also he doesnt want me to get hurt.

we start our training with a bow to each other. i see him smirk. "ready to lose again hun?" he says mockingly to which I responded with a smirk "we'll see who gets beaten up today!". With that i threw my hands to his face which he dodged.

"good try hun!" he exclaimed and grabbed my wrist. i was able to get away from his grip easily. "Is that all u got?" i gave him a smirk to which he responded with a quick move with which he was able to push me down and hovered above me. i wasn't able to move at all.

"you are giving up already huh?"

"ugh fine. fine. i give up" i reply.

"you know the rules. losers have to get the drink. go get my favourite banana milk with extra ice". i scoffed and left the warehouse to the nearly shop where I noticed a familiar face. "OMG ITS YOU"

"OMG ITS YOU!!" I squealed and ran towards my bestie jenny. she's been my bestfriend for about 4 years now. it's been quite few days since I last saw her since she was busy with her marriage work. yep, she's getting married.

I'm too excited to see her in her wedding dress. jenny noticed me but acted as if she didn't and left the shop. i called her name again and again and I ran towards her.

"hey jenny. why are you ignoring me!?" i asked her after catching up with her. "he didn't tell you yet did he?" she asked me with a cold expression plastered on her face.

what is she talking about? "about what?" i asked her with my eyebrows furrowed. she rolled her eyes and looked at me again. "look. I'm getting married and you do know that right?" she asked me.

"yes I do know. but what has it got to do with you ignoring me?" i asked her with a quite confused look. "do you know who's the groom!?" she asked, a smirk forming in her face. "it's taecyeon" she said looking straight in my eye to see my expression.

Hearing this literally broke my heart into pieces. I've been dating taecyeon for nearly 4 years which is, I've been dating him ever since I left daewon. i thought we both were made for each other. all our good old memories crossed my mind and without noticing it, i started crying.

A tear rolled down my cheek. "hah! i expected this. This is why I asked him to let you know this earlier. Now look at your ugly *** crying like a cry baby. Do you even deserve to be with him? you are just a poor ugly orphan who doesn't have anything. do you even think you can compete with me?" she scowled.

I wiped my tears and spoke "forget about the Cheater. what about you? i thought you were my best friend?".

"hah best friend. my ***. you never meant anything to me bit*h. i just used you to get close to taecyeon. i always wondered what you did to get him under your grasp. that's why I got close to you and noticed your each and every move towards him and took him to myself. it ain't difficult to fool him though. now i see how you managed to get him" she started laughing like a maniac. This angered me.

My boyfriend betrayed me with my best friend? wow! just wow! "a bit*h with a slut. nice combination you've got there, you two" i scoffed. "wtf did you say bit*h" she slapped me and scoffed.

I ain't gonna act weak here. i didn't get all those training for nothing. Just as I was about to slap, someone held my wrist. "I didn't give you permission to slap my fiance" the voice spoke. As soon as I heard the voice I knew who it belongs to.

"Nice timing you've got there taecyeon. Now do you want to explain me this shit or just leave with your slutty fiance?" i asked in an unbelievable tone. I just can't believe that he did this to me. Another tear rolled down my cheek and i quickly wipe it out. I'm not going to act weak in front of him.

"I don't think I need to give you a seperate explanation. My fiance told you everything already right? What else do you want?" he asked with a stern face. Is this the guy i knew all this time? Is this the guy who used to act all lovely dovey and cute around me? I just cant believe how people change within no time. I didn't have the patience to deal with these two.

I look sternly at taecyeon's face "Just you wait. Don't regret your decision." With this i left the shop and headed towards the warehouse. I was completely exhausted.

My legs felt weak. As soon as I entered our warehouse, i went straight to the training room, closed the door and fell on my knee. i started crying.

why does my life not go by the way I want it to? why is it so hard to find someone who'll stay with me forever? why is it so hard to live happily? why me? why..... i started patting my heart since it hurts a lot. even thought I try to be tough and strong, i just can't do it. my life is destined to be filled with sorrow and pain.

I hear a bang on the door.

"are you back already hun? where's my banana milk?" sam asked from outside the training room.

"just leave me alone for sometime" i replied while sobbing a little. i don't wan't to worry him. he's done a lot to me all these years. he's been the only one who stays by my side during the hard times. i don't want to involve him in this.

"a..ar..are you crying?" sam asked, his voice trembling.

"leave me alone!" i shouted still trying to control my tears.

"you better open the door now or shall I kick open the door myself?" sam asked. i can tell from his voice that he is completely mad now. he doesn't like it when I hide something from him. most importantly, he doesn't like it when I cry.

"I'm fine. just give me some lone time."

"is it about that taecyeon jerk?" sam asked.

wait...how does he know about it? i quickly open the door. "how do you know it's about him?" i asked him.

*****Sam's pov*****

I saw Hanna open the door. I can see her red eyes which made me furious. I know this is all about that jerk.

2 weeks back, when I went to the nearby hotel for a mission, I saw that jerk with a woman going inside a room. I thought it was Hanna since I saw only the back of that woman. I got furious seeing her with him in a hotel and i left that place immediately. After i got back home, i heard from one of my assistants that it was actually jenny who was with that jerk taecyeon.

Instead of getting mad, i was happy. I was happy seeing taecyeon cheat on her. i know she'll cry her eyes out but that is going to happen for just 2 to 3 days. Also, I'll be with her so she won't get hurt. Atleast that's what I thought back then. but now, seeing her crying, i really want to kill that bastard. I clench my fist until my knuckles went pale.

"how do you know it's about him?" she asked. i'm not going to tell her what actually happened. i don't want her to get hurt. i dont want to see her crying anymore. I let out a sigh and pull her towards me and hug her tightly. she started sobbing.

"cry all you want. it's just me. just vent out your anger and sorrow on me. don't hurt yourself" with this Hanna started crying even more which made my heart hurt. i placed my hand over her back and pat her gently. "it's ok. everything is gonna be fine." i reassure her.

***10 minutes later***

Hanna was crying so hard that she dozed off to sleep. i look at her pale face and smile to myself. it's all over now between you and him. i finally have a chance. i tuck few strands of her hair behind her ear and kiss her forehead. since it's just 3 pm now, i let her sleep in one of the empty rooms in our warehouse which is meant to take rest for the trainees.

i head out to my room and ask my assistant to check up details about jenny and taecyeon's alliance. even thought they've been cheating behind hanna's back, i still doubt there's something else behind this alliance.

Just as I thought, my assistant brought information about their alliance after 40 mins. Seems like Jenny's dad promised taecyeon's dad to help him out in getting the recent architecture project going on for which taecyeon's dad promised Jenny's dad to give their partnership contract. Indeed a great contract.

WOW! seems like i have to do something to get revenge for my hun!
