In the streets of Lonn Trigo. Where Talin Horne was smoking through the heat. He remembered when rapture happened. He was stunned and couldn't move, his loved ones particularly his parents vanished through thin air, in front of him. Only clothes and material things are left on the floor. Only the things of the world are left. Their souls and bodies ascended to heaven and he knew what's going to happen he was thought throughout his life but he never really listened.

When he knew that he was one to witness the rapture that happened, he was terrified, for he knew tribulation was next.

The great suffering mankind had never experienced ever since the beginning. He knew when he was left, he will suffer the most devastating bloody war mankind will ever face. And the people who are left are not ready. He will encounter tragedies along his journey on finding the underground society that his father once tried to tell him before they were raptured but he didn't listen.

The first trumpet blasted signaling for the first year of the bloody tribulation.

He wanted salvation especially when he experienced how dreadful it is to be left during the tribulation but his insane power of hypnosis was laced with voices of evil hindering him from doing what's good. He got his power when he was invited to a cult, he was forced to face a beast on fire, he knew that it was the ancient serpent, in exchange for his life-span. Talin can make you jump on a building and kill yourself, he can tell you to shoot yourself with just words but he can't use his power to do good.

Until he met Gunn Kyros, he was known as 'The Bilibid Kingpin', he was a murderer, just got up of the jail, he only knew how to start riots and behead his enemies. They were entangled together because of his curiosity about what was happening and he also wanted to be saved. Talin would also meet the perplexing 'Payaso' he was the worst kind of Christian he had ever met, though he still doesn't know him well because he is the definition of a mystery.

The true believers ascended to heaven and were spared for the great suffering befalling mankind. He knew that the treaty with the antichrist starts the seven-year tribulation period.

For the day of the wrath has come.

The first angel blew his trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mixed with blood, and these were thrown upon the earth. And a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up. Revelations 8:7

The day when the rapture happened, he was mad at the world. He saw that he was left. And he knew why he was left behind. Someone brought him to Bohiman Grove, he was invited by a friend and the only ones who could join this gathering were the richest personalities, he saw politicians, business moguls, even presidents from other countries are gathered here. He was amazed, though he thought he was only hallucinating since he was high on drugs.

He was surprised when he knew what was happening. There was a big fiery altar in the middle of the forest. They were sacrificing something or someone. That day, he made a deal on whoever he talked to in the fire.

He thought it was just a joke, just some games, he wasn’t sure of what was happening. He never knew he was dealing with the real devil. Around the richest people gathered there, he can feel other presence residing in the depths of the trees.

When the fire spoke shaping a body of a gigantic beast with large horns, the voice was full of evil, he was high that time that is why he was just laughing it off assuming that he was only seeing things, hallucinating.

"Whatever you say, whatever you wanted, I will give it to you, in exchange for a soul. May it be a soul of a hundred ****** or yours. Depending on how big you want."

He laughed boisterously. Out of nowhere he thought what if he was superman? He laughed again on how silly his thoughts were. But the people around him, standing, circling around him was watching him. Their eyes are not blinking, almost black. That’s when Talin felt shivers down his spine. He felt that something was off, that something was already wrong.

"Let me think. Hmmm. Can you give me abilities, like super powers, money? What else? Cars? Women? Whatever I could ask for?" He asked laughing again to tone down his shivers.

The shadow of the large beast swayed as the fire flowed with him. He was humongous and his presence was ultimate evil.

"You can choose just one from what you said. Or you can have them all but offer me a thousand souls and yours."

He was appalled with what he heard. Then he felt the ambiance of his surroundings, the place felt as if it was widening, becoming huge but the air that surrounds him felt suffocating as if he was caged, the presence felt as if it was his own heartbeat, not breaking an ounce of the beat.

There was a sound like birds chirping as if it was shouting something at him. It was loud like it was dying from choking. He can already hear his heartbeat in his head and ears, even his ragged breath begging for more air. His eyes were bloodshot, the white in his eyes becoming yellow to black. Even though he was high he was shivering, there was only fear. He was terrified, he couldn’t even breathe.

When he looked around the faces of the people around him feels like they were possessed, none of the people here are blinking, their eyes are staring at him blankly. But the weirdest part that would be forever etched in his head was the wicked smile on their lips. Some people’s lips are already bleeding from smiling too much. Their eyes are never leaving him. All eyes are on him. His friend who dragged him here also had his eyes black, not blinking.

He wanted to gag. He wanted to choke from fear. The feeling of fear was becoming unbearable. He just wanted to end it all. That is why he spoke the first thing he thought.

“Just... Just give me any ability! Anything that would reach.. reach at least seven years! I don’t know!” He was shaking too much.

When the ancient beast spoke on the fire that’s when he realized that it was speaking in Latin, there were different kinds of voices and tones. Every word it utters, there was screaming of a woman’s voice, a cry of an evil child, a voice of a hideous man, and many more. It was not only in Latin, other voices and other languages were speaking together at the same time. His stomach throbbed from incredible fear.

He felt as if everything was a nightmare. He was still shaking violently and his sweat was cold.

“What kind of ability do you want?” Different voices at once. Possessed and evil. He could not help but his hand went to cover his ears. He closed his eyes and was not able to support his legs anymore, they gave up.

“I don’t know! Just give me something that I can use to protect myself!” He howled.

“7 years of ability, a simple one. If that is then I will come for payment when the time comes. I will take half of your life span.”

"Wha… What?" He was quivering from the strong and blood-curdling presence for he saw that the image of the beast was expanding from the hollows of its shadow to the sole fire on his feet.

His ears will be forever haunted when he heard a thousand screams of people that seem to be drowning in the sea of eternal flames. Their howls sounded like billion years of pain, their screams felt as if it‘s going since the beginning of time. Their teeth were gnashing, trembling, fading then growing as if he was being swallowed as a whole.

"In exchange of the power you want. I will claim half of your life-span. Your wish is too small for your soul. And I wanted your soul. Do you want anything else besides power? Money, you will need money, fame, I will give you unending fame, where every human on the earth will know and love you. I can give you fame that people will come to worship you, bow down to your feet, and kiss every dirt on it for they will love you more than god. Do you not want to be worshipped?"

Frightened with what he heard. He knows himself he does not want that. What he wanted was to get away from here. He wanted all of this to end.

"No more! I don’t want anything anymore, I’m fine!" shouted hastily.

Then the beast chanted words in different languages, in different voices that his head felt breaking. He was slowly losing consciousness and in the back of his mind, he remembers the people around him staring at him without blinking. He was terrified.

When he was about to lose sight, he felt black magic he only knew would come to evil. He knew that magic is made to oppose the miracles of God. And magic is from the devil, the time when he possessed evil he drifted away from what was good. He didn't know if he still had a chance for redemption for he was being swallowed by evil.
