"Mr. Blackwood, I already forward all the files from Astear Shipping Lines in your email Sir." Becky my PA said through the phone.

"Understood Becky, I am onto it. Do I have any more appointment for today?"

"Yes sir, Mr. Chen will be coming at 4." I sigh loudly when I remember what my meeting with Mr. Chen is about.

"Okay, thank you Becky. You can go to lunch now. Just do not forgot the usual for me."

"Aye, aye sir." She said before she finally hung up the phone. I just chuckle while I drop the device, thinking how crazy my PA is, as always. Getting back at the papers in my hand I begin to read but the words never register to my mind. Leaning to my chair I close my eyes, but the face of someone who I wanted to forget suddenly pops out of nowhere.

Its been a week already since I saw him first. And my wolf keeps demanding for us to be with our mate, but I become annoyed at him that I need to block him out. Its not I am keeping him from my mate, I just trying to process it all.

I know its totally messed up. All my life, I've been waiting for the special someone that will come to my life. That would love me unconditionally forever as long as we lived. But it all came crashing down when I first saw him, fully knowing that he is not someone I expected.

I become frustrated, and more close off to everyone. Not even talking to my brothers whenever I came home, I know they were afraid and worried for me but surprisingly they just leave me alone. But I know that I need to do something about it. And fast.

But truthfully I just do not know what to do anymore. My mind is in total chaos. I can't help to chide the Goddess for giving me someone who is not supposed to be with me. I'm also becoming frustrated and jealous to my brothers. They both have perfect mates, that anyone can ask for. But why I have someone like him. I'm the Alpha for godsake!!

Not to add, that Selena may appear again from nowhere. Its not the time to think about my mate problem. Preparing the whole pack for a war is my top priority. I know that I need to mate as soon as possible, so that I can become more stronger but I know that is impossible for me. Oh god,.. just thinking about it make me vomit..ugh..

I may becoming a cold hearted bastard or a douche, or whatever you wanted to call me but if you were in the same position as I am you will say the same thing.

Like everyday to calm my wolf I always drive near the place where first I saw my mate. Some days, he is not there, but hopefully not today so that I can rest for tonight. Having an alpha wolf always gave me problems in calming him, especially when he is becoming more annoying than usual.

I passed the familiar buildings and houses, and soon after I saw that I'm nearing my destination. Then I saw him, and like usual he is sitting alone in one of the benches. My wolf is clawing and thrashing inside, demanding that I go to him and talk to him. But just like every other time, I cowardly remain sitting inside of my car.

After half an hour that I watched him like some creep and my wolf finally calm, I switch on the gear of my car and slowly drove away.

The house is already dark when I arrived home. Glancing at my watch, I just shrugged when I saw that is almost 2 in the morning. I might be driving for quite a while now. I'm not sure, my mind is still in haze and I just wanted to relax.

"Trent, where have you gone?" Chester's voice almost make me scream, I do not expect him to still be awake at this time.

"Its none of your business Chess." I coldly snap at him.

"I know its not, but you are being an asshole this past few days! And how can you forget that we have a pack meeting at 7! I can't believe it, what is happening to you bro?? You are not like this!"

I curse at my self, I can't believe that I forgot something as important like that. I defeatedly slump down at a chair near me, while I bring my hands to my face. Totally frustrated about myself.

"Bro, whatever it is, its clearly eating you inside. We are here for you, and you can tell us what is bothering you. We are family and you know that you can trust us." Chester slowly said as he pat me at my back. Looking up, I saw his comforting smile the others were also there. They've must woken up when they heard us talking. Realizing what my brother have said broke the wall that I build around my heart this past few days.

And finally I broke down, my body tremble as the emotions flow out of my chest and I feel the need to clutch to Chester tightly as I sob my heart out . They were all surprised to see me like this. Its the first time they saw me cry, because I never let them saw my weak side. But just for today I want to let it go. All the frustrations and the emotions that I'm feeling this past few days. They all hug me, while they let me cry.

Its been half an hour, when I finally calm down. And all the embarrasment and shame filled my mind as I lowly hung my head. I know they are waiting for me to say something. And I am sure that they wanted some explanations about my current behaviour.

"I found my mate," I whisper softly. Gasp filled the room, but someone suddenly haul me upwards.

Deathon's angry face is the one greeted me. He is gripping my arm tightly as Kim hold onto him keeping him calm. "Did your mate reject you?" He ask.

I just shook my head as he continue to seeth at me totally annoyed by my lack of speech. I am actually surprised and it render me totally speechless.

"Calm down De, and put Trenton down." Chester calmly said. "But honestly Trent if your mate do not reject then what happened..., don't tell me you are the one who rejected your mate!" He then snap angrily.

My eyes widen. "No, I do not reject him. Fuck, I do not even talk to him yet. Its just... totally complicated." I softly said as I lower my head.

"How it is complicated huh? He is your mate and if you are a true man and alpha you should have done something so that you can bond with him. You are getting older for fuck sake, not to add that a war might break out any minute now. And as our Alpha, you need to be mated with your mate already!" Deathon huff angrily, and it make my blood boil.

"Can't you see that if I can I would have done it already! That is what is wrong with you,..to all of you! Spouting nonsense, like you all know what it feels like! Its my problem, so do not tell me what to do, because I know that more than any of you!" I snap angrily.

"Then what is the problem huh!?" Kim angrily said.

And that is it, something snap inside of me. And finally I lost it. "My mate is a fucking child you assholes!!"

Trenton

They were all have shocked faces, and I can't chide them; its totally unexpected. A complete silence envelop us. No one said anything. And I only grow more frustrated by their lack of speech.

"Your mate is really a child? As in a kid?" Kim suddenly ask out of nowhere.

I just roll my eyes, but nod my head nonetheless.

"And his a boy right, 'cause you refer him as a boy." Nico chirp while eyeing me with curious eyes.

"Yeah," I silently whisper.

"And what is your plan about this?" Deathon ask.

"I'm still not sure but I want to meet him first."

"That would be probably for the best. To know him first, even if his still a child he is your mate nonetheless. You can't change that. And unfortunately for you, your wolf would always want him near. That may become a problem, how old is he anyway? Do you know?" I almost smile on how Chester become frantic while moving his hands as he talk.

"I'm not sure about his age, but his probably around 8 or something."

"Wow, that is a lot of age difference dude! You're almost like a pedophile." Deathon snort loudly, making the others laugh with him. The whole awkwardness were gone and he almost smile at himself seeing them laughing.

"Hey, I'm not that old!"

"Its the place right?"

"There is a lot of kid here. Who is he?"

"What he looks like?"

My hands are shaking from so much frustration. I do not know how it all come to this. I just wanted to see my mate and I guess to talk to him. But now I'm sitting in my car with these annoying people. How my life become like this.

An hour ago...

I woke up much better than these past few days. And like everyday I start my day, I shower first and put a more casual clothes because its Sunday. Then I went down to cook some breakfast, but to my astonishment my brothers and their mates are already awake. The tables are full of food; pancakes, waffle, bacon, sausages, toast. And a lot more.

"Wow! What the heck happened guys?! I never thought that I would see you all to be awake much earlier than me!" I said, my voice filled with surprise as I sit down and begin to eat.

"Well, it is Sunday right. We all want to come with you, you know to meet your mate.."

And now here we are, standing like idiots in the children's playground completely out of place. The others were clearly uncomfortable as they watch every kids playing around with caution and awkwardness. Serve them right. I almost laugh out loud but I suddenly sniff the most intoxicating smell that make my knees grow weak. Turning around I saw him.

My face broke out a smile, then I begin to walk in a slow pace towards him. My wolf is grinning like a fool as it wag its tail and jump from happiness. The others right behind me.

And like always, he is sitting in the same wooden bench he always sit on when he's here. He has a calm face, while he watch the other kids play around. His silver blonde curly hair is swaying with the light breeze. Now, that I am near I can saw that his eyes has the most beautiful shade of purple that I've seen in my life. He has a small button nose and pinkish lips. Not to mention his creamy porcelain skin. No doubt he would grow to beautiful man once he grow up, but god his face is totally mouthwatering that I almost curse the god in making him a lot younger than I am.

His eyes become confused when he saw us in front of him, making him clutch to his old teddy bear tightly around his chest.

I lowered myself in front of him, and I almost laugh out loud when I saw the guys gush on how pretty and cute this boy is, making him shuffle away.

"Don't be afraid little one, we won't hurt you okay." I wait for him to adjust to our presence and when I finally know that he is not afraid anymore I continued. "My name is Trenton Blackwood, this is my brother Chester and Deathon. The other two is their friend, Nicholai and Kimmton."

They said they're Hello's to him and the boy just eyed them with curiousity. And my heart skip a beat when he smile to us revealing a cute dimple in his right cheek. God he is so adorable!!! I wanna eat him up!! No bad Trenton,..but his really cute!!

"I'm Ziann.."

Ziann

"Hey midget! Where are you going? Are you going to that park again? You know that no one will gonna play with you, because you don't have any friends!" Anton bark loudly making the other kids laugh with him. I do not gave them any attention as I continue walking to my favorite park.

I know that I'm friendless, its always like that. Ever since I came here, the other kids always avoided me like I am some sort of freak. Well, I am anyway but they do not know that but they still treat me the same.

But all of the sadness and frustration were wipe away from my face when I saw the park. All the places are scary for me but there is something about this park that totally calms me down. I am not sure if its the forest around it or the kids that are playing around.

I am enjoying watching some older kids as they play around, when a group of five men came to me and stop in front. I suddenly begin shaking out of fear but I hid it as I clutch Jonathan near me.

"Don't be afraid little one, we won't hurt you okay." One of them said, I do not look up to their eyes while I shuffle away from them. But after a while they still remain unmoving. I realized that they won't do anything to me, making me relax a little.

"My name is Trenton Blackwood, this is my brother Chester and Deathon. The other two is their friend, Nicholai and Kimmton."

Meeting the man's eyes I realize that he has a short blond hair and mossy green eyes. And for once I suddenly feel safe, his eyes is full of sincerity that I can't help but smile as I look to the others. Looking closely they have handsome faces, but for some unknown reason I find myself looking back at the guy named 'Trenton'.

"I'm Ziann,.." I softly said.

Trenton grin widely at me like I said something wonderful, but I just said my name. Strange.

"How old are you," the red haired Kimmton ask.

"14."

"Wow, your small for a Fourteen year old!" Chester gasp out loud. I pout at him.

"I'm not small!"

"Eh, but you are little kiddo.." Deathon joined in while he begun to ruffle my hair. Then I suddenly heard a growl making Deathon drop his hand. Weird..

"Just leave Ziann alone!" Trenton huff angrily at them, then he turn to me and smile softly. "Don't mind them okay they're just teasing you." Trenton softly said as he brought his hands to cup my cheeks but I suddenly flinch away when I felt a jolt of electricity. My eyes widen as I stare at him.

"What was that?" I ask totally confuse.

"Its just a little static Zainn, no harm done." Trenton bashfully said. I just glare at him for a while completely doubtful but my face soften when I saw the hurt in his eyes. And for some unknown reason I can't stomach to see him in pain.

"Right, where is your mom and dad?" Nicholai suddenly chirp. My body begin to tremble as I remember the accident two years ago. I felt my eyes water as I lower my head.

"They're dead." I whisper. There are gasp from them but before I can even assure them that I'm alright an arm suddenly wrap around me. A very comforting warm spread through me as I bury my head to the chest of the person hugging me.

"Its alright we were here now, and I promise that we won't leave you alone anymore." Trenton's voice suddenly whisper next to my ear. I felt a shiver at my back. And not just that, I also felt this sudden trust towards him and knowing that it is Trenton holding me make me more safer and protected.

Its been close to six in the afternoon while I sat at the passanger sit in Trenton's car. I'm enjoying the comfortable silence around us while I reminisce the most wonderful day of my life as I slowly lick my chocolate chip ice cream.

Trenton and the others invited me to come with them in the arcade this morning after I met them. I do not agree immediately even if I wanted to jump right away. Remembering that the sisters in the orphanage always tell us to be wary of strangers.

And it surprised me that Trenton even take the liberty to ask permission to Ms. Lisa so that I can come with them. It makes my stomach flutter and I'm drown by so much happiness.

I enjoy it a lot. It was the first time that I'very been in an arcade. And its totally fun, my face is hurting so much after smiling for a whole day. And now that we are driving back to the orphanage, I almost wish that I can stay with them more.

"We're here kiddo." Trenton softly said as he stop the car in front of the orphanage. I can see from here the other kids as they watch us from the window of their rooms, even Ms. Lisa is smiling happily as she bounce down the marble steps towards us.

"Thank you for inviting me to come with you. I'm really happy and I enjoy it so much." I turn to look at Trenton, and my breathing hitch when I saw his eyes full of so much emotion that I can't decipher.

"Its okay, Zainn. Its my pleasure to make you happy, and I would do it again if you ever want me to." He said as he tuck some fallen strand of my hair at my left ear. I stare straight to his eyes and smile widely.

"I would love to." And to my astonishment I suddenly become lost to his eyes. I can not move my body. I fely strange and I do not have any idea what is happening to me. But suddenly it was cut off when Chester clear his throat. I glance away and I felt a sudden heat bloom around my face.

"I need to go," I bashfully said as I open the door and jump from the car and run towards Ms. Lisa.

"See you soon, Zainn." Trenton called out, making me look at him. He wave at me while smiling happily as he drove away. And I do not know why but I suddenly felt sad, that he is not here anymore.

"Did you have fun?" Ms. Lisa chirp while she tug my hands and led me inside. I smile at her as I once again remember my day with Trenton and the others. Then I happily told her what happened earning a grin from her.

Oh how I wish, I can see him again soon....
