The sun is shinning brightly at the claude kingdom, the main city of claude is busy as usual. The st michael academy is also crowded as always and there's Ray an 18 years old male zombie, his looks are lame as usual and also a clumsy one but he's handsome. He's always late to academy. The teacher always punish him because of that. As he walk his way to academy, He saw a female zombie being harras.

Ray hide behind a wall to watch the thug while stay hidden. But Ray can't stay put his intinct told him to charge in. After a few minute of waiting Ray heard a voice from inside his head. "Ray use my power to save that girl" "Who are you?" "we don't have much time just use my power" "Alright then" without any second thoughts Ray accept the offer that the voice inside his head told him.

suddenly, "ugh my head it hurts" after that ray lost his consciousness. "Hey miss want to hangout with us" one of the thug asking the female zombie, it appears that the thugs is from a vampire kin and there are five of them. But suddenly they feel a massive bloodlust and send a chill to their spine.

Their body automatically entering the high alert state, high alert state is a state where you body is on a defense mode because you encountered a dangerous creature. The five of them slowly retreat, one of the thug warn their leader to stay away from that entity. "Leader we should run as soon as possible, that entity looks dangerous he can possibly injure us" but it's too late as Ray approaching the thugs he look at the female zombie then

he smile and vanish. The thugs can't believe what they saw and start to panic, "where is he, where is he!?" And suddenly Ray appears on their back and knock them instantly. After knocking them out Ray back to on his own sense, "um thanks for saving me" a gratitude from the female zombie to Ray and as she want to leave, "can you keep this incident between us?" Ray ask,then the girl nod and excuse herself.

Ray still wandering what happened to him while he's unconscious, the only thing that he remembered was the vampire thugs got knocked out. He thought it will be the best to hide the truth for now.As he wandering around, the academy bell ring "oh no I'm late" then he sprint as fast as he can but the academy gate has been closed. Student that late must pay the fine, "Ah damn it, I'm late again"

"Oh you late again?" Say the teacher who was staying on the academy's gate. "I'm sorry sir jack", Sir Jack sigh and let Ray in without paying the fine, "Today is your lucky day don't be late next time". Ray thank Sir Jack for his kindness and rush to his class.Ray finally reach his class, as he walk to his sits Ryo greet him "Yo why are you late today? Did something happen to you?" "Um I overslept last night that's why I'm late hehe don't worry" Ryo sigh and end the conversation. Ray still wandering what happened to the vampire thugs.

His heartbeat suddenly beating faster as Ray would collapse in any second then suddenly a teacher come into the class "alright class settle down" the whole class back to their sits and ready to listen what the teacher has to stay. "Alright class I'm jun your combat class teacher your first lesson will be a combat training" the whole class are excited to hear that their first lesson would be a combat class.

The whole class become more excited when teacher start to talk "we will conduct a combat training to evaluate your skill level, if any of you have a question feel free to ask me" suddenly the whole class become silent. Then zed start to speak "so june ma'am, will we be fighting each other? I mean one on one?" "Yes that's right zed, everyone will participate and of course you can surrender early to avoid any injury"

The class become more gloomy when zed ask that question, Zed the most feared person in the class. He has a terrible past because at the age of 12 he killed 10 vampire(his own kin), the vampire that he killed is from the branch family so the elder decided to kick out zed from the family. His parents can't defy the elder once you defy the elder you will be executed.

So his parents had to kick zed from the family, after that incident the news about Zed has spread to the all vampire kin, and people start to gossiping about Zed some says Zed is the cursed child and some said that Zed is a new heir for the vampire king.

Zed had to survive he steal food he fought against the people who try to get in his way, his life is in ruin but it's all changed when Zed met the principal of Claude Kingdom Academy. Zed never lose to anyone that try to get on his way but this time his instinct told him to run away from this guy. "What? My leg is shaking? No way who is this guy" Zed thought "boy, you have a great talent why don't you join the academy? We will polish those talents of you"

"Ops how rude, my name is Miguel I'm the principal of the Claude Kingdom Academy, boy come with me it will be a waste of talent if I can't take you to my precious academy" "Oh you're too young for a principal are you trying to fooled me? What if I refuse to go with you!!" After finishing his sentence Zed released a menacing aura

"Huh, I guess I had no choice right now alright boy let's play some game if you win I won't bother you for the rest of your life but if you lose you have to come to my academy, deal?" Zed curious what kind of game will the the principal play.

"What kind of game? And don't call me boy my name is Zed" "oh I'm sorry Zed, it's a simple game if you can withstand my aura for 10 second you win, easy right?" After hearing that Zed feels confident and he smirked

"Then let's start" "On you Mr principal wannabe hahaha" "My my how rude" after finished talking Miguel closed his eyes and Zed started to trembling, he felt like he's carrying a mountain "impossible! I felt like I'm carrying a mountain on my back arrrrrgh!!"

It's only three second Zed already kneeled on the ground, Zed still in shocked he can't believed that he lose for the first time.

"My my as we promise you must come with me to the Academy, so now you have seen my power do you still want to call me a principal wannabe?" "Ah it's my lose I acknowledge you power Sir Miguel, I will go to academy as we promised"

Miguel smiled but suddenly Zed stomach groaned "my my are you hungry Zed?" "Hmph, Not really" but his stomach can't lie and started to groan again "hahaha I see, you stomach can't lie after all"

"Okay class welcome to combat training ground, this place is design for combat so you can go all out, don't worry about breaking any walls here because president has reinforced this wall with a spell so it can't break so easily"

after the brief that June gave the whole class are preparing themselves for the the combat training.

Neither of them want to fail so they need to stay calm, and of course Zed is the most calm because he's confident to beat anyone that want to challenge him.

While Ray is feeling depress because of he's lacking self confidence and always overthink something. Surprisingly Ray is also prepared enough before he enter the Academy he always train with his father, but because he's lacking self confidence he can't utilize his training.

"Ah damn it, they're all look strong can I beat them hm, I think I can't beat them" and suddenly Ray heard a voice in his head "Kid you can win this trust me" "Heh? who are you" "I see you don't have a good memory, I'm the one who lend you my power to save the female zombie" "OH! it's you sorry I don't have a chance to express my gratitude for you but who are you?"

"Who am I is not important,but you must fight that vampire kid, by fighting him you can discover more about the power that you possess, trust me you can win against him"

Ray hesitate for a second but if fighting him can discover his true potential why not, "Okay then I will fight him" "So you got guts after all well then I'll be watching you better win kid."

Ray finally relax and he's ready for the combat training, "So in this training who want to go first? of course the first one who willing to go first will get an extra point,"

everyone is excited, then they're raising their hand one by one but that don't last long until Zed raise his hand "Teacher I will go first so who want to challenge me?"

But no one is ready for this turn of event they didn't expect that Zed will go be the first one to take the test. "Kid this is your chance no one dare to challenge him come on raise your hand." Ray throw a big sigh then he slowly raise his hand.

While June is trying to find any challenger, he look at Ray and she hesitate for a second, 'what a zombie is he crazy or just stupid no one here dare to challenge Zed'

Then suddenly Ray raise his voice "I will challenge Zed!" the whole class shock after hearing that declaration, of course Zed with his evil smile enjoying this because he thought that he can pummel that zombie.

The two of them finally entering the combat training ground, the air is so dense and the whole class starting to swallow their saliva. Some thought that Zed will win this easily and some thought that Ray will win this battle.

"Okay for the rules it's easy no kicking on the balls, fight until one of you unconscious or admit defeat, ok that's all you can now fight to your heart content."

It's time for their showdown but neither of them are moving and of course they has started the mental game.

Ray start to sweat, because he can't find any opening to strike his opponent down and suddenly a flashback about his training with his father appear 'Ray what will you do if you can't find an opening to strike your opponent?'

'Um I'll wait then' 'Hahaha what an absurd thinking listen kid if you can't find any opening just create one easy of course just beware of your opponent counter attack as well'

'Thanks father, now I will show him the fruit of my training' Ray charge in towards Zed and start to kick but Zed dodge that kick easily, then an Ray throw an uppercut and almost graze Zed chin.

'This kid he's getting faster' Zed started to acknowledge Ray's ability, but Ray didn't give any chance for Zed to rest and started to throw a combination of kick and punch.

'Urgh, I can't dodge forever then what about this' Zed try to counter the combination with a jab and successfully landed on Ray face, without giving any chance for Ray to counter Zed started to throw a deadly combination of attack towards Ray's pressure point.

At this point Ray will become unconscious, then a voice inside Ray started to worry about Ray condition "Hey kid it seems you need some help" "Don't bother old man, just few more second I will hit this vampire with a strongest punch."

While Zed busy pummeling Ray, he didn't realise that Ray is ready for a counter, 'Now!' will all his energy Ray throw a devastating uppercut to Zed guts 'Arghhhhh' with all his might he send Zed flying towards the wall. 'I underestimate his power haha but this is fun I'll show you what despair looks like HAHAHA'
