Your family transferred to a new place because of your mother's work.
But then you didn't care about anything else
since you also want it and talk about perfect timing.
Although you hate adjusting but you think it is better than the place you just left.
You also have a cousin who lives in this area so why not? Its good to have changes too.
Your aunt just live next to your house along with her family.
The day you arrived, your aunt threw a simple welcome party to both you and your mother and prepared a dinner at their house. Apparently, this place was your mother's hometown and you used to live here also, just that your whole family frequently goes abroad and stayed there for years until now.

A narration in Y/n's Point of View
We spend the night talking to each other. And I got to know some stuffs about her like she is the manager of their school's volleyball club and that there is this one person who proposed to her the first time they met. And how they've got a strong team out there. The energetic squad of their team as well as the unnexcited bean pole and his bestfriend who likes to stick around him.
I also talked to her about some stuffs like why I transferred (which is because of my mom's work) and then my experiences. How I nearly drowned at the sea and get drunk over junk foods and sodas. Since she's my cousin, I figure out, she needs to know that I once had an accident back abroad where I was confined for over 1 month, was casted on my left leg and use crutches to walk.
It was a scary experience but thinking about what had happened, can't help myself but laugh over those things.
So yeah, It was a fun night.
Your cousin still have a class to attend tomorrow so she went home.
You already talked to your assigned teacher and said you can start coming to school on monday next week.
(By the way school officially started just 5 weeks ago, so you're not that late, probably).
Your remaining vacant days was spent on cleaning things up and unpacking your stuffs. Familiarizing your neighbors and neighborhood, the way to your new school, route where you can jogg, picturesque places near your house, the alleys, lamp post, helping your mom, buying wares and such, beautifying your garden. You also went to buy school stuffs like your notebooks and pens and you saw some art materials it is as if you were hypnotized to buy. Pretty sure your mom would scold you again for this , you don't have enough room for your crafts afterall.
You are about to go to the cashier when you recieved a text from your cousin you read it and
